Hi, I am currently flying from Cairo to Dubai and am over the Saudi Arabaian desert, My textures below are all greenish and certainly not the sandy color I would expect in this part of the world. Now I've played with base texture releases like most people over the years that FS has been installed and I was wondering is this normal for FS9 in this part of the world or have I messed up something over the years here! Hello, Does anyone know how to contact John Holt for the Kansas City service area on VATSIM? If so could you please help me.. I am on my third attempt.. And I even had one of the gentlemen I talked to the other night on VATSIM that was running the KMCI Cntr... And evidentally he gave me the wrong address and I can not contact through the contact info for the Kansas City Area through their website.. Hello all, I have the Lago Tornado and for a change i thought i would fly it and although its a great looking model i just can,t seem to get it to fly very well, most aircraft i have in my hanger are ok even helecopters , i just thought i would ask if anyone has had the same sort of thing or whether there is a fix for it as its been out some time , Any help would be appreciated , thanks Roger.

what is the best way to land on runways that don't have VOR,DME,ILS,GPS or charts, like Bicycle lake Ca,now with the CS C-130 I know from a certain distance and alt if I start decending about 500 to 800 FPM I'll land but how do I find out my distance with out looking at the GPS

on a star chart what is the COP for and on a IAP chart what are the # in the category A,B,C,D box IE S-ILS 34, 880/24 557 (600-1/2) and what are the categorys I found most of the info on how to read these chart over at Navdata except for what I ask above Thanks

This usually does not happen when I have low fps, but instead, it happens when I`ve got high fps... I know that , for the default a/c, you can allocate a registration number to an a/c and the Sim "paints" the number on the side of the a/c.However, with repaints where the a/c has a number painted on the side, you cannot allocate it another number (and wouldn't want to) . However , what I want to do is to obtain repaints for payware a/c (that mostly seem to already have numbers included in the repaint) that don't have a number so that I can allocate numbers via the SimThe reason for this is that in http://www.fseconomy.com/ , you rent different a/c with different registration numbers .Barry

Hi!My FS9 saves flights, but when i check the box "Load as default" FS loads the Seattle Cessna flight, does anyone know why it does this way?

Hi there. Let's say I have 6 DC-3 panels and 12 textures and at the moment all those textures come up with the same panel. If I want to change panels I have to rename it etc. Is there some way of aliasing different panels to different textures to save that renumbering business?Thanks,Lemonadedrinker.

For the life of me I cannot figure out why some of my addon a/c bounce while sitting idle at some airports.The bouncing last for a few seconds when I look at the plane from the an external perspective.Most of the airports that this happens too are also addons thta are GPU intensive.I feel my sytem specs are pretty good and I am using ATI 3.9 eventhough I have tried the latest drivers but saw no improvement or even less over the old and true 3.9.Any suggestions would be appreciated ....ThanksAndy

As I have got in the habit of starting FS at the default flight situation (as recommended by more than one third party aircraft designer) I now have to change the payload info everytime I get in the plane. As I fly GA, alone, and want the best performance, I'm always taking out the passenger 'load'. Not a 'biggie', but whith everything else to adjust before a flight, this one always seems a nuisance.I've looked everywhere, but can't seem to find where I can change this default in the .cfg files.Thanks

Hey sorry guys I am aware that this is the wrong forum, my appologies! I was just wondering if anyone has Falcon 4.0 Allied Force? I had the origional Flacon 4.0 and loved it appart from the fact that none of the side consoles were modeled.Anyone know if in Allied Force the systems are simulated (Engine starting, electrics, fuel, flaps and trim, oxygen, anti ice, INS/avionics etc).
