This is with the PMDG 737 NGX 1st problem I switch it to "steady" as soon as I have power from the APU, then "strobe and steady" before to enter the runway I'm supposed to T/O from 2st problem I turn belts ON before to enter the active runway, OFF at cruise, ON again when starting descend and keep it that way until I reach the gate. So, how do I need to do it to avoid penalizations? Thanks in advance.

I have been meaning to ask this question for some time, so here goes. What causes a black square to appear for a few seconds over white lights (like landing or taxi lights)? I wondered if this is to do with just slow texture loading because on one particular aircraft, my Carenado C337 Skymaster, I have a possibly relates texture issue as well in that if I am in an outside view and I go back to the VC also for a few brief seconds all the gauges are blan and then they just simply pop into view again. This is not a huge issue but it is just annoying. Is there a setting that I could play with to try to fix these issues?

Hello, I've just purchased this plane last night and something strange, never happened before with other addons, I can select and fly the plane only once then If I change livery it doesn't show in my selectable planes anymore!! I have checked in the simobjects files and I see that the aircraft cfg. file is gone? Why? The rest of the plain is intact just the cfg file is gone! This is weird I had backed up the file in question and I have tried adding it to the two folders, each one for the GE or RR engines, and still when I want to select it from the list AEROSIM planes are missing. I've been using Active Sky Next for a little over a year and absolutely love the program. Twice in the last 5 weeks though when launching the program I've been told that I've exceeded my active registrations and to open a support ticket with their support team. The first happened about a month ago and again just now. The HiFi team was pretty prompt with unlocking/resetting my license but they were unable to effectively communicate why the problem just suddenly started happening via the trouble ticket. Hi Guys, Not used FSX for quite a while but decided to give it a go again today. I seem to be having a new issue that I didn't have previously. I've not installed/uninstalled anything or changed the configuration, apart from probably automatic driver updates. I can run FSX in Windowed mode fine, but when I alt+enter to go full screen, the screen just goes black. I can hear the sounds still, but no visual. I then have to alt+enter again back to windowed, so I can't run full screen. Also does it with a completely vanilla FSX.cfg file. Running DX10 (with Fixer), Windows 10 Creators Update. HI all simmers, I am a new FSX SE player via Steam Edition. I can't launch FSX, my PC requests an administrator for authorising the operation. VALVE is not agreed as editor and I'm sent to Steam support who says nothing good. Has anybody experienced the same difficulties? Thanks Pierre

I use ChasePlane, which requires me to set up my views by disabling them in P3D or FSX control settings, allowing me to reassign the keys on ChasePlane. With that said, I try changing the ini to see if I can get the 125 Hz controls to work on my Pro Edition, but it's not working, no matter what I do. I have no control over my joke or rudders when I did the changes. Any ideas? One other thing, I tried to go to the official Majestic forum to find an answer, but I can't register for the forum, because I need some sort of invitation code, where do you get one?

Hello all - have not found any answer to this issue on any forum anywhere and any articles I have found are old. Seems odd. At any rate here's what's happening. My 2 PC's are on same network at home via Ethernet cables. I can host and join from either no problem. However when I fly formation the other aircraft jerks back and forth rapidly. The strange part is that I only it on the HIGH END i7 6700K PC. My other mid end PC doesn't have that issue! I am connected in FSX via the host/join session option - not connect directly with IP address option. When starting to play at a location suddenly ground textures partly disappeared, outside graphics becan to flicker and jump and changed layers when moving the spot plane view point, startup vc has changed viewpoint (floor) and zoom level, in default flight the cockpit dispers into parts and flutter, the aircraft move sideways (tried with different planes and locations) but responds to power and somewhat to joystick. The 2D panel works but views aoutside in that mode are ripped apart and flicker. Does anyone recognize this situation and has an idea what causes it? Hi guys I'm looking for some advice on crosswind landings - something I am struggling with in the sim. The problem I am facing is that when I have a crosswind I either find myself too far to the left of the RWY or too far to the right. If the wind is blowing from the left my plane is obviously being pushed to the right so I understand that but then I correct to the left with left aileron then I am too far to the left. I am unable to get the aircraft into a crab angle as seen in tutorials online. Whenever I try to set a crab angle I just drift from either left or to right. I am assuming I am somehow not using the rudder correctly or something? Should I be …

This would particularly help on flights across areas such as the Atlantic, where there may be hours of radio silence - I was wondering whether there is any way to determine when ATC will hand me over to another frequency, is there any way of measuring distance to the next ATC center?

Have been away from the hobby for some time and I discovered today that the Aerosoft Airbus Extended is no longer supported, effective from last December. This is by no means an old Aerosoft project and they are still supporting much older software. This wasn't a cheap purchase and I feel rather let down, Above all that, perhaps, is this company's sluggish attitude to producing P3D V3 installers. They are about the biggest publisher in the industry and yet others are managing to support their products in this regard. Given the excellent customer support provided by other publishers and developers I'm left to wonder how long Aerosoft will remain at the top? …

I have am excellent steel series head set but I would like to add a subwoofer speaker for when I fly thump thump piston props. Can I just add a subwoofer on its own or do I need to buy the speakers as well?

Is FS Steam a separate stand alone program that installs to itself? Or does it require FSX? Currently, in FSX, I suddenly lost the ability to call up the map. If it does require FSX, will it over right this map problem? Searching to download, I see boxed versions and I see something that only has a *code to download*. And I have seen some that come with FSX Deluxe, Acceleration and FSSteam, if I remember correctly. I have FSX and Acceleration. But I have been hearing of people not being able register FSX any more. Hi all, Im having problems with micro-stutters and sound delays on FSX every time. During the litte image delays the sound is also affected and gives a weird tone like a distortion or something. And this little delays happen round about every 5 seconds. Even when I pause FSX and go to youtube to watch a video the micro-stutters keep on going. So Im having micro-sound stutters in the YOUTUBE VIDEO too. I have this problem since I actually bought FSX and it wasnt a big deal but its kinda getting worse now and I dont know why. Hi guys, My in game recorder does not work anymore. When I open the window, the recorder word is not even highlighted. Sometimes it gives me an error, but it is not recording. If I try to to see a recording it shows Error and might even ask to close the program, FSX. Does anyone know how to fix this? Can not find any solutions/posts on this. Also how do you see all your previous recordings? The file if possible. Thanks indeed in advance. john goncalves

In order to improve FPS, I want to decrease scenery complexity, but this will lead to missing jetways, and GSX doesn't recognise that the jetway is missing, and doesn't send airstairs - is there any way for GSX to automatically work out which jetways are missing?

Hello to you all, I had a few issues with pmdg 737 ngx, i delete the whole thing, reformat harddrive and start all over again, the first 2 day' s it worked very well, now id discover an issue what realy supprises me...in full flight at 36.000 feet, someware halfway the flight suddenly my autopilot turns off by itself...the plane goes down i can revover it but then i cant use the CMD on the left, i meqan the first one..after i pushed the Vnav and Lnav witch become green again in can only use the second CND, at about 60 NM before T/D the same issue occurs again, the plane makes a dive i can recover but i cant use either the CMD' s anymore, can someone hel…

What setting do I need to use to increase how far textures can be seen? I don't see my airports until a few miles back and sometimes I don't even see the PAPI lights until almost touchdown. What do I need to change to increase the distance?
