Hello: Just tried to download and install the Fltpln Go app for FSX on my windows 7 PC and I get a message, "the signature of this program is corrupt or invalid." Did anyone encounter this error when they setup the app on their PC and if so, what did you do to install the app? Thanks! Airbus

Long story short I cannot run my FSX because my plane is shaking vioently on my menu screen. When I enter freeflight mode, I only can see the sky and nothing else :(

I could not figure which forum to place this topic in. I am trying to download and install PFPX on my current computer. The Sim Market site has 2 choices AS_PFPX.zip and what they call an update which is an .exe file called AS_PFPX_UPD_V128 (this file is about half the size as the zip file above) Does any one know which version I should install (or both)? hello in my homecockpit i have the problem, that the indication of crs, hdg and so on the pfd differs with the indication in my homecockpit. A rotary is connected to a leo bodnar board over linda i can dial the crs for example. On a remote computer (wideclient) my opencockpit hardware is connected, with a sioc script i read the offset 0c4e and write the value in a 7 segment display. This all works fine with all fsx and addon planes only the Q400 have this problem. For example i turn the rotary one digit from 155 to 156 the value in offset 0c4e increase one digit, but the indication on the pfd is still 155, when i turn the next digit some times both val…

Need a refresher!!! Trying to delete some panel states on flights in FMC "Pmdg setup" Load/Save flights. I haven't do this in quite a while! I know (think) I have to go to my computer files but can't rememer the paths. Thanks

Hi there, I have a problem at the moment, with the Airound X Program crashing, in FSX. It happens when I select certain Airports in the Netherlands in FSX. I have the NL2000 Version 4 Scenery package, When I select certain Airports, in Holland in particular Eindhoven Airport. When I load Airound X, FSX crashes and shuts down, It took a while, but the problem appears to be an issue with the NL2000 Version Traffic, and nearby Volkel Airbase ICAO Code EHVK. I know that because when I unselect it, from the Scenery Library and start at Eindhoven Airport, and I run Airound X, FSX no longer crashes. And when I unselect the NL2000 V4 Traffic from the scen…

Sometimes I want to go from point a to point b and I have no clue where I want to fly. What do you do in this case?

Hello, I have noticed with 3mi visibility or less the ALSF-II Approach lights do not have Sequenced Flashing Lights when they should. Is this not planned or is this a feature that should exist? Thanks!

Hi, Just installed GA Traffic 2 in order to create some low res GA AI planes. Selected C172 and it went through the process. I located the .air file in the GA Traffic install sub directory but cannot find the new low res textures anywhere. Does anybody know what directory GA Traffic 2 stores the newly created low res textures in? I don't want to use this as my AI generation program as I use AIFP to generate only select AI traffic legs and not hundreds of legs to kill frame rates. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks

So I was a ground controller with my radar and teamspeak running. I had my simulator with a follow me car running (connected to the network) Then I get a message from some admin saying I can only have 1 connection. How then am I supposed to be a follow me? Thanks in advance!

Hello! I have bought a computer with two discs, the main one SSD for the OS and FSX, and one for all the other stuff. But with the year´s going by and scenery and aircraft, the SSD disc is only 16,3 GB free. So I tought in all the scenery I have and move it to the other dics. Is this feasible? Other options? Hi, I am having difficulty getting FSX to generate the correct weather. every time i fly from FAOR to FACT FSX will always have the wind show in my PMDG at 276 degrees. FSXWX shows different at 170 degrees which is the correct wind direction..the FSXWX is more realistic as i can see aircraft from where i live and they were landing on runway 19 however on my PMDG the wind direction shows 270 degrees which is OK for runway 01. I'm not sure if it is FSX or PMDG. also i see AI landing and departing off on runway 01.

Hello, I just bought the Just Flight Beechcraft Duchess 76 on Steam for FSX. One problem though: I cannot find where it's installed at all. It's not in the "Just Flight" folder in my FSX:SE directory, and I can't find it anywhere in SimObjects/Airplanes. This may be a stupid question, but I was wondering if anybody here that has the JF Duchess 76 knows where the heck this thing installs to? Or maybe I'm just not looking hard enough... Thanks.

I have been using FSX for many years now off and on. Recently Windows 10 Professional. 6 Core Intel I-7 Processor with 32GB RAM. I use NEC displays as I'm a photographer. My main display is their 27"PA272w. I recently noticed that I am unable to drag the ATC, the Garmin, and the knee board to another display. I noticed someone mentioned something about setting displays to layered displays. Must confess I'm a bit confused. I have two video cards and cannot figure out the remedy. OK - I'm ready to be shot down in flames - but: On the Beech Baron Be58 flaps, the mid position is marked APH. Well, I've looked everywhere (obviously my search criteria are no good for Google) and cannot find any glossary or Pilot's Handbook which defines it. The handbooks all use it, 'cos it's there on the panel, but no-one says what it means. Nearest I can guess is "Actually Precisely Half" of the available flap range Anyone got a clue?

I’m trying to debug an apparent sound-activated frame rate problem I’ve been having for weeks now. I’m not sure if it’s a problem with a specific aircraft, a traffic program, or a larger FSX/Windows problem related to sound. The main problem is that when flying the Feelthere Embraer jets (both ERJ 135/145 and EMB 175/195), I find my FPS declines from 30-40 to 10-15 when on final approach. But when I hit the ‘Q’ button to disable sound within FSX, my FPS jump back to over 30-40. 2 further oddities: The FPS loss seems to increase as flight duration goes on (this is multiple repetitions of a ~45 minute test flight from KMEM to KATL via RW 8L, though I have found it occ…

Hello I have a few problems when I re installed FSX:SE because I had a scenery problem so I had to un-install FSX:SE. I hope I am in the right area, I searched the topics but couldn't find a similar problem. I am running windows 10, 64 bit and have un-installed and re-installed 4 times. All were done as administrator with AV and FW off. It has previously been installed and ran without problem in both FSX boxed and FSX:SE (separate installations not side by side). My first problem in the re install is only 1 misson appears in the list even tho all are in the folder. The mission is Amsterdam-London Airline run - advanced.
