I copied this from the FlyII forum because this is a problem you will see across all FS platforms.I just wanted to let everyone know that CH has corrected the W2K and XP issues with the Virtual Pilot Pro. All I can say is I almost forgot what it was like to use this yoke to it's fullest capabilities. Not only that, it appears they have improved the calibration utility and now both my yoke and pedals work the way I would expect them to. I was just about ready to throw all of this out the window until this driver came out.

Greetings All,I recently created my first signature banner. I host the banner on my own site, but I have a question I'm hoping that someone can answer for me. Does the link for the signature banner take up more bandwidth than if I simply had text in my signature? I'm thinking of improving my signature, but if I'm sucking up more AVSIM bandwidth than I would with text alone, then I'm inclined to go without the banner. Sorry for the naive question, but I don't know how else to get the answer :-wave

All I am going to say is I hope you are all happy with yourselves FSFactory has closed down.We have now all lost.We are all entitled to an opinion about the issues involved, and yes I was one who got the email, but the fanatical over reaction in this site was a poor reflection on the community as a whole.If Carmine did wrong, which he has publicly apologised for, it did not warrant losing his dream of his own site.I do not know if Carmine will read this, if you do then as I said in my email I am very sorry for you.

Hello ppl,Can somebody pleeease direct me to some good JT-9D, CF-6, PW4000 sounds??I've been looking all over the place for these sounds, I'm also unsure what sounds are in the JustFlight 747 Professional package. Are they RB211 or PW/GE??Is there a special "small" site where you can get them? Is anybody working on some sounds?I've got an "awesome" collection of 747s and a great panel, wherecan I get some good sounds?

Just letting you guys know, I've been bombarded with emails from someone named Carmine, of fsfactory.com. I have not posted my email anywhere in the past 4 months, so the only way they could have gotten it is by sitting down and collecting emails for hours, or having a mail spider crawl through and jot down everything it sees. User "Carmine" decided that he would go through our forums and pick out email address from messages posted here, and then email those users with an invite to visit his website. Anyone have any problems installing updated software for the Logitech Force joystick or any problems having Win XP recognize it ?? I've tried everthing I can think of to install the newest software from Logitech but have failed everytime. The menu that used to show in 98SE to adjust the forces is no longer there. Hi, i own an Hp 7850, with windows xp, and a geforce 2mx400 graphics card...well when i start the computer, it either wants me to start in safe mode or regular, but neither one works, when i click, it it runs, and then the computer restarts, and it wont play any cds, like the " restore to an earlier date cd"....im thinking its the drivers...but im not sure, is there an easy way to fix this..i am also talkin to hp about this, but there taking a long time bout it! matt
