Just since i got direcx 8.1b there has been an NVidia picture at the bottom of my screen while playing games. But instead of being clear like its supposed to be it just makes a dark square at the bottom right of the screen. Is there any way of removing that picture.

I had to format my HD a few days ago and I am going through the process of reinstalling everything. I installed FS2002 and everything went well the first time it ran. On the second time I try to run the program it keeps giving me the following message "MS has detected 3rd Party Software that may not be compatible with this version of software" and points to the traffic.dll file. It gives the option of "Yes" to load it anyway or "no" not to load it. It does not matter what I press it shuts down after this. I have loaded this software numerous times before and this is the first problem I have ever had with it. Any suggestions?

Hello:I just got a new system and was transferring all my old stuff onto my new machine and that included a BUNCH of aicraft files from the "new" Project Freeware.Only problem is that when I moved "some" of the files, they did not work on my new machine, HOWEVER they worked FINE on my old system and I was using FS2002 in the old and new computers.For example....When I load the Midwest Express DC9-14 N700ME cir/2001 in new colors....it loads fine and I can fly it.But, when I try selecting the Midwest Express DC9-32 or some other planes that I downloaded from project freeware, they don't load and I get an error message saying:"Microsoft Flight Simulator 2002 was unable to l…

There was an announcement on the main page saying that a DirectX 8.1b library file had been released and the link to microsoft.com/directx was provided for info. and to download it. Well, I don't know if I'm just not paying attention but I went to the site and there was nothing on the site that said anything about DirectX 8.1b. I even did a search for it and nothing came up. I work with the Kansas Air Guard (184th Bomb Wing) and we're getting rid of our B-1's for the KC-135's. We're stationed out of McConnell AFB, Kansas and I was wondering someone could help me. I was wanting a B-1 of the 184th BW/127th BS that looks like a Bone in FS2002 that has swinging wings,etc..but no braking chute! Bone's don't have these,I'll get all the info and pictures that are needed. To bad we couldn't make a version for each of the bones out here with the "Flying Jayhawks". I have a GeForce 2Ti for some reason the highest resolution available is 1600 X 1024 X 32. I would like to run the sim at 1600 X 1600 X 32 is there anyway to get that resolution as an option?? Thanks!!!!!!!!

I have CH Flightsim yoke and it has worked fine up until about a week ago. When i push one of the two buttons on the top rear of the yoke it activates two more button inputs. For example if I push button 1, button 5 and 9 light up in the test screen. Does anyone have a solution.
