Hello all, I'm using Little Navmap connected remotely to my Gaming PC. Everything works fine but I don't understand an issue: I'm loading on an airport and I check Filed Elevation and local barometric pressure (QXXXX) on Little Navmap. When I set this barometric pressure on my aircraft Altimeter I see that elevation shown by the altimeter differs from Field Elevation from Little Navmap for 30-60 feet. What am I doing wrong? Or how I should understand QFE and QNH in MSFS 2020 connected with LNM ? Best regards !

Hi Alex, As you know I am looking at a way of improving flight plan import into PF3 to better handle SID/STAR/Approach data and have come across what appears to be an inconsistency between SID and STAR. Hello All, Yesterday it connected fine and I could see my plane on my flight plan, but today, nope, and I have no idea why, and that is what is happening. It clearly sees MSFS is the sim to connect to, but then simply doesn't connect so can't see other players nor myself, and I have no idea how to troubleshoot why. This happened to me a few weeks ago so I uninstalled and reinstalled LNM having to repopulate libraries and window settings etc. Worked fine for a while, now it's doing this again. I thought I was going mad. I loaded a flightplan created using LNM and although I had selected runway 21 for the departure, when msfs loaded the flight plan the start runway was 03 - at the opposite end. I checked and rechecked and also opened the .pln file and there it was <DeparturePosition>21</DeparturePosition> . So why was MSFS starting me at 03? After some time or trying this and that I remembered that before I first loaded the flightplan I had loaded a different flightplan (same departure airport) which had runway 03 as the departure. With the recent release of the 1958 navaids, I've tweaked their userpoints file to have "1958" versions of airports, markers, VOR, VORTAC, NDB, and Radio Range beacons, with corresponding userpoint icons. Unfortunately, switching between "modern" and 1958 userpoints has become somewhat cumbersome, as the userpoint selection UI only lets you select/deselect one item at a time before the pulldown menu disappears. Would you consider either a) userpoint presets, or b) allowing multiple selections in the menu pulldown?

Hi, I am the process of moving from FSX-SE to XP 11. I've got Little Navmap installed on the main simming computer and also on 2 remote computers. However, when I launch Little Navmap Connect on the sim computer, the numbers in the "Port" window are in red and the remote computers will not connect. Is there a fix for this? Little Navmap was working perfectly for me in FSX-SE. I have updated to the latest version of Little Navmap, v1.8.3 I'm switching from FSX-SE due to the latest Windows 10 update, the "Fall Creator's" Edition making FSX and Prepar3d unusable for some people - of which I unfortunately are one. I hope that update didn't mess up the workings…

Just a quick ? Is it possible to delete individual measurement lines? I have a lot of custom PBD waypoints plus some extra measurements and don't want to clear all from the map, just a few. I thought it was possible somehow, but I can't figure it out.

After a computer crash and reinstall, I can't expand the elevation profile window vertically. Can anyone advise?

Hi all. Great program. Currently when I exit I get a message asking if I am sure i want to exit. The option is there to stop that message. If I enable that and want to go back to Little Nav Map asking again, where would I enable that feature again. Been looking for that but can't find it. Thanks Jim CYWG

I have created a VFR flight plan using LNP and exported it as an MSFS flight plan. I load the saved flightplan in MSFS but it is different. Note in the following screen shots in LNP I have selected RWY 03 as the departure runway yet in MSFS it shows RWY as the departure runway. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Alex and thanks for all your work on Little Navmap! I have a bunch of payware addon airports in Denmark. I bought them on a sale in the MS store, so unfortunately they are not picked up when I update the database. As an example EKNB has a unicom frequency in the sim of 119.400 (IIRC), but in Little Navmap it says that it has no radio frequencies. Is there a way I can add this manually to the database or some work-around?

Hi everybody, I'm currently in a long tour of flights and I loved the feature that allow me to see my progress of all my flights on the map. Unfortunately yesterday, after completing 3 flights, my computer crashed and the progress of those flights was lost. Would it be possible to manually add those legs into the map? I'll leave this screenshot that I took yesterday to be more clear, right now LittleNav Map tracked me up until Manchester, yesterday when it crashed I was in Edinburgh so today I lost all progress since the flight from the North of France. Is there any way to manually input those legs? Thank you

How can I show only add-on airports? I click add-on in the map airport box and get the yellow rings around the addon airport. But all the other airports are still there. Even decrees the map detail some are still there. Thanks for you help.

Hi friends, I was wondering if anyone on here would have a performance file for the default Asobo NX Cub. I do a lot of flights in it and LNM shows a "aircraft performance not valid" message. So right now I kind of use an approximation by using Cessna 150 file from here: https://www.littlenavmap.org/downloads/Aircraft Performance/MSFS/ If you have Cub file (just the stock plane, no engine mods) would you please share if you dont mind. Hello, I have a suggestion for LNM (or perhaps it is already implemented and I do not know it) Could the current range or distance rings be enhanced with the option to show flight time also? Means: I have a certain plane profile loaded, where a approx max speed is included. Taken this as base to show a ring how long the flight time would be. Imagine I click into the map and draw the ring, similar to distance currently, and then it shows me the flight time of the aircraft for certain rings (maybe user setable: 15min, 30min, 1h, 2h, 3h, etc) I often need such a feature to simply make choices where to fly and what addon to use, simply b…

Hello MSFS is starting to add world hub updates airports (airports that are fixed and corrected) I was wondering if there is a way to add a layer that displays these airports with a custom icon? I can create a csv file with the list of airports but I'm not sure where to go from there. Is it possible?

I just downloaded the latest update and noticed the Flight Plan Elevation Profile is now a jumbled mess of lines going up and down all over the place. I tried to fix it by choosing the Select None option to see if it would clear the display, but it didn't. I also rebuilt the flight plan from scratch and the problem was still there. So, what's going on here? 😄

Hello, I'm wondering if there is a way to specify an altitude restriction for a user point and have the flightplan elevation profile respect it? I'm using LNM with NeoFly where I have to fly to some LAT/LONG coordinates and would like LNM give me a TOD to that user point based on elevation entered. This would also be useful for regular flightplan waypoints in some scenarios. The TOD calculations can be pretty accurate once the airplane profile has been finetuned and it would help a lot in these cases.

Hello, I know LNM used to support FlightGear and I'm not sure if it still does but I want to use LNM for FlightGear since I started using it just for fun but LNM doesn't seem to see it's installed. I thought that LNM automatically detects flight simulators installed when you run it, or is there some other way to get it to recognize FlightGear? I would really appreciate help to get LNM to see FlightGear is installed. Thanks

Hi, I love this program and use it every day I fly. I think that it could be a good idea to show a layer with the world time zones. When you're gonna do a long flight to or in a different part of the world it could be useful to know the time there. If this feature is already in the application I have not found it.
