Black screen on GTN 750 on my X-Plane 11 Power Source is set to always on

Hi!!!!!!!! maybe my first question was not clear, aniway, on the GTN 750 , ( xplane ) in the flight plan menu , inside a catalog, the button for to load a new flight plan , is missing. someone can help me ??????? regard Piero P

I have a small but tedious problem: the Configuration Panel opened via plugins menu is always windowed, it is no inside my full screen XPlane. Is this always so or can I change it? Thanks in advance for your help. Fabio

Hello, I downloaded the .msi and the .cab for database 2.6. I tried unpacking the files and leaving them zipped but get an error that says the installer can't find the db1.cab file. Anyone have any ideas? :) Tim

WIth the most recent update (2.5.22), I experience a CTD whenever I'm trying to switch from one aircraft to another, if the second one also makes use of the RXP GTN device. Switching to an aircraft without RXP (e. g. default C172) does work without CTD. On the aircraft loaded first, the RXP GTN can be used without issues. Complete removal and clean reinstallation (also of the Garmin software) did not solve the issue. Hi Jean-Luc Which version of the Garmin Trainer we should use with latest version: v2.5.22.1 ? I am using the the latest version of the Garmin trainer as well = 2.6.0.0. Is this the correct version supported by v2.5.22.1 ? Thanks, Marc.

I cannot get the GTN750 to integrate consistently with the TBM900. not sure if I have a settings problem but I have tried a lot of different combinations. At some point it switches from GPS#1 to GPS#2. It also does not consistently work with the Nav mode. GTN 750 works fine with C172 stock model. Does anyone have experience with the GTN70 and Plane TBM900, which comes stock with a G1000.

Hi, It seems I allways managed to couple the GTN750 as a nav source in aircraft that were not 'native' ready for the GTN750. But in the AW139 heli I am not succesfull. Does somebody have a hint? Thx in advance...

When I try to use the RXP GTN 750 in the Rotate MD80 Pro the GTN window comes up but the screen is blank. If I try to go into the plugins and turn off the GTN 750 XP11 locks up. I have to delete the RealityXP.GTN.ini file to fix this. I am running the latest version of the Rotate MD80 Pro and have the latest version of the Reality XP GTN software installed.

My launcher is prompting me to update to 2.6.0.0 Is this a bad idea? Or will it work fine? @RXP

So i have purchased and installed the 750 a few months and then purchased the 650 yesterday. There wasn't any errors when it installed but the 650 isn't showing up in the plugin drop down. it only shows GTN-1 and GTN-2 as 750. Any ideas?

Today I was flying the FJS 727 V3 with the RXP GTN 750 added. I have connect CDI mode to GPS/NAV switch checked but when the CDI mode is changed the GPS/NAV switch does not switch. Consequently when switching the CDI mode I have to manually change the GPS/NAV switch.

I have been having issues with version 2.5.22 with one of my aircraft. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling that version only to have the issue continue. I tried uninstalling that version and installing a version 2.5.20. But when bringing up the GTN 750 in the aircraft is says it is using RXP version 2.5.22. So uninstalling the software does not remove all of the files and installing a previous version does not work because uninstalling a newer version does not remove all of the files. So how does one go back to a previous version. Please help.

I bought the Reality xp gtn 750 yesterday, downloaded everything as instructed, but it wont appear in the instrument pannel. Tried going through the config settings but it will only appear in its own window. I cant find the RealityXPGTN.ini file to copy into the Airplane's folder, only the rxpGTN file folder under X-Plane's recources-plugins folder. I tried going back through the process and re downloading with the same results. any suggestions?

Hello, I have purchased the Carenado Turbo Commander and the Reality XP GTN 750 add on. I am running the latest version of XPlane 11 and my windows 10 Defender is set to allow all XPlane access. The trouble begins when I start XPlane and on the splash scree I get an error that says: Cannot Find d3d9.dll Please Re-install this application. (referring to Reality XP GTN Simulator) I have uninstalled and reinstalled both two times with no joy. I checked the Windows folders and the d3d9.dll existst and is not missing. Any help on this would be very much appreciated. Thanks, Ted

But after e x plane problem , i reinstalled the gnt 750, but is with the screen black evey time i open x plane, and with all planes. i try to install several time, but nothing. someone can help me maybe ? regards PieroP

Hi and Happy New Flying Year 2020 ! ✈️ I'm ready to buy GTN 750 XP Reality but I notice the Airacs are Databases cycle 1809 and actually I get Navigraph FMS with AIRAC cycle : 2001. ( Aivlasoft, ASXP, pilot2ATC ). Do you know if it is possible to get newer Airacs for this item ? By the way, I would like to thank Bert who helped me a lot with Garmin GNS 530-430 !

I just acquired the reality XP gtn750. When I install the Garmin trainers it ends with a crash log window indicating the closure of the software due to a crash. Therefore it does not recognize the database and can be used. Several uninstall and reinstall were performed with the same message and therefore sent the crash report to the developers. Please inform me of the procedure to follow. Cordially.

When I try to use the 50% coupon on both units it wants a previous purchase order number. the instructions are to add the coupon before purchase. It doesn't even give the 35% off on the 650. I tried to email but the round thing just keeps turning. You guys really need a number to contact. I'm on the verge of saying screw it. The forums are no help unless I get a answer soon to this but I'm not sure how much longer the sale will last.

Hi guys, As stated in the title I have installed the software, all hooked up, I get the 2d pop up which stays black, and I also cannot get the 3D model to load in, I assume something has gone wrong in the install. If it helps my aircraft are in a seperate folder D: xplane11/aircraft/_payware do you think thsi could be in the issue? Thanks
