Everytime I click on autopilot the main P2ATC screen turns white and a msg at the top says "Not Responding". I can fly without the P2ATC Autopilot and just use the A/C Autopilot but I would rather use P2ATC's Autopilot. This is the only Bug I can see. I hope I gave enough info Harry

IFR Flight plan KLEB to KCON Everything was going fine until I was 15 miles from KCON and Boston Center instructed me to contact tower. KCON is a non-controller airport, so there is no frequency for KCON Tower. Soon after that, a bunch error popups started appearing . . . something to do with sound and/or voice. I tried to close the popups, but they were reappearing just as fast, so I had to close the program. This was the first time for this. I'm using the latest update.

Hi Dave, 1). Clicking on the "ICAO Code" below the word "Search" in the upper left of the MFD opens a dialog box. This is titled "Primary Altitude Setting", should it be something else? Also when the dialog box opens up if you move your mouse the entry box in the dialog will lose focus. 2). The "FPL" window lists all of the waypoints and when connected and flying the list will high lite the active waypoint. If the waypoint is beyond the visible window the list resets the view to the top of the list, you then have to scroll the list to see the active waypiont, and the again when the next waypint is reached the view will reset. Pilot2ATC v1 had Saitek Pro Flight Yoke in the dropdown list under the configuration joystick settings and I used the "0" button to talk to Pilot2ATC. Version 2.0 does not have the Saitek Pro Flight Yoke in the configuration dropdown, and only the Saitek Proflight Rudder Pedals. Love the new system. As you said the learning curve is there, but I'm working through the manual. Flight Planning is much easier now. Regards David H.

I'm brand new at this, so it's hard to tell yet which things are bugs and which are just my stupidity confusing the poor controllers. Approach just sent me sailing off past KBFL into the sunset, but probably only to get rid of me! But I did notice at both KBFL and KFAT that Unicom was listed as the same freq as tower (in reality KBFL tower is 118.1, which P2A got right, but Unicom is 122.95). After the first contact, both towers started to refer to themselves as Unicom instead and it may be my imagination but they seemed to refuse to do anything tower-like after that point too. only fails in this FP??!!: route LEMD SID PINAR UN870 PONEN UT600 CASPE STAR LEBL, from PINAR I want to load airway UN870 to PONEN...but only load to PISUS, that is the first point starting with P of that airway in alphabetical order (PISUS, PIVUS, PONEN, PORLI...as shown in the list) I have tried other flight plans and only fails this ?! Hello Dave, after takeoff I'm usually a long time in "report-mode" instead of "request-mode". Although with every frequency change the menu items reset to "standard" (Request/leave frequency). But during flight on center handovers I mostly only have to pick up the "climb/descent to" or the "at current altitude" report because the other readbacks appears automatically (suggested by Sayit). So it's nerving (sry) to search for the needed altitude report on every handover again due to the reindexed menu items. I know that the menuitems are changes depending of the ATC Center (APP, DEP, Graund, TWR ...) and that should the reason for the "item reset". But isn't it po…

Hello Dave, I tested LFML to LEPA without problems. After that I would test the line up and wait without take-off clearence problem (unauthorized backtrack to extended runway treshold) on LSZH RWY14 Gulf. No more problem with 2.0.0.10. Alright. Also the not loaded airways reported by Solvair are fixed. All nice. Loaded real weather and restarted my testflight LSZH/LOWW. Routing RW34 DEGE2F DEGES KPT UL856 GISPO LOWW. After takeoff the first handover to Center was alright. Flew the SID without problems. After DEGES short before KPT was the second Center handover from 124.62 to 126.80 instructed. Hello Dave, the active RWY on Airport infos doesn't match the real active RWY in P2A shown Metar. The P3D32 ATIS is in accordance with current Metar and also the P2A instructed RWY. EDDM TULS9N TULS3A RNAV RW26 LOWI Aerosoft A320 FL120 Beside enroute speedrestrictions additional speedlimits on climbing to avoid opposite traffic. Expect APPR/STAR and clearences in good time. Also the handovers between controllers. Completed flight with no freezes, delays/lags, performant interactions. Very nice. Hello Dave, before connecting the simulator the message window is empty. When you press the CLR-Button in this situation you will get an unhandled exception (null reference object). Regards Helge

OMG my mistake sry. In the testing rush I called the Speech Assistant before I dailed the right frequency and the result was an empty Speech Assitant. What was the only reason. no bug Regards Helge

Hello Dave, taxiing LSZH to RWY14. At the holding position on the end of taxiway Gulf reported ready for departure and got "line up and wait" (by the way with winddirection? - this is uncommon. Winddirection used with takeoff clearence only - but that is not the point.) RWY14 has an extension without taxiway intersection. If you need it for take-off run you have to request an backtrack on RWY. But TWR instructed only "line-up and wait" without backtrack. No problem. Done as instructed. Waiting on RWY but nothing happend. In the meanwhile SWISS317 reported established ILS RWY14. TWR instructed SWISS317 to continue. But I got no takeoff clearence. Later SWISS31…

Hello Dave, LOWW Aiportinfo > active runway 29 while active runway in atis RWY34 (wind 320/10). I enabled the option "Force Pilot Runway Selection" and it's a long way from gate to treshold RWY34. So I decided to takeoff from RWY29. But there was no way to chose a specific runway execpt filing a flightplan with SID for runway 29. No sooner said than done. But clearence delivery ignored the filed SID und cleared RWY34 SID LANU5D. No way to request a different runway in P2A-phraseology as in real life. Hello Dave, I'm not sure, if I assume it right? Should P2A read out/interact the transponder mode setting? There are no function with stock aircraft (Baron 58, carenado A36) also with Airbus A318/A319/A320/A321?
