FS2CREW: PMDG 737 NGX REBOOT

Good day, I've been using fs2crew 737 reboot since fsx and p3dv3 but i'm having problems with the new version in V4. Installed ok as admin and i can open the fscrew window on the simulator. Voice recognition activated succesfully. But when i talk to ground or checklist, no reaction. I can't see the green band activated with the words i say. When i close the simulator once i've tryied to use the fs2crew software, the simulator stays open forever. I must ctrl+alt+supr to close it. My microphone is working and i can chat via skype, ivao, and so on... Please help!

I got the email notice about a new version this morning. I went into my Completed Orders and downloaded the file for the NGX Reboot. When I tried to install it to p3dv4 there was no selection for P3D v4 in the installer. The closest thing was P3Dv3+. Is there a wait until the file is updated to our Orders on the FS2Cres website? Or something else I need to do to get the v4 file? Thanks for your help. Jerry

Why wont my flaps move up and down when I say flaps 1 at start and when I fly. Nothing happens.

Bryan, Is it ok to conclude that 64b FS2Crew works OK with just released (07-28-17) NGX updated installers? I'm planning to purchase FS2Crew later this evening and don't want to run into any sort of "surprises" :-) Thank you Dmitriy

Just a small point when using SOP 1, when the Load Sheet arrives at 7 mins I normally say "Thank You" and its recognised in the green bar as 'Thank you', but I never get a reply. Is this on purpose as I had the same with FSX, P3Dv3 and now P3Dv4, so its unlikely not a faulty sound file.

Hello, all. First off let me say I am impressed and now feel much better with FS2Crew and the 737 NGX. My PMDG collection is now complete. However, oddly enough my maiden flights went smoothly, then today I started having an odd issue. While I was streaming this morning, I had a cabin pressurization failure, even though in PMDG settings it swore I had no failures set. It did show the cabin as "failed", but it would not let me reset it. I figured it was a random fluke. Thanks a lot for making this upgrade available in such short time after the release of the NGX for P3D V4. Now my sim is almost complete in 64 bit :-) Just a little thing i noticed (been flying the same version since relase of reboot, so I know this is not normal behaviour. There is no action from FO when passing through FL100. Normally the FO would ask to release cabin, and turn off the landing lights. This does not happen. Another thing is this: I had my first freeze,. error message is "P3D stopped interacting with Windows" after installing FS2Crew NGX 64 bit and RAAS pro 64 bit. I've set my voice recognition in win10 to English-US, (although god knows why I should have to I don't want to speak in an American voice, only proper Queen's English here please :) ) However FS2Crew is still giving me the crappy green message saying there's an error and I need to reset my voice recognition settings... *sigh* :( Help? Hello! while Descend at FL200 the FO says to the Crew "Prepare to landing". Crew says "Cabine secure" about 5 Minutes later. I think that is too fast for the best Crew. Secure should come later. Near to final Approach.

Hello, Have set heading to the runway Heading in LOWG (35C) but in Preflight Checklist, FLT Instruments the PIC did not say the selectet heading. he says the heading, which the plane is Standing at the Gate. is that correct?

Having used FS2Crew for such a long time on many aircraft, you tend to rely on your Copilot for many of the system flows. Now I have moved over to P3Dv4, I'm having to re-learn all the correct pre-departure checks that my trusty Copilot used to do on the PMDG 737-800 and at my age that's not easy. Hi, I have this problem, i try to complete the CDU preflight but i am not so shore about that. When the FO call the words: ''CDU PREFLIGHT'' of the before start checklist i say "COMLETED". After that the FO will not respond. Well, I noticed that I cannot engage Vnav so I think the CDU preflight is not completed. What am i doing wrong?

Just downloaded the software on my W7 PC. Control Panel only offers Windows 8 in the selection, so I can't set up the language to English. the Select button is not highlighted....and no Windows 7 choice. What am I missing here please Doug

With the NGX for P3Dv4 now in beta can we expect an FS2Crew for this version shortly after release (hoping you already got access to the new version of the NGX)?

Hello, I'm running into an issue consistently on SOP 3 after the "Gear Down - Flaps 15 - Landing Checklist to flaps" call. The FO lowers the gear, sets flaps to 15, and starts the checklist. Then we get to "holding for flaps" and I make the call for Flaps 30. The FO sets flaps 30, and calls when it reaches there. I then respond (according to the manual) "Thirty Thirty green light" which the voice recog identifies according to the green bar, but the FO does not complete the checklist or respond so I've never had him challenge the Landing Lights (even when I have ensured they are ON already). I have to click to the next "CLEARED|LANDING" stage in the main panel in order…

Out of the box FS2Crew will always use the audio device that is set as default in Windows. For the headset though you can pick which sound device should be used. Is there any way you can force FS2Crew to use any other device rather than the default one also for the main sound (not the headset)? Reason for my question is I'm struggling to set up my sound in a good way where I'm using lots of different add-ons, multiple audio devices including a pair of Oculus Rift glasses plus a body shaker. I have the Level D 767 and the PMDG 777 FS2Crew and the 777 version has when you do the checklists, a window opens up so you can read along with the FO callouts. This is of course, the voice version. Does this version have this? I can't seem to find it anywhere in the cfg panel and I hope it was included as I'm hard of hearing and have a difficult time hearing what is being said. Thanks!! I'm using the button control (sop2) in the current voice version of FS2Crew and the options are set for the doors to open/closed by the program. I let the process run from the beginning of the pre-flight right up to ready for engine start but she complains about "we have a door open" at before engine start and I have to retract the jetway and shut the doors myself? Am I missing something? Pete (newbie) :)

An FYI for anyone else who might encounter this problem. Windows ran some updates and all the sudden I was only hearing a few of the normal sounds from FS2Crew and nothing from RAAS Pro. I was hearing the FO through my headset only. I heard all of the FA and PA calls through the speakers, but never the FA asking me if it was okay to board. I also never heard the FO through the speakers for anything, including his short responses on the dep and app briefs. I spent quite a while searching the forums and troubleshooting... and was about to post here for help when I found the solution on my own. Hello folks, it drives me to dispair: I bought a new PC with Windows 10 Home, installed all necessary drivers and of course Prepar3D v3.4 with addons, aircraft included (PMDG 737NGX, 777, 747 QOTS II, Aerosoft Airbus A318-320), of course FS2Crew for B737, B777 and Airbus. From the beginning my sound in FS2Crew ist mixed up most of the time (left is right and right is left, not only FS2Crew but also the 737 sounds) and ONLY with the 737, seldom it has the right sides, very seldom sound sides change in flight. Hello after the new Windows 10 Creators Update the FSCrew doesnt understand me very well anymore. I already did the voice training again and checked my microphone. All my friend can understand me very well. For example "Flaps" he didn't respond.

Hi guys, I'm running FS2Crew NGX Reboot. I have a Windows 10 system which runs FS:SE and the PMDG 737 NGX. Steam is a single installation so no boxed-version entry conflicts. The problem is that lately I find checklists 'hang' for about 30 seconds, that continue. After completion they jump back two or three steps and I need to complete them again. I actually only use SOP2, voice controlled, Australian voice set to keep emergencies in the equation. It doesn't happen on every flight and on every checklist, it seems quite random. I did install the EGNT UK2000 scenery and started using World of AI lately, but could that actually influence the …
