PMDG 777

Hello , are there any info available that could be explain how deep PMDG will simulate the checklist function ? Why do so many of you keep begging for fictional liveries ?? Tell me WHY that PMDG should create a bunch of fictional liveries for the 777LR ? All I see on these forums and on their facebook page is a whole lot of guys begging to see a BA livery! WHY?! Out of all the official PMDG liveries for the NGX I only see one fictional, and that's the BA. They created that because they like BA Virtual and because BA doesn't have NG's! Well.. BA only operate 200ER's and 300ER so I'm very confident PMDG will create liveries for those when they release those. I'm sure that when ever they release the paintkit, someone will create a fictional livery for nearly all operators of the 777…

Hey All, I've been hunting for an answer to this for quite a while and have been unsuccessful... Probably since I don't know what exactly to call the thing I want to know about haha. It's just after 5:30 in the video below. On both the Captain and F/O side on the glareshield, outboard of the Master Warning/Caution lights. They look like black/white chevrons and they appear right after A/P disconnect. I'd like to know if anyone could educate me as to what exactly they are called and what their function is. This following thread reminded me of something - http://forum.avsim.net/topic/408452-777-technical-question/ I was wondering whether this particular feature (and other features in the same way) be on an equipment menu via the fmc similarly to the NGX? Hi PMDG, So excited about the up and coming T7 product. Just a thought but I personally think that if you develop the 200ER as well as an expansion on top of what you have planned I think that should be enough of the T7 variants you don't need to include the normal 200+300 models and the difference in fuel logic and engines as if there aren't any noticeable differences between the ER models and normal models. If people want to do shorter flights then the ER models are able to accommodate. I just want your development time to be better spent in terms of T7, DC6 and 747v2! Kind Regards Duncan

Personally, i will definetly say goodbye to the level d 767, but still considering to keep the at least the md 11 on stand by.

I saw an article on the web today about a couple of 777's with GE engines that shutdown mid-flight. I sure hope MY 777 fleet will have been fully tested and checked by PMDG before release :lol: Something tells me I won't have any issues! Ever since this project was first announced, the main gussing game was the release date.... Now we seem to be getting a new livery everyday (TOUCH-WOOD!), i would like to prepose a new game....Guess the next Livery!!!!! A lot of people on facebook are thinking it will be released tonight becuase of the Fedex scheme, and PMDG's caption that went with it ("AM Delivery for some, PM for others.. but just on time for everyone...") , but seeing as we havent had those cockpit previews yet i still think we're a little off! Start Guessing!

Ryan (or anyone from PMDG), If the NGX was any indication, no doubt you'll have some nice 777 video previews lined up for us at some point down the line. The thing I remember vividly after seeing the first NGX video was the sound. I feel like the sounds are some of the most underappreciated aspects of your work by fans of your stuff. Would you guys be willing to go over how you develop the sound packages you ship in as much detail as you do the model and the VC? I'm especially curious with the sound package in the 777, as some of the sounds it makes, to me at least, would seem incredibly difficult to replicate (though, I'm positive you'll have faithfully recreated the…
