PMDG 777

I installed the 777 into FSX and started FSX. I had everything turned on and tried to use the ATC within FSX. It didn't work. On the pmdg 737 it worked fine. I tried to use shift lock and use the number key to access it, but nothing happens, I don't know what to do. Peter Smeal

All the previous PMDG planes had no problems with it, but if I replay a landing with the 777 using FS-Recorder, controls on the wings are not moving (both flaperon & aileron). Is there a trick to make them move normally? Maybe the fly-by-wire system prevents the moves. At least the Autopilot was off, so it must be something different. EDIT: I dont know why, but topic exists twice. TOPIC CAN BE DELETED.

Hey guys, bought the 777 as soon as it went live... I have spent more time painting the thing than flying it. However the little I've flown it has been awesome, so worth the wait!!! Now that I have my liveries done, I can go full out geek, and pilot around on the best airline ever. Planet Express -F version will be done in the next day or so. Hey PMDG, first of all, thanks a lot for this awesome bird it's literally amazing. I've one question or maybe one "bug" though. My fsx just freeze by using the sim acceleration from the 777. Cheers and have a good day André

when reading the instruction and the tutorial i couldn't figure out the key combination for stab trim.. only that i need to use the key combination on the keyboard or on my joystick so i looked up all key commands in the fsx menu but i couldn't find it .. can someone pls tell me how the standard key combination is for the stab trim is? thx in advance Regards, Philipp Drexler

Hi all, Well, I have managed to break the FMC's... Here's the situation starting from CLDDRK: 1. Loaded saved route KBFI to KIAD 2. AIDRU set to realistic 3. Entered all data during align 4. Tried to delete KIAD as destination after some route issues with Arrival information 5. CAPT FMC went completely blank 6. F/O FMC displays information headings but no fields Anyone else seen this? Additionally, no buttons work for the FMC's or lower EICAS display..?

Will any submitted third party repaints be submitted via the Ops Centre and available in the repaints list. if not will they have to be manually installed? Thanks

Hi all, I am not sure who can help me with this issue. When I go to the exterior view of the aircraft the aircraft becomes transparent. I am not sure why this is happening.

I am having issues with the FPS being at 3.3 fps! Something is not set up correct. I have a I7 gtx650 ti card with 12 gigs of ram. Can somebody help me? Jason

I love the interface you are using for the ECL (very clever) I bought the CS777 in the 9.99 sale and the ECL was very awkward to use. Needless to say,it was uninstalled before installing the PMDG 777

In the FMC key assignments, if you assign a key command to Cargo Door Main it opens up the Bulk Cargo door. And visa versa.

After finishing a flight where in the FMC will it show actual distance and actual time flown?

Had this issue last night, where pressing open cargo door aft and fwd in the FMC nothing happens. I started with cold and dark cockpit. Bulk cargo door opened when pressed in the FMC. GSX kept beeping to open the doors Doors opened when started the panel state from long startup. Am I doing something wrong? I also checked the intro manual.

Hello, on approaching at 12R at dubai, about 5min before capture the loc, i get this message in fmc. I checked on nav/radio and in fact the ils freq and course were wrong. Why is this happened? I changed in nav/radio to the correct freq/course but the loc put me about 2nm to the straight left of the runway. Anyone has this issue or has reported this?

I am flying - surprise surprise VRMM - OMDB - on VATSIM RIGHT NOW and my crazy kitten walked over the keyboard, pressing some keys and now I don't see the cockpit anymore. I can't even switch between views with the 's' key - what can I do!? Regards from lost over the indian ocean

Hello everybody, I've got a issue while using the stabalizer trim. I don't now if anyone else has already reported this. While setting the take off trim I can only use the switch on my yoke to move the trim down, but not to move it up. I had to use the ALT PITCH TRIM to do that. Strange thing is that the trim switch on the VC yoke is moving while I try to trim up, it's just the number on the display that stays the same. I tried to record it in a video, but I'm not sure that it is really clear enough. Does anybody maybe have a solution for this problem? Thanks in advance.
