Hi guys My MCP&Efis from CPflight doesn't seem to work with the PMDG 777,any of you guys using this product to or do you know if PMDG will release something in order for this to work?

Hi, I've tried an RNAV approach at KPAE (plain field) on runway 34L, but while pushing the APP button on the MCP, nothings happens, so I had to continue on a visual approach. I actually tried this RNAV approach three times and same result, nothing... Somebody have the same issue? Thanks.

I suspect what just happened to me was the autopilot disconnecting for, as per QRH, Flight Envelope Protection but I'm not 100% sure... I'd been happily cruising at FL370/M.85 for an hour or so when the warning horn went off and "Autopilot" came up on the EICAS. A/P, A/T, Vnav and Lnav all remained lit correctly but the A/P clearly wasn't in VNAV as the 777 booted the throttles and started climbing quite sharply to well above FMC and MCP flight levels. I was connected to Vatsim, using AS2012 weather (NOT uploaded to the FMC) and the winds had been swinging around a bit where I was (between Iceland and Scotland over the ocean). I seem to have a problem when trying to soft disconnect the AP. I tried it in a couple of flights using either the mouse click or the Z key but the AP stays on. I do not have any alarm disconnect sounds. The first time, I was already tracking the ILS. The second time, I was still on LNAV VNAV. I finally had to use the disconnect bar to turn it off. Any one with the same problem or any idea of what I could do wrong ? Kevin Spider

Hi PMDG, not a huge issue in the scheme of things, but I just wanted to ask if you guys could re-jig the ops centre to allow for differing sizes of fonts, etc. I keep getting the following message each time I open up (& download any updates) on the ops centre: "Your system is currently set for a nonstandard DPI. PMDG Ops Center does not currently support high-DPI scaling". Thanks for your attention. Rgds, Steve

Hi There, Question about the Etihad Cargo Livery... The 'test package' is permanently on. Even opening the FMC, switching the flight test package on and off, doesn't correct this? I only have it with this livery? P.s. Amazing Plane! WHOOHOO!

Hi all, This is probably a silly question and the answer is most likely obvious but I can't seem to find them. I remember it being posted that PMDG have done a primer repaint for each livery they have done but I can only find the PMDG house primer paint instead. Are these yet to come or is there something you need to do? Any replies are appreciated. Cheers, Matt

After flying this incredibly beautiful and perfectly developed bird a few days now, this is the least I can do to show my gratefulness to the best addon-company of the whole fsim-world! This is the config-file for Aerosoft's AES (Airport Enhancement Services) for the PMDG 777 LR (only!) The doors no. 1, 2 & 4 on each side are in use and everything is as perfectly aligned as I could, hope you like it! Just place the downloaded file inside the T7-folder located here: {Flight Simulator X}\SimObjects\Airplanes\PMDG 777-200LR. >> DOWNLOAD << (dropbox)

Good evening I saw a lot of very good an positiv posts here, but some few issues to investigate or to handle it, too. My personal descision is to wayt a clear official release comment of RSR (like release NGX, MD11, 747), before to buy it. I'm flying PMDG since 737 for FS2004. With FSX the 747, MD11 and NGX. Morning gents, I have an illuminated caution light on the panel. I cant reset it by pressing it and I cannot seem to locate what is incorrect. I followed the checklists and checked all the systems and it appears to be normal. Is there a menu or screen I am missing that will show me what I may have missed? Thanks.

All the pets stored in the checked baggage compartments are dead, because I've had the Aft and BULK cargo cabins chilled to a comfortable +40 Celsius / +100 Fahrenheit. Any clues on why I'm roasting my cargo alive? From what I can gather, the MASTER on the air conditioning unit is set to 23 Celsius / 74 Fahrenheit. The PAX cabins are all holding 23C/74F, but the undercarriage is roasting in the heat of Dubai. The PACKS and TRIM AIR should be enough to get the temps down, right?

Hello. I have this system configuration on my laptop. Every single game I run on it is perfectly smooth with high/max setting. But it seems like FSX doesnt like my laptop at all... I have tried multimple tweaking guides with cero impact on fps. This is what i have: Windows 7 64 bit Intel Core i5-2410M 2,3Ghz (2.9 with boost) AMD Radeon 6630M 1024Mb 1600x900 screen 4Gb ram DDR3 ( thinking to add 4Gb more. Not sure if this will be a noticeable improvement thought) I am having a bad time setting up FSX and fsx.cfg to run the 777 properly. Im only getting around 12-18 fps on ground (default airport). and 20-30 in the air. Can you guys help me find a proper set…

Sinds today i have this T777 bought and i saw directly when i was in VC, I still see some details that not works. Here is the small list: Side windows cannot open Sun protection shade does not works. No moving seats and armrests. No working Tiller steer thats a need for full realisme sorry to say this but blackbox beta airbus have it like to see this here aswel. Texts on the buttons and around on all pannels need be more sharp is little blurry hard to read. (NGX is it perfect readble)

Hi, Firstly, amazing work! This aircraft is mind blowing, wish the airline I fly for was to order some. Maybe one day.. The V1 cut options are fantastic, and I understand the product isn't designed to be used for training. However, in real life simulator sessions doing V1 cuts we obviously don't know which engine is going to fail...is this something you could incorporate in the failures menu please? Also, I think the views that show the wing and engine (but not situated right by the engine) could be tweaked a little. I never liked the VC - the view is stuck in one place and looking around is a miserable experience - looking up at the upper panel you need to twist your head 90 degrees to look at the switches and knobs. Maybe it's me and I may not be doing something right, but I seriously miss the 2D panel view right now. I don't have any of the fancy trackIR or similar device. Is there a key combination to move the view point like we see in the videos? I looked around the documentation, found references to popup but these are just big squares appearing on the screen. I noticed this issue on first touchdown, but i checked it only today - on touchdown nosewheel sound is heard to early. I can make a video of this, but i don't think it's needed - it can be checked very easy. I did this way - paused FSX on landing immediately after i heard nosewheel touchdown sound.
