Hey guys I'm looking for an app to track my flights when I'm away from my computer I usually fly flights that are for 5 hours and I don't like staying at my computer that long is there an app that I can get for the Android that would allow me to track my flight in due time and fuel checks and also have a moving map so that I can stay in touch away from my PC

Hello, after successfully installing MT6 in P3D I noticed that besides the new aircraft the default AI is still showing up. When trying to disable it using the communicator all options are greyed out except 'Localize Prepar3d' v3 which, after clicking on it only reveals 'Manage simobject.cfg'. For FSX all options are available.. Any ideas?

Hi guys, Quick question here: I'm running P3Dv3 and I'm pretty new to the p3d scene. I owned FSX:deluxe but never really made the switch from fs9. However, with all the shiny new features of P3d, I decided it was time to upgrade. That said, I installed FlyTampa's gorgeous St. Maarten scenery and have come across a slight issue. I have installed every single current WOAI package into my sim, however I don't see a single AI aircraft at TFFJ (St. Barths), ever. Traffic seems to work just fine to everywhere else. So yesterday I took the plunge and bought P3D v3 academic license in hope that it will run better and more stable than FSX DX10. How wrong I was. Basically everything below 30fps is unflyable, it stutters like hell and FPS are worse than FSX even at lower settings + FSX still looks a ton better with Reshade. I haven't tweaked my cfg so far, only tried affinitymask once and changed my settings hundreds of times without any noticeable difference. My PCs specs are: GTX770 4GB OC i7 4770k 4,3GHz 8GB RAM P3D installed on separate SSD Win10 64bit 3 monitors 5980 * 1080 So far I have ORBX FTX Global, ASN SP4, Rex 4 textures, EzDok, FlyTampa Sydney and Majes…

Anybody have comments on this region? Is it as good as their other stuff? I already have the 3 Australian Orbx and 3 UK packages. And I have all the other Orbx North America sets and Fjords.

Hi there! I've read a topic on AVSIM how to install MyTraffic 6 into P3D v3. Does this work with MyTraffic 2013 as well? And, does anybody know if vPilot has model matching for this version of MT? If this should work, I'd get myself the newest version of P3D. Thanks in advance!

Most of my flying on simulators has been GA and Helicopters. Would like to start flying tubeliners. I won't to start off with something that is not real complex, something easy without a lot of FMS setup. I flew the default tubeliners with FSX and enjoyed those very much. any ideas for v3.1?

I installed MT6 just like in p3d 2.5, and I've added the line to the simobjects file like this: [Entry.9] Title=Default Countermeasures Path=SimObjects\Countermeasures Required=True Active=True [Entry.10] Title=MyTraffic Vehicles Path:F\MT6\MyTraffic\Aircraft Required=True Active=True I've also added MyTraffic in the scenery library, turned off default AI and located the P3D folder within the Communicator software. Still, no traffic offline nor on VATSIM servers, even with the correct Rule Sets (MyTraffic6)l Any tips?

Hi I seem to be getting bad blurries is there any cfg tweak needed for P3D V3.1 to fix or could it be sliders, Also Orbx textures are showing snow and summer textures combined is there anyway to fix this ? Thanks Blurries- Orbx wrong textures- http://imgur.com/gz3qs8Q

Hey guys, So yesterday i did a clean install of windows, deleting everything just so i can start again. One thing though is before hand i was using IVAO's model matching for the AI aircraft on vatsim. I know it cant be used anymore, so i ask the question. Whats the best program for matching models with updated liveries etc ? Cheers

Hi, can someone confirm same issue with DigitalDesign LOWS with GSX Ground Service ? When you activate GSX ( for example - starting Boarding ) in LOWS, all taxilights ( lightning and light objects ) disappear. Many thanks for any suggestions.....

Out of nowhere I have really blurry textures. Here is a picture I took when climbing from 3000 feet - https://gyazo.com/ca782f5e418699760fe8a3d53e994411 I have an LOD Radius of 6.5 and am using an affinity mask of 14. Is there a way to fix this issue? I am also using UTX and FTX Global

I am having a real problem with losing my CH yoke and pedals at various points through the flight in v3.1. I did not have this problem in any previous version of P3d. Have latest register FSUIPC, although don't use ot for controls. I can reattach with options/controls, but about half the time I get a CTD when that happens. Before I nuke it and do a full reinstall, anyone have any thoughts? Thanks, Jeff Callender

I assigned all controls thru FSUIPC, works fine. But FSUIPC deosnt recognize the Cessna trim wheel in the calibration option, and I need to reverse it.

Haven't been active for quite a few days over at Orbx Forums. I did a major Win7 update as I was quite a few (about 80) updates back on Jan 31. This also included an update to Firefox to v44. Today I was just catching up on new on forums and when to make a reply to, and nothing happened. I found that I could not reply to nor could I create a new topic. Everything else seems to be working fine. Anyone know what might cause this? Did I tick someone off over there? My last post was about BC Ferries compatibility some days back.

I find this issue on the P3D. I am flying the F1 King Air and I have two of my Yokr buttons assigned to Electric Trim UP and DOWN respectively. With 1 slight tap, It goes from 1000FPM Descend to 1000FPM climb. in the control button assignement I moved the "repeat counter" to the middle but that doesn't help. Is there a sensitivity to button assignment if I assign using FSUIPC? IS there another way.. I am unable to trim aircrafts in P3D

Hello Everyone, This is my first post so if i missing anything please let me know. I just bought this the PMDG 737-800 for P3D v3 and i can't seem to get it to work. I have looked in your forums and online and can't find a solution to it. After installing the 737, I start P3D and after it loads the screen minimizes and i can't do anything. I notice this only happens when i install the FSX-SP2-XPACK. If I remove it then it will load up with no problem, however than i left with a plan and black screens and no gauges. Thanks, Edwin

I've been a longtime FSX user, and have all the "power user" addons: ASN, UT2, PMDG, A2A, GSGlobal, UTUSA, EZCA, GEX. You know... all of it... So, frankly, I've been disengaged and out of the loop on P3D, but I read a few reviews on P3D v3, and I get the impression that this sim is the way of the future. But, I can't find a guide, or something like that, for a person like me who needs to understand the fundamentals of P3D so I don't jump in and make a bunch of bad choices, or not really understand what I'm getting into. Hi all, Today I am focusing on finetuning cores load and framerate. Cores load The affinity mask is set to 340 ( 00,01,01,01,01,00 ) This is how it looks when P3D is NOT running : Here how it looks when P3D is running : I was under the impression that P3D would start at core 2. However it is core 0 that is loaded to the max... When shutting down P3D the load on core 0 goes to a low level. Framerate To get the highest LOWEST framerate I use Unlimited. At a very detailed airport with AI traffic and lots of clouds with framerates locked at 25 or 30 or 60 the framerate goes down to 17-22. Using Unlimited the framera…

So I got sick of waiting for OrbX to update the last few v1/FSX airports and force-installed them into P3D v2.5 using the Migration tool. To my surprise they worked flawlessly. I even saw animated people walking around etc. On the first run it complained about some module being unsupported, but then it updated itself automatically. So what are you missing by using the airport in an unsupported version of the sim? There must be something, since it has taken OrbX more than 2 years of intense development to get the airports ported over. Hi all I know LM are continuing to work hard on developing what is already a superb platform... and I love it - great stability and performance. I was wondering if anyone "in the know" (Rob Ainscough.... im looking at you, as usual, you poor guy..... :wink:) is aware of future planned updates. Im in no hurry as I love the current build, however there are a couple of issues that 3.1 introduced that developers are struggling with. Namely... Hi, I have a problem with LIPX from x RFSCENERYBUILDING RFSCENERYBUILDING which drives me crazy. The plane is sinking into the ground. It happens to all vecicles as well, but not for the AI planes (WOAI). I already tried everything in the scenery.cfg, but it seems that this is another problem. It only happens at this airport, I have also some other payware airports and everything is fine. Does anyone has an idea what I can do about this? uups I made some screenshots - but how can I post them here? Problems and problems...
