Hi guys, I'm desperately trying to fix (what I think is) a FDE problem in Prepar3d V3.1. I'll just explain what happened: I've just bought the Milviz MD530F helicopter and experienced a weird behaviour regarding the yaw axis: When I apply right rudder, the helicopter turns about 20°, then stops. After a second it turns again for a few degrees and stops again. Sometimes the helicopter doesn't move around the yaw axis for a couple of seconds, just to turn for 180° in the next second... Hi, The airport at Homer (PAHO) is corrupted. It looks like piles of sand have drifted over sections of the runway. I have reinstalled SAK and updated the library files, to no avail. All the other airports in the SAK region are fine. Can any one suggest where I could go to correct this anomaly ? Thanks Jack

The other day I loaded P3Dv3 and saw the below warning boxes and then the sim would lock up and I would have to go to task manager to shut it down. First this window And then this window So I then repaired P3Dv3 and all was well, for awhile. After shutting it down and then restarting later the same warnings came back up and sim shut down. I did this repair about three times without much success so then I went looking for the offending XML files. I found them in user/me/appdata/local/LM/P3dv3 folder as shown below. I wonder if someone can help me ( I am not a high tech guy) . I did a full uninstall to my prepared V2.5 following all the steps written on the forum then done a fresh download . Without installing any add ons or flights ( still the original download) once I open and the screen comes with the default flight if I move anything ( mouse- yoke...etc) it immediately shuts down and that is it. I tried to remove and reinstall several times but I was unlucky. Hi all, I have been plagued with CTD's for a while now and tried everything in the book. I recently upgraded my GPU to an MSI GTX 970 with 4 gb of ram and still they occurred !!!. The sim was perfectly ok with default scenery and a little Moony Bravo to putter around in but that is not where I like to be, low and slow is ok but I do like to get down and dirty in something with a little grunt. When I load A2A C182 in P3D v3.1 I get the message:"Flight simulator X SimConnect Error has been detected, restarting connection". I don't get this error message with any other aircraft or addons that also use simconnect. I get steady 60FPS and this happens on the first load. I already reinstalled Simconnect (FSX-SP2-XPACK version). My main question here would be what does "restarting connection" actually means.. does it mean it works now because the connection was restarted or does it mean something is not working now because error has been detected? Hi guys! I have a problem with FSX/P3D. When you're flying at altitude (Lets say 30,000 or 40,000 ft) and you look outside, it doesnt look like you're flying that hight. For example, look at this image: You CAN feel the altitude there. Is it possible to make P3D feel like that? any addon? something? (PD: I use p3dv3 and activesky next)

Bought EZDOK for P3Dv3 and it installed fine but not at all happy with it so far. Problem #1 When in mouse look mode is there a way or button to temp shut it off to work the switches? Problem #2 It will not save any settings I make and have to set up EZDOK everytime I go into the sim. Also this software does not show in Addon menu unless I start it before I start P3Dv3. .

My bad for not following the basic approach of install one add-on, test, then install another add-on, test, etc. I didn't do that because with P3D 2.3 (my former version until a few days ago) I never had to. After a PC meltdown which turned out to be the drive P3D lived on became unbootable, but tested out fine, so did a wipe and reinstall of OS and P3D. Did a bit of flying until I decided to get on w/ install of FTX Global, FTX NCA, one FTX airport, REX E+ and finally Estonia MT's provisional P3D version 3 build in order to get the FSGenesis West Coast mesh installed. Right so, I'm no scenery developer but I've read this guide and followed it too the T. http://scruffyduck.screenstepslive.com/s/help_docs/m/20268/l/199756-how-do-i-set-taxi-link-draw-flags-to-default-values I fly United Routes all the time in the NGX and I'm missing two hubs; EWR and ORD. I have downloaded two greatr FSX AFCADS for both HUBS from Ray Smith in the Library. No matter what I do there is problem while using them in P3D 3.1, and I read the "book." Can anyone convert these files for me if they know how to do it, I'd be very very greatful. Thanks!

Hi to all! In the recent days,I am experiencing, that in all planes I have,"Heading and Alt " in the autopilot do not work longer than a few seconds before they are switched off automatically. No installations or changes were made in these days.Any ideas?? Regards, Scott

I can't seem for the life of me to get this error to go away. I don't know how to get rid of it. I have gone into my malware program which I disable when I do anything fsx related and I did exclusions to folders related to FSX but still get this everytime. The strange thing is that when I installed Global base it shows in my ORBX folder OpenLC which I am pretty sure shouldn't be there as well as FTX_AU and I don't have any Australian scenery. Can anyone help? I am about to delete all my orbx stuff and re install but I am trying to avoid that. Hello I have been struggling for weeks trying to get Ezdok for P3D v3 to install. I have also tried the new all in one install: http://www.avsim.com/topic/483976-ezdok-new-version/ It worked fine for one session of P3D v3. I could see the add-on in the menu of P3D V3? But on the relaunch of p3d it disapears again. I have removed all UCA and turned off the ESET firewall and realtime scanning. As well as the windows firewall. I have even got a microsoft tech, to remotly check the permissions are correct for the installation needed. I've had P3D for a long time now and over the last week I have noticed that P3D keeps flickering not responding, It does this continuously and I cannot find a solution. Please Help!

As the title has anyone got a nice vibration effect file for the PMDG 777 EZDOK that they are willing to share? Have setup my 737NGX with the cameras and vibration files I got from AOA - but strangely when I try and import the 737 vibration effects (which are amazingly good) into my 777 seems to set everything to zero? Any help appreciated....

Hey guys. I have a problem with my sim. - The first time I launch p3d, I get a scenery.cfg error. It says: Scenery's remote director is invalid: Would you like to unload this area? - The error message does not contain a path to the faulty scenery. - The sim splash screen continues for a little while, then goes away. The sim ends and p3d.exe is not running in applications. - The second run of the sim has the same error message as the first time, but this time the sim runs fine after I click ok. Hey guys, i have a problem with freeware addon scenerys for example EDDL from Thomas Ruth. Some taxiway are invisible. The markings are there but on grass. Is it possible to fix it or is it not possible to install free fsx scenerys into P3D? Thanks for every answer!

Hi. I think I may have a bad download of the FTX Global Base for P3Dv3. My question is this: If I do another download from The Flight Sim Store (where I did the first purchase and download) will I have to get another validation code or what.
