After 10-30 minutes in a flight With The 777 or 737 from pmdg I get a blackscreen, first time. And another time I got a bluecreen. And today I got a whitescreen. I have downclocked my gpu to deafualt speed. NO difference. I have reinstalled drivers. NO difference. Can temp limit cuase my problem. But my gpu reaches max 70-80c.

At first I thought i had a cloud mishap with textures (i run rex + asca usually).. but i restored back the textures.. even compared to a clean install and i'm seeing the same thing. Granted, this is just a test fsxmark07 flight, not a cockpit i typically use anyway (the crj 700 imported from fsx). As you can see in the images i'm not seeing this with others like the lancair legacy.. Basically the clouds almost have too much punch or bloom or a combo of bloom and brightness. My defaults under HDR have bloom at 1.0 and brightness 1.1 im also about to dive into the world of the pta tweaker, but i was just trying to get things baselined first. This oversaturation…

Hi all- I recently noticed that when I load a scenario, or try to save a scenario, my P3D closes/crashes to desktop- no error, no nothing. The only thing I did was to delete and reinstall Client and Content to upgrade from v3.3. Did I change something in the Registry? What else could the issue be? P3D runs well with this one issue outstanding..... Hi everyone, I recently did some night flights around Europe and I noticed that my frames are really bad (ca. 15FPS). During the day I get 40 to 60 FPS. I don't know why I lose performance during the night. Does anyone know how to get better frames at night? So I just bought an nvidia shield digital media player. It says that you can stream PC games to your tv but P3D is no ordinary "game". With all of the add ons and folder structure. I am really not sure if it could work. The instructions say that I just need to add the P3D exe file to the ge force experience and that's it, but we all know how that goes. Have any of you tried to attempt this? and do you think it could work? thanks

Last time I have this issue was with FSX-SE, now with P3D, I am not sure if this problem relates to Orbx Vector, I tried to uncheck bridges but didn't help any suggestion? thanks

I want install the RTMM CIRP stations to my P3D/Orbx installation. This afternoon I installed both the Stewart and Ketchikan offices/hangars but nothing show up. They are installed just below Tongass Fjords in the scenery library The object libraries: AhZx_Lib Sub LibraryFSXP3D CEYX_Sceneries_LibrariesFSXP3D RTMM Object LibraryFSXP3D RTMMTwo Object LibraryFSXP3D are installed at the bottom of the addons just above the Static Objects Library Is there a missing library here? I cold not find a separate library for CIRP. If I can't get these two to show up I'm just going to forget CIRP. Noel

I'm trying to configure simstarter NG to launch into compatibility mode (using fsx.exe) for tileproxy.. so i've set it to launch proxyuser.exe and then fsx.exe.. In the profile i've selected an fsxml saved flight (which works fine in other profiles with normal prepar3d.exe launching).. When you click launch, it opens proxyuser.exe then fsx launches, but it only goes to the default startup area in VA with the jet.. not the saved flight.. Is there some workaround to this to make it work. If i manually right click, open with, fsx.exe on the saved flight, it naturally works, just not via simstarter.. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

Reinstalling this add-on and find out the website is down. http://www.3dsoftworks.net/ What is happening? Is the developer no longer maintains this add-on? This is the best time zone correction and real-time add-on I have ever used since FSX-era.

Need some sort of brainstorm... After latest PATC update, any PATC communication creates stutters and lags in P3D, while overall FPS and VAS usagae are fine. There are no CTDs, just horrible pauses while PATC voice communications are active . After brief investigations it appears that my hardware set-up could be an issue, especially Logitech G930 which has top-notch quality, but pain-in-a-bXXX set-up issues. Please post here if you use this brand together with PATC successfully. Thanks Dmitriy

Hi Guys I am getting the following error report from FTX Central 2 which I think is the main culprit for my system crashing. I have just finished uninstalling all of my ORBX scenery and done a reinstall but it looks like it is still there. Has anybody come across anything similar. Hi guys got a bit of a problem. My Mesh Resolution is STUCK on 10m. I cant change the setting either lower or high just defaults to 10m. Any ideas? Regards Mike

For those of who you use the following combination of apps together when flying. Could you please tell me the proper order to get the most out of PATCX. I currently have been doing it this way, but if there's a better and more efficient way then feel free to share. I'll describe my steps below. I've made some good progress with this by getting down to just VC and Spot view. But I still have the right overwing view and want to remove it. Doesn't seem to be listed in cameras.cfg or aircraft.cfg. Searched all over. Any kind soul able to help me with this minor issue? P3d Many thanks Gareth

I am at the point where I was a few years ago and honestly ready to exit stage right from this hobby. :( Sounds drastic I know, but it seems this never gets better for me. I have a 55" TV that I just bought which replaced my monitor... So I'm sitting about 2.5-3ft away from it... it's great for simming and gaming, howevere since I have to tilt my head quite a lot now to be able to read messages coming from the top infobar, plus the letters are quite small, it makes it very difficult to see. I am wondering if there's a way we can change the position of this. I would like to place it at the bottom instead.

Has anyone here installed any of Ray Smith's excellent freeware Australian airports with FTX Australia installed and Holger's Australian Mesh? I used a lot of Ray's scenery prior to installing FTX and wondered whether any conflicts had been experienced etc?

Hello all, I followed Lifetimes post on how to install my traffic 6 for beginners and no AI traffic is showing up. I have went over the instructions and cant figure out the issue. I am getting a scenery.cfg file error that Area 120 not found. Also in My Traffic 6.0 communicator the Traffic data base builder not yet copied is in red. Not sure if these two are causing the issues? Any suggestions would help. Thanks, Matt

I'm looking for a way to assign one joystick button to enable and disable AP through fsuipc. I read somewhere I need to modify the ini file but how? I'm flying the dash 8 with Saitek x52. Thanks

O/S: Win10 Just tried to open the aircraft config file to add a new livery and all of a sudden I can't open the config file. I'm getting a message asking to find an appropriate file. Always had (I think) notepad to do this. Never had problems before with Win10 on this computer. The only thing I've done is delete and reinstall the Majestic dash8 latest download. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Many thanks. Dave

I recently purchased Aerosoft Nassau from my phone I never had a chance to try it. I reading a lot of negative reviews on it so far in relation to VAS. Anyone got any experiences to share about this add on?

Anyone else seeing this - simmarket e-mail says LOWI has been updated but when I go to download link is broken for it and also no file size next to product all my other purchases have a file size next to them and can be downloaded - very strange

If you use PlayHorizon VFR GenX England & Wales photographic scenery and ES Treescapes, then you might be interested in this. ES Treescapes is an excellent addon for UK photoscenery users, but the textures used for Volumes 1/2/3 (England & Wales) make forests look a bit like "equatorial jungles" (which is not ideal for the UK). However, there is a solution. I purchased ORBx FTX Northern Ireland to complement my UK and Republic of Ireland photoscenery (because there is no decent photoscenery of Northern Ireland available).
