Hello, I am trying to get TomatoShade working, but I am getting an error. The Error is "Shader integrity invalid for *****" I will post my log lower down. Does anyone know what causes this? Since I am here, if y'all have any really good presets y'all know add that at the bottom. Would be great. Downloaded UTLive and get the following message: The following minimum system requirement requirements for this setup were not met: Screen Height:768 The setup will now abort. Anyone know how to fix this??

Hey all...new to p3dv4 and was wondering if there is a way or a addon maybe that will allow everything to start in one click? Like instead of starting weather then other addons and then p3dv4,ect.... Is there a way to just set everything up how you want it and that whenever you wanna fly one click and your off... Thanks....Good Day!!!

As I just installed some freeware stuff on my V4 I came to the conclusion that the textures looked quite blurried even with good settings. I found the ThomasRuth a310 to handle very well and to perform quite nicely for a freeware plane. However, even If I started to rework the textures, the gauges look... Bad. I don't know if there's an alternative as these are the same universal FSX basic gauges. If you have any ideas for x64, I might share the textures for the VC if I can get TR's opinion about it. Hello Just got Chasecamera and absolutely enjoying it so far . I downloaded a few nice presets from the community download section. Set it all up and saved each one. Only thing is I also use 2nd view as a wing view for example I'll have the cockpit view and a small second camera view (new camera) as a wing view also. Only problem is I'll click new view and choose Chasecamera Outside camera but it won't show my wing preset view. It reverts back to inside the aircraft and there's no way to change it. Is there somewhere in the configuration to get this to work so I can see my Chasecamera presets in the 2nd view also?

Hello, I recently bought P3dV4. I installed my FSDT airports. What I notice is that the jetways animate at the FSDT airports, but I have visited several default P3d airports and "park" my PMDG 737 NGX by using the P3d World menu and choosing a gate from the airport dropdown, but the jetway does not animate ie move to connect to the aircraft. The 737 appears to be exactly where one would expect it to be to use the jetway. I am using Ctrl+J which is the correct key. I am guessing the default P3d airports jetways are supposed to be animated, correct? if so I wonder why they would not be working. I do have have GSX latest version installed,…

Many years ago there used to be a computer program called "End It All," whose purpose was to shutdown background CPU activity and memory usage, so that your flight simulator could dominate and run more efficiently and smoothly. It worked beautifully and made a real difference in flight sim performance. Back then, the stray background apps were called TSRs: Terminate and Stay Resident (in memory). My question: Is there any modern day equivalent of "End It All" -- that clears your computer's CPU and memory of all but essential activity before booting up your flight simulator? Hi.. As I sim entirely offline, I have no useful access to real-time weather. In FS9 I use FSMetar by Ivan Alvarez, with a year's worth of downloaded metar text files from which I choose the most appropriate for the day & time. Since the particular metar is loaded manually I don't have dynamic weather changes, but the weather does vary from location to location when the engine detects that I'm now within range of another airfield. Hey mates, I'm running P3D since around the early V3 and always used the Nvidia inspector together. The settings there are collected from some sites. But I'm wondering if it's in v4 still needed or if its maybe destroying something like frames and such things. Also I'm feeling that the sim currently sometimes looks a bit "oversharpened" on edged and in the distance. Its not blurry like we had in the good old FSX and FS9 times. Can someone provide me some help or a guide what is better? Lately I have been reading lots of posts that people are having numerous problems with sunken runways, elevated airports, mesh problems and more. They seem to be related to orbx aec tool. I myself am having problems with sunken airports and the "fix" is to run the aec tool. It doesn't work for me and it seems like it's not working for other people. Did orbx change something lately that is causing all these situations? thanks

So, I'm really regretting having purchased ENVSHADE. I got it today and installed it. After applying the shaders from the ENVDIR program and loading P3D, I see that loading any scenario results in a black screen. I can hear sound, manipulate the settings, change views, and hear throttle adjustments. So P3D is actually still running, it's just that I cannot see anything. It's a black screen. I've since unsintalled ENVSHADE. I've also deleted the ShadersHLSL folder, unsintalled the P3D client, and reinstalled it... hoping it would undo any corrupted shader files. I have V4 on an new Alienware R7 desktop with the latest cards, enough memory, etc...with a SDD C Drive holding my Windows and a few other programs essentially. My D Drive is an HDD and much larger. I use it for data and also my P3D installation. Same for all the add ons.I enjoy the sim a lot-but am not very adept with computers, files, installation. I have add ons like Orbx, Active Sky, A2A, and recently the GTN750. My problem is I have not clue to what the ideal file configuration should look like. I think it would be fun to have a nice jet but my pc is low. I'm running an i7-930 2.8Ghz o/c to 3.8Ghz 6 Gigs on board ram GTX 960 w/4Gigs any jet or am I out of luck? Whenever my mouse hits the right edge of the Screen while on full screen mode, the ATC Menu pops up showing radio frequencies, etc. In my General settings ATC boxes are all unticked and aviation traffic also the same since I fly online. I have seen on this forum a similar post to mine but the solution offered doesn't work. Is there perhaps a way of disabling this on the P3D config file? regards

I'm using OpusFSI in P3Dv4 to display my two side view windows. However, OpusFSI does not synchronize the traffic (Ultimate Traffic Live). I was using Wide View and WideTraffic before I switched from FSX to P3D but I was having issues in P3D and someone recommended Opus. I was wondering if anyone has tried using OpusFSI and Wide Traffic and was able to get the AI traffic to synchronize on computers. Jerry

I've realized that I have two add-ons.cfg files on my system. One is located in: "C:\Users\ADMIN\AppData\Roaming\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4" the other is in "C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4". Is this normal? The first one contains most of my add-ons including FlyTampa, FSDT, Flightbeam, A2A, ... . The second contains.SODE and my Aerosoft/Simwings titles. I would expect that only one add-ons.cfg would be enough.

no matter how i assign look or pan to a button, the view quickly snaps back to the original view. i can not look or pan. what am i doing wrong??

I had to deactivate Prepar3d v4.3, so that I can do it properly. When I reactivated it and put it on a reformated hard drive and after reactivating it it is hanging. I figured it would last a few minutes, but it's a problem now. Can some one help me with this? I had to use task manager to get it to quit it was after 20 minutes and not at the aircraft selection screen.
