Hi there, This is a huge file, I think it's size is about 48GB. How do I install it onto MS-FSX for Deluxe or Gold versions?. I am thinking about ordering the scenery files. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I knew about this project for awhile, but it crossed my mind since I haven't been back to P3D ever since the the release of v4. But they seem to have been making some great progress with the photoscenery for the entire Hawaiian region: https://hawaii-photoreal.com I was looking forward to FTX Hawaii full fat region, but the project ended up getting scrapped I heard, which is a real bummer. Has anyone used this and know if it works with P3D v4? I'm curious as whether or not if we will still get autogen on top of the photoreal scenery. Well, there goes my budget (again). MSE has just released 1M resolution and ATMOSCLEAR technology which cleans the MSE images from clouds and atmospheric issues. Got Arizona, Phoenix and Grand Canyon UltraRes and think those are the only products released so far with this technology. Downloading Grand Canyon and Phoenix UltraRes right now. Just passing on the info in the infinitesimal event you did not receive an e-mail notification. I see right now they are offering one of the products for free if you purchase the other two. I just bought several Megascenery states during Easter Sale.Is it ok to install all Megascenery scenery on external hd or will this slow down performance? Thanks Ron

I have a problem installing MegaSceneryEarth states. The new MegaSceneryEarth installer is suppose to only once ask for your email and license information. Then it is suppose to auto install all the remaining downloaded file sets. This does not happen for me. I have to input my email and license information for each file set as their being installed. I have asked MegaScenery for help and they have asked me to check three items or setting on my Windows7, 64 bit computer. All 3 items check out to be set correctly. So I wonder if any Avsim users can suggest something for me to check out. Stopping at each file set results in a long install time! Thanks…

I have P3d V4.1 and Orbx Global Base, Land class and Vector installed. Plus various Orbx scenery FTX Globals. Can they coexist with MSE? Thank You. Bill McCracken

I'm trying to use FSEarth Tiles, but it seems the Google server for the satellite photos are unavailable. Do you have the same problem?

Does anybody know if Megascenery Earth are planning to produce a Scotland scenery? Trying to get hold of the complete Horizon scenery for Scotland is well nigh impossible as they ceased trading soon after the release of the final package (Central Scotland) and hardly any of these packs are around. A rare copy of this pack has just sold on eBay for £84.99! Dave

Hello, Because I dont have much experience with photoreal scenery I just want to ask you guys in the FS community what I should expect as "golden standard" for a professionel/Commercial photoreal scenery. My concern is about the airports in a newly purchased scenery. I have observed this problem: The photoreal runways is mixed with the default runways from P3Dv3. Sometimes the alignment is wrong because Lockhead Martins afcad values might be wrong. This could have been handled by the Company by delivering correct afcad values with the scenery. And when it comes to the problem with mix of photoreal and default p3d runways, then I think that the visual part …

Hello. I'm hoping someone might be able to help me out here. After purchasing a few FS2004 products from MegaScenery (they were only $1 each) I have noticed an issue with an odd sound being added during ground roll and decent speeds. And it appears to happen with all aircraft. Why on earth this scenery would change anything having to do with sound is a little baffling but it's for sure coming from that. If I disable the MegaScenery the odd sound is gone. Has anyone else had this issue or possibly know why in the world this would be happening? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Good Afternoon, I've just realised that I have a large square "missing" in my MSE Belgium scenery. Didn't notice it until I happened to be flying to the west of Luxemburg. Could someone with this scenery please check if I'm the only one (possibly a faulty download). It's very obvious if you zoom out in map mode. I use FSX, by the way. Many thanks.

I'm Frank Dainese (Italian), for years I devoted to building of mountain scenery. For 2 years, I am experiencing the construction of 3D models of the mountains. in particular the Dolomites (Italian Alps). I have already had international recognition with Award (best freeware scenery) 2012. I also had (unexpected) Nomination Reader's Choice Awards 2013. Does anyone know if there are any future plans for photoreal scenery in P3d that looks similar to the ortho stuff? I️ know mega scenery is out there but that doesn’t look good. Just wondering what the future holds. Thanks.

Hi I have a bit of a mystery problem with Volume 3 Version 2 with Version 3 update of Generation X. For some reason the 4 areas shown don't display properly all other areas are fine just these 4 tiles. Hopefully the 2 pictures will show what's wrong with it. Cheers Rich

Hello to all, I thought it may be time to give that status of my upcoming product for X-Plane 11. This has been considered a groundbreaking effort if someone were to be able to provide a couple key elements in regards to photoscenery in X-Plane. Hi, Am looking to invest in some airport scenery and wanted to know your opinions if I should go for Fly Tampa or Aerosoft. Who's more realistic, has more surrounding area detailed other than the airfield, copes with AI traffic etc. Airfields I'm thinking about are, Dubai, Amsterdam and some others around Europe

Just released for FSX/P3D. I have purchased and currently installing both for just P3DV4. Got both for 50% off as I'm a previous owner (plus $10 off since I bought both areas). For FSX, I'm going to continue to use Orbx/FTX Northern and Southern California as well as all of the other FTX regions. I was disappointed with the previous two versions of MSE California but currently only using GEP3D and UTX2 and wanted a bit more realism. FTX has too many compatibility problems with P3DV4 and surrounding airports. I think they need to run scripts for airports where they might have compatibility issues (such as FSDT KLAX, FSDT KLAS, KBUR, T2G KSAN, etc.). Can't wait …

See title. I am getting fed up again already with landclass scenery but can't stand empty and flat photoreal so... Just wondering.

I was able to setup and configure FSEarthtiles to create photoreal scenery for P3dV4 even though it uses the FSX entry. I used the tools from the P3DV4 SDK and imported them to the FSEarthtiles program folder. Required a few tweaks of the config file but I was able to get it to work and create a small sample area of Napa, where I used to live. I don't know if I will do any big projects but I would like to render the Phoenix metro area. I have a lot of photoreal scenery on my old computer, but I have to have that serviced if I want to use it. Otherwise I will be back to creating it again. John
