Hi.. when will Linda 3.0.2 be released ? In which the timer-issue will be solved?

Hello All, I am new to programming, can anyone tell me which has priority where commands are concerned, P3dv4 Lida or even SPAD NeXt. I have all 3 programmes including FSUIPC 5.103 registered. I am trying to programme my home built switch panel using a Leo Bodnar BBI-32 board and any of the above programmes. Do I have to remove all assigned commands from the P3dv4 directory before using either Linda or SPAD NeXt. I have coded a switch to be master battery switch when used it changes the view instead. This was using Linda. I have many more questions but this is my biggest problem knowing which takes priority. Thanks Colin866

Hi all, using Linda 3.0.1 for P3D 64 bit just in a simple Beech Baron 58 with standard *FSX default (orange) settings. EFIS mode1 Ident GPS unable to launch GPS_ACTIVE_BUTTON 66614 neither Shift+3 record key press on any button on the MCP Combo MCP Mode and User Mode section working OK Standard *FSX Default working in MCP and User mode, not working in EFIS mode (VRiSim.exe and SerialFP2 working) Any suggestions? Hi All, I have completed a control panel with potentiometers and switches using a Leo Bodner controller for the A2A Comanche. Using Linda and FSUIPC it is working ok. But I have a linear pot (axis) that I planned to use to operate the fuel primer, after skimming over the FSUIPC Manual it wasn’t apparent to me how to do this. I am able to use an axis to control flaps position using FSUIPC. My goal is to move the pot the full extend position to full retract position and have FSUIPC send a signal to Linda to activate the fuel primer for each cycle of the pot. Can this be done? Hello, friends. I have a problem, that I cann not solve without your kind help. The thing is, that I can not assign any functions to my Joysticks and instruments via LINDA. I have P3D 3.x and I operate the Sim with the PMDG 737 NGX. I installed LINDA as reqiured and copied the additional files for the PMDG 737 NGX. LINDA is runnung and the SAITEK Instruments and Joystick, Throttle and the Rudder are listed in the Joystick Setup menu. I switched them all to "Enabled" and saved the configuration. I have been working on an OVH panel and would like to add test buttons of APU, ENG1 and ENG2 the key assignment does not appear listed in the Aerosoft module, how would I create the script so I can assign these buttons on my OVH panel Regards Steve

Good evening everyone, I am using linda for MJ Dash 8 Q-400 with module 2.5 I only use Saitek Panels. My problem is that after assigning a command to a button or switch, I get this error: LUA Error: ... a-cfg / aircrafts / Majestic Dash 8 Q-400 / config-mcp.lua: 306: attempt to perform arithmetic on global 'n' (a table value) It does not seem to work, but after closing FSX and opening again, all assignments work fine. I already changed the original ".default" for ".lua" file. The problem is that they do not work immediately and can not check in hot. Thanks for your support. I use LINDA in FSX and the Main LINDA programme auto-starts when I boot FSX. I now have P3Dv4 and the LINDA configuration is similar to FSX albeit with P3Dv4 and FSUIPC5 compatible files. I cannot get LINDA to autostart with P3Dv4, I have to do it manually. Is there a specific setting or configuration I should be using? Also, one minor point. You recently fixed the FSX version of LINDA to fully show the various hardware icons at the bottom of the LINDA Settings page. However, the P3D version shows only the top half of the icons. Hi, I Have: - Prepar3D v4 Pro 4.0.28.21686 - FSUIPC 5.103 registered - LINDA 3.0.1 (711) - Windows 10 Pro 64 The problem is if activate Autosave on FSUIPC, when the flight is saved, Linda reload LUA engine itself. I am new to LINDA. I followed a video on how to install LINDA and SPAD. Everything is checked as ok but my flight yoke stopped responding after I installed LINDA. I also have fsuipc (registered). My keyboard also lost the fsx shortcuts for the hot keys used in fsx. I have version 1.13. My radio panel seems to work but my saitek joystick no longer functions. I also tried to assign button presses but they do not show up. Please help. I have win10, 64bit.

Guidance please. I have read the various forums on this subject and if I understand correctly there is currently a bug in the PMDG 747 V3 which prevents full LINDA functionality with the VR Insight MCP II panel. PMDG are working on this and it is expected to be corrected in the next Release. If I am wrong here happy to be corrected! Meanwhile, can you please advise which 747 LINDA Modules I can use to at least benefit from some functionality whilst the problem is being addressed. Many thanks - Roger

Hi I'm trying to interface my home made radios to the FSX with LINDA and I do have performance issues. The issue is with encoders - I did exposed my device as HID joystick and my encoders emulate button presses. If I do rotate them with normal speed the device generates button press each 20-30ms ( actually there are 2 of them in the period - to emulate button press & button release - they are not equally distributed though - I would say it's more like 25ms / 5ms / 25ms / 5ms between the HID reports). Hi I have downloaded this module however when unzipped it only has 1 folder ,linda, and no Linda-cfg folder. The install instructions mentions two folders and all of the other modules I've downloaded have the two folders also. Can the file be checked please. Thanks in advance Steve

Help Please Scotfleiger! With your previous assistance I have installed LINDA on FSX and this gave full LINDA control and functionality of my Saitek Yoke, VRI MCP Panel and Saitek Switch Panel. I have now decided to install and develop P3D V4 for what I believe are all the all the right reasons. P3D sits in a separate directory structure from that of FSX to ensure no cross functioning between the two. I have downloaded and installed FSUIPC and LINDA for P3D v4 and followed the same principles as per the FSX installation. Hi Scot Just a small point, Since using the P3dv4 of linda. The VAS readout does not show. For example on my vriinight Boeing2 MCP, I get the frame rate eg 32/. Hi, I just updated my PMDG NGXModule from Version 4.7 to 4.8 via the new maintenance function of LINDA 3.01 (711). Unfortunately my user.lua with some special functions was overwritten by the standard user.lua. Good to have a backup of this file.

Hello: I recently installed LINDA in order to control my Saitek Switch and Radio Panels in P3Dv4. I have copied and pasted the appropriate profile text from the config-HID-saitek file into config-HID to control the "Default FSX" assignments with the Switch Panel, and all assignments show up properly in the LINDA GUI. However, for some reason when turning on the ALT switch with the BATTERY switch already on, the BATTERY switch turns off on its own. This occurs for every aircraft I have tried it with.
