Hi I am using FSX and have had the FCU for a couple of years, I had in set up in my last house and was working well,. I have since moved my PC gave up the ghost and I am trying to reinstall everything. I am using Aerosoft Airbus A318-19 and A320-1. I have followed the instructions and installed Linda 4.4. I have not installed Vri Software. The panel shows as Com 3 so have edited FSUIPC4.ini (registered) The panel displays speed heading alt etc , however the only things which work with the panel are setting baro and the radio panel Could you help please Thanks

Hi, I downloaded the aircraft module for the great King Air 350i from Milviz (For P3Dv4.5). There is a patch out from Milviz wich i installed first and there after i installed the Linda Aircraft module wich seems not to be working. Can it be that the Linda module (wich is from December 2019) don't work with the King Air 350I with the newest Patch, or is it something on my side? Does anybody got the King Air Linda Module working with this aircraft? Regards, Ben

System configuration: Clean install of P3dV5 - no other sims installed, no legacy P3D, etc Latest Aerosoft Airbus Professional (installer 1401) FSUIPC 6.0.8 - confirmed working in P3D LINDA 3.2.5 - All setup screens show OK Airbus Module 1.8 VRi MCP-PRO on COM3 The MCP will work fine using VRInsight drivers and default FS aircraft. Hello! As I updated FSUIPC to 6 I tried to use the new LINDA version - But I am still on P3Dv4. I thought that we can use the old buttonprofiles on the new LINDA... did I get this wrong? - I backed up everthing in the Modules folder, deleted the folders "linda" and "linda-cfg" and also the files "ipcReady.lua", "LINDA.exe" and "linda.lua". - Then I copied all the files for new LINDA version into the Modules folder. - After this I inserted my backed up "linda/aircrafts" folders, and the "linda-cfg/aircrafts" folders into the new LINDA folder structure. But when I start LINDA and synch with the sim I can see all my profiles in the dropdown of…

Hello, I have download the new version of Linda for work with the new version of Fsuipc 6.0.8. I think I installed Linda in the correct directory C:\Users\magna\Documents\Prepar3D v5 Add-ons\FSUIPC6, but when i launch P3D both version 4.5 and 5, the imput in teh simulator they don't come. I see that linda receives the impulses from my card, but nothing happens in the simulator. I see that it recognizes both the simulator and the version of Fsuipc but, it does not send command. Hi there, I just received my VRinsight MCP Boeing Combo with works flawlessly with LINDA. The only thing I noticed is the "to dest." always shows 0 nm. Is this a bug? I first thought that I need to select the "flight plan folder" in LINDA so the program will know when I arrive but I couldn't find anything like that. Hope someone can help :) Thanks, Kevin

Hi, In earlier version my MCP1 showed the trim settings on my display for a brief moment. Now in the new version 4,15 it does not show. I tried several things in the lua files but i do not get it to work again. Hello, I need your help again. I have 2 Leo Bodnar BBI 64 Cards - Let's name them Card 1 and Card 2. I assigned commands to both cards. When I fire up my sim and start LINDA, the two cards are always switched. The assignment XY which I originally assigned to card 1 is not executed by card 2 and vice versa. Both cards have a unique serial number but somehow LINDA is mixing it up. I have to unplug both cards, plug in card one, press a button and then plug in card 2 in order to get it working. Hello everyone, I currently building my overhead panel. I used LINDA before with the VRinsight MCP Combo which works fine. Now with my overhead panel I noticed that a lot of functions are not present in the NGXu module. flight control panel, navigation panel and things like stall warning test etc. Am I missing something? I first thought I'm just blind but I checked everything I can't find these entries. Then I thought, maybe I can assign a button to a FSUIPC value or an event ID from PMDG but apparently that's not possible with LINDA, only key presses. Is there a way to add these missing functions? Anyone found hardware with rotary knobs that works with AS Airbus pro 319/320 etc ? (I have a GoFlight RP48 that works with Maddog and a few others but Linda doesn't work with the Rotary knobs on it - as I think they are not encoders or something) thanks

I cannot seem to get LINDA working with my P3D v5 setup. Here is what I have done. - Note I have P3D v4 and v5 installed. P3D v4 is still using FSUIPC5 with LINDA in the Modules folder and is working. I did not want to use FSUIPC6 in v4 because it killed all of my previous FSUIPC settings and axis assignments. 1) I installed FSUIPC6 in a folder I created called "P3D v5 Addons" in the Modules sub folder. 2) Installed LINDA in the Modules folder (in addons) and then copied over just the Aircraft files from P3D v4. the LINDA GUI says everything is perfect, all items are green, Sim connected but the screen still says select aircraft and FLY. Hello everybody, I have been using LINDA for about a year to control the switches from my home cockpit (overhead panel, MIP) with the PMDG 737 NGX in the P3D V4. It also works without any problems. I have now bought the PMDG NGXu after reading that the offsets are almost identical to those of the NGX and have only been expanded by a few functions. In the area of the outputs, this also works wonderfully (Mobiflight). I have now downloaded the new module for the NGXu and updated LINDA to the latest version. As recommended in the readme, I switched off the module for the NGX so that only the NGXu module is active. Here I still got all switch configs displayed. Unfortunate…

Hi I'm using Linda to set the controls of my Honeycomb Alpha Flight Controls Yoke. With the most common aircraft for example PMDG I downloaded the default module files type 737 and I managed to obtain a satisfactory setting that works perfectly. Today I tried to set the commands for the Carenado FA50EX using the default Fsx library, however the commands do not work correctly. For example If I want to turn on the lights I move the lever the command is sent and received by the plane but does not remain active, I also found the same problem with other Carenado aircraft. Hello, I am completely new to this so maybe it's a silly question... I have the Honeycomb yoke and I'd like to use the Avionics Bus 1 button for APU control. Bottom position: APU will turn off Top position: APU will go to ON position, then to START position and then return to ON position Any ideas how to achieve this behavior in LINDA? Thank you 🙂

Hello, First thank you for the wonderfull free software! I have a question I have a MCP combo a try to set it up with the Flysimware Learjet 35a. There is already a aircraft module, however in the Learjet the altitude is dialed from from within the altimeter. On the MCP combo it doesn't show and sync correctly with this altitude. The developers told me that this value is in the Lvar ALERTER_DIGITAL. Where do I put this Lvar to make the connection to my MCP Combo display and sync it with the Learjet ALTSEL? Is it also possible to show for example current speed in the Mcp Combo Display? Gr. Robert

The update from Linda 3.2.0 to 3.2.4 at P3dv5 causes a runtime error 216 for me, version 3.2.0 works without problems. Fsuipc 6.0.8 is installed for linda 3.2.0 as well as for linda 3.2.4. I have installed in P3dv5 Modules folder. Do you have an idea what the problem could be? Cheers Karl

Hello, I am using Linda 3.2.3 with FSUIPC 6 for P3D V5 HF1 and, as seen on the picture below, I am getting the same assignment screen for different aircraft. On the pictures, I can see assignments for the A2A Bonanza, PMDG 747 and C172. I already have the different aircraft modules installed, so not sure why Linda is not showing me an empty screen when I open a new module. Any clues? Thanks!

Hi! Sorry if I'm asking in the wrong area, but I've looked and can't seem to find an answer. When I read that LINDA was a replacement for VrInsight's serial drivers, I was excited, hoping to be able to use my old hardware. I have the Instrument Radio Stack from VR Insight. I have LINDA properly installed. LINDA recognizes the Instrument Radio Stack as an MCP Combo, and not as what it actually is. So I'm not sure if I can properly map the buttons and displays. The radio stack is not listed under the Joysticks setup. Can anyone possibly help me get this setup using Linda? I use P3D V3. I'll also add that the radio stack works fine using the vrinsight software on default air…

I am running LINDA 3.2.3.1002, FSUIPC 6.0.8, and P3Dv4.5. Every time I start LINDA the Developer mode is not checked, and so Tracer and Edito rare greyed out. I have to go into LINDA Setup to check the Developer box and then back to the Settings page to activate Tracer or Editor . In previous versions of LINDA Developer mode, once checked, remained checked. Thus Tracer and Editor were always in black and turned red when the mouse pointer was set onto it to start the mode. Is this new arrangement related to the new version of FSUIPC or is it a program fault. Additionally there now appears to be a timeout on the Developer use as it keeps switching off if you don't use …
