Voice Control Version

Hi all. In my recent two flights on the 600 model I realized that my co-pilot and cabin/ground crew are not audible anymore. They (I think) perform their tasks as normal, but they're completely mute. Has anybody had a similar issue and knows the solution? Regards

Hi all! I fly the PMDG 737 NGX with Fs2Crew. My problem with this is that the Recall Button is Lighiting about 30nm (Nautical Miles) from T/D (Top of descent) What has happened? Its same when im at the ground and im just gonna pushback from the Gate, the recall is showing "Air condition", the Co-Pilot turns it off just before taxi when i have completed the checklist. This repeat in the flight as i said previously is showing "Overhead Air Conditon" at the gate it was just "Air Condition" now is both Air condition AND Overhead just before T/D Do anyone have a clue what this problem is? Hello, I'm not currently a user of FS2Crew NGX, though I want to be, but I have an issue... Ever since I play Arma, I've been looking for speech software to control everything by voice, but I've always come to a halt when I find my Windows 7 x64 Ultimate Edition does not come with SAPI. Since FS2Crew uses this, and I don't want the button version, I tought someone might help me fix this before I purchase. I've already asked through FlightSim, no luck. I've gone through all the steps to check if I have it, I don't. Last thing I did was copy the Windows32/Speech folder from my laptop, to the problem computer, and re-register sapi.dll, no luck either. …

Hey everyone, Got the product the other day and I love it! However, I have a problem. I am trying to all the sound coming out of my speakers, and be able to just use the headset for commands. Now, everything seems to be working fine... I set up my speakers as the default playback, and the headset as default record, all is right in the world. I boot up the aircraft, all of the sound is working as it's supposed to, then boom. The FO will turn on the aircraft's power and all sound goes to my headset. What am I doing wrong? I can't have crew talking to me and Vatsim ATC yelling at me at the same time! I sure would appreciate the help if possible.

It's come to my attention that a very recent virus definitions update from AVAST is now flagging the FS2Crew NGX gauge files. It's a false positive obviously. If you're running AVAST, try to exclude it from the FSX folder. Then re-install FS2Crew to restore the gauge that AVAST ate for lunch. Cheers,

Hello, After working happily with FS2C Voice and Emergency NGX I suddenly lost the ability to start FS2C! I tried to re-enable the Voice Control but I receive the error "Sorry, the FS2Crew PMDG 737 NGX "Special Bundle Pack" does not appear to be installed" My mind went to the fact that I bought first the PMDG NGX product and after few weeks or so the Special Bundle Pack with the Airbus and Emergency NGX included. So I decided to uninstall everything and re-install. After re-installing I still receive the error above although I installed the FS2C PMDG that was included in the Special Bundle Zip file. Bryan originally I started the ngx and started fscrew2 normally, than I made the mistake of clicking the reset option to restart the flight. When I clicked on the fscrew2 to start it I got the sdk warning, so restarted fsx hoping that it would resolve itself. But now every time I try to start it, I get the message saying fscrew2 starting etc, the control box appears than disappears , than I get the blue rotating circle just rotating which I can still click things etc but the blue circle still appears. Iam hoping tomorrow it will sort itself out hoping its one of those pesky fsx bugs

I have run through the Voice recognition twice and yet the FO still only responds to some of my calls. Altitude settings, he seems to want to chose his own! Help please Bryan? EDIT: Just updated to V.2.3 so, will try it again soon.

Hello, I'm having some issues on getting FS2Crew to recognize the phrase "Cockpit to de-ice coordinator". I discovered this during some testing I've done with the green bar visible and hard mute set to on. I've also set the COMM1 frequency to 121.65 (just in case..I don't know if it matters when just checking for correct understanding of commands). Hi there Bryan! The last couple of days I've been trying to troubleshoot some OOMs I've had flying to the newly released Aerosoft Thessaloniki scenery which consumes a huge amount of VAS. For this reason I'm currently trying to figure out what else consumes VAS in my setup and now my question to you is how big the VAS footprint is running FS2Crew? Also, do you think it would be possible for you to further down the road develop a FS2Crew running as an external module outside FSX's VAS? As long as we're stuck in a 32-bit environment I think trying to develop products that are not dependent on FSX's VAS would be a great thing both for the developers and users. Fo…

As the topic suggests, is there any way to combine AES and FS2Crew ground crew? I would really like to use the FS2Crew ground crew for p/b and engine start but since I also use AES which has it's own ground crew taking care of the same stuff I guess I have to choose only one of them or has someone found a way to be able to use both of them?

I have been using FS2Crew for the NGX successfully on free flight for about a month now. When I host a multiplayer session however the SDK fails to initialize. I have read the past posts and the manual for how to fix this but nothing has worked. One thing that had been suggested was to restart the flight (CTR + but this is not possible in multiplayer. Hi there, Sorry to be a pain and asking something already asked, but I had to reinstall W7 and all my FSX stuff after bootdisk gave up. I have now managed a flight with FS2Crew working fine, but my FO does everything before I even get the chance to speak to him. I know there is a way to set his workload up, BUT I can't seem to find a way to it. Please help me. Thanks Leo

Hi All, I have a very strange issue but i am not sure if it is a fs2crew problem. When i start a flight with my pmdg 737ngx i am in a cold and dark cockpit. I haven't done anything yet and all of a sudden, i hear sounds of knobs and switches turning. It looks like some invisible person is with me in the cockpit. It is like the preflight preparation is started by itself, allthough i have not started fs2crew myself. I uninstalled fs2crew, cleaned up the system with ccleaner, reinstalled fs2crew, but it doesn't solve this strange problem. Could someone point me in the right direction to solve this issue. Hi Bryan I have the PMDG voice control and Emergency pack for the NGX 737. I noticed in November last year news by Robert Randazzo from PMDg that they will release the 777 for prepar3d followed by a V2 version of the 747 and the current version of the 737 ngx. Hi Since i installed AES (Aerosoft Enchanment Service) Credits its somehow affected my Fs2Crew so i cant launch the Fs2Crew panel inside the cockpit? May the cfg files have been affected? Thanks!

For troubleshooting purposes, I don't want to have FS2Crew load automatically with the 737. What would be the easiest way to temporarily prevent it from running?

Hi All! I usually don't understand the basic terminology of forums so i'll try and keep it simple. I recently bought the FS2Crew version 2.3 for my PMDG 737 600-900 NGX and everything about it is great apart from a tiny problem I have with setting my MCP using voice commands eg"set heading two four eight" or "set altitude two thousand". Hello, I have created a reference sheet for the FS2Crew for NGX w/voice. It is basically a copy of the voice commands referenced in the manual, but condensed so that they can fit two A4 pages. Hi fs2crew emergency has suddenly disappeared. A re install and configuration hasnt helped Any ideas what to do?

Let's say I landed and taxied to the gate. I shutdown the engines, perform shutdown checklist and request deboarding with my gsx. Now I want to make another flight - should I omit securing the aircraft? What flow should I than setup on fs2crew so I don't break flow? I know that after securing the aircraft it goes to pf events but I want to omit those two steps because from what I understand secure/preflight are not done every flight IRL? Is it possible? Which flow should I choose after shutdown checklist?

Hello, i had to reinstall my PMDG 737NGX and since I did that I always get the message of a SDK Error. I think I did everything correct when I installed it. I changed the language from German to English, restarted my PC and installed it. In FSX I have not the NGX as default aircraft in the Menu and I also load the NGX in the 2D-Cockpit and then I change to the 3D cockpit. I wait until the Systems have initialized and then I start FS2Crew and get a "SDK Error". Is it maybe because of the default panel state? I have "Previous Flight".

Hi Guys. I have a issue with FS2Crew and my USB headset. I will try and provide as much info as I can, I have spent close on 5 hours trying to find the issue and no joy so far. Basically I have a clean install of windows 8.1 with FSX on a second hard disk. Windows defender etc will not scan the FSX hdd and UAC is off. I have FSX running great apart from when I start fs2crew. Thats when I get the issues and only with a USB headset. My rig has now got a AsRock Z87 extreme6 mobo with i5 4670k running at 4.3Ghz gt560 ti from asus running stock & 8 GB ram running also at stock 1600. its stable and has all the latest drivers.
