Captains, As we wind up to each major release, we always plow a bunch of upgrades into the infrastructure that allows PMDG to operate. Some of it you guys see, but most of it you don't. Back in July, we implemented a long-planned upgrade to the hardware and software that fronts our license key activation process. Hi, I'm running FSX and lately it's been crushing 8 times out of 10 making my sim experience a real nightmare I own a lot of addons among which PMDG 747 400/800, 737 NGX and 777. Im seriously thinking of prepare3d but I also know that my licences are only to be used for FSX. Isn't there a way to pay just for the difference and change those licenses for use with prepar3d rather than loosing something like 200 $ or even more to buy them back? Hi all, Just to share with you the product support quality for tha software in subject. On 30th of September I asked support in order to understand the offset I had to use for the auto brake indicator. After 5 days they answered me that the developer (Alex) that takes care of this software is full and cannot reply me. After 25 days no answer... I spent a whole weekend to try different values and I found it. Thanks PMDG support, please write on your site that the (high) price paid for the software does not include support. Regards, Marco

This software monitors your FSX VAS. It's very intuitive. Just double click on setup to install. After the installation, double click the FSX VAS Monitor icon. After flying the PMDG 737 and 777 for so looong and enjoying it to the max, there's one important phase in this study sim that could be improved upon in my opinion. Thats the pre-flight check. I start to feel really dumb doing this check knowing every knob, switch and lever is in the same position as it was yesterday and 'ahum' the hundreds of flights previously. I can dream that by now. The idea is that it would be nice to have an option in the FMC which makes the sim load from random PanelState files. Call it 'Post maintenance', First flight o/t day', or simply 'New driver' mode. Hello Since yesterday, I am trying to download the PMDG 777 software without success. I was trying to get the up to date release. Download is very sloww, and it eventually blocks after a few Mbytes ! Thanks Pierre Dubost PMDG customer since 2007.

yes it does, the DC-6 in x-plane is insane,the feel ,the lights,the maintenance hangar, sigh. boys and girls, i have the ngx and the 777 and been flying those for 3 years but somehow this DC-6 in X-plane is too good to not try ! PMDG i think you lot did some crazy magic with the DC-6 and to come out on the first attempt and create one of the best planes in X-plane is tres bien !! really hope you guys stay around developing for a loong time ! Hi everyone im trying to get on to the pmdg website but when i go on there i get this error (ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED). I have tried different browsers but i get the same and this is only one my main pc, as my laptop and phone can get on to the website fine. Even for my pc i have tried cleaning the browsers data and turning off my antivirus but nothing works. So is there away to fix it or not? As if i cant then i just got the 777 planes that dont work. Good morning, I have a question/doubt with regards to TCAS target altitude display in both the NGX and 777. I researched in the forum and on the web and I can't seem to find any reference; forgive me in advance if I missed it. On both my NGX and 777 I see TCAS targets with single digit when relative altitude is <1000ft and no digits at all when at the same altitude. Is this the normal layout on Boeing NDs? According to the Boeing documentation I have and all the TCAS I worked with (sorry for being an Airbus guy :wink: ) I've always seen two digits displayed (e.g. relative altitude -800ft, TCAS display -08. Relative altitude 0ft, TCAS display 00). Is this how it's sup…

I use the PMDG 777 in P3d. My question. Is the FMC pre loaded with the flight. Including SID Flight Plan and STAR before take off? Does the pilot/copilot manually load the SID? Is the STAR loaded after ATC has assigned your landing runway? Thanks. Bill

Before any one asks. Yes posted this on FSDT forum. No answer yet. Based on the "How It Works" section in the manual. After landing CTRL+F12 should bring up a list of parking facilities. After landing on rwy 9R at LFPG the list is only of "Runway NN Start". Even though the window heading says "Select Parking Facility at LFPG Charles-de-Gaulle (1/4)". What am I doing wrong? With other products now utilising ARINC 424 data - allowing RF legs etc, is this something we will see now for the next PMDG aircraft? This was discussed a couple of years ago,but not heard any updates since. Will the 747 have it? Or will we have to still fudge flying the ever increasing number of approaches/sids/stars that require this capability?

I was looking on the PMDG website today and there is no longer a link for the printed documentation for the 737. Is this not being offered any more?

Ive just got a new PC without a disc drive, I have a boxed version of 737ngx which I purchased, do I need to pay again for a download or is there a way I can use my registration key for downloaded version, I don't really want to pay twice for the same product many thanks Ross

Something went wrong all of a sudden. When loading FSX it says The game needs to be connected to the Internet to activate... Enter Activation code to the game. It never says what activation Code. I entered FSX code and is says PMDG777 code is not valid. So I enter PMDG activation code and it fails and FSX quits. It says unable to validate contact PMDG for support. This computer is for FSX only and no firewalls or any other changes or virus can be on it as I don't use for the internet. Any clues what to do?

Hi there, i have bought a time ago (a couple of months) the amazing 777-200 and 300 extension. But when i want to download it again from the website, he goes back to the login screen. I can see the download link, but when i click on it he goes back to the login screen. Can anyone tell me how to fix it so i can download my 777? thank you!

Does anyone know where I can find some nice unique liveries and repaints for the 737 and 777? I'm not talking about the ones in the OPS Center. But perhaps some others that have been done by people from the community or 3rd parties. Looking for some unique and creative repaints. Something that stands out a bit more from the norm.

It will be solely used for Flt sim no other Windows programs or any photos etc. I want Prepar3d as the Sim and will be flying the B77L 90% of the time on long haul flights. So I am having a problem. FSX ATC is trying to take me to vectors to ILS at a runway, but I want to use the one I have on my FMC instead. Is there a way to make the ATC follow my route, or can I figure out which STAR it is trying to take me to so that way I can put it in my FMC?
