I tried to open ticket,but Product Support screen cannot find my e-mail address or password. I have no problem to open my PMDG account. Need Help

In P3d there is a separate setting in the config file to set VC texture size. What is the Native VC size for the NG - 777 - 747v2? 1024? 2048?

Before buying an add-on PMDG for FSX, I'm looking to buy 777 and 747-400 PMDG, but before I need help. Hello, This Post is mainly centred on newcomers to the PMDG 737NGX and in no way is it critical of the PMDG manuals, however this Book written by Captain Mike Ray takes the strain out of the PMDG manuals and makes flying the 737ngx more relaxing. The book title is 737ng Training Syllabus simulator and Checkride, NOT the 700 series which does not include the NGX. I have been flying the 737ngx since day one and reading this Book has enabled me to try more elaborate procedures because it is easier to navigate through the pages and get the right result. The cost of the Book may be a bit high to some of you, I paid £50GBP. I am only trying to help out.

Hi all just bought the 777LRF and installed it.Running P3D and after selecting the plane the activation window came on screen and i put the act code that send me from PMDG.After 10 sec the act screen message that .......UNABLE TO CONNECT TO ACTIVATION SERVER .PLEASE CHECK YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION AND TRY AGAIN.....and then when i pressed OK a new message came saying.....YOU DONT HAVE A VALID LICENCE INSTALLED FOR THIS PROGRAM...... From the idiot who thought of the idea to choose between a clean and grubby flightdeck, I now present my latest weird idea! You know how it's a pain to go and dig through the FMC (specifically on the new 744) to go and change that little setting that is hidden deep in the menus. Well, here is my idea; Allow us to go into the FMC and click a button and enter a mode where you can click on something and change its function/existence, for example, click the PVD area and click on that and change it between, original, adapted and non-existent. I have been trying to re-install PMDG777-200LR/F andPMDG737-NGX but keep getting this error message. It is telling me " Activation is denied because Maximum extra activation is exceeded" I guess this means that I have installed it too many times. These are boxed sets and I was not aware that there was any limitation. How can I get around this. Peter Evans

Hi I have a problem where the 737 and 747 crash about 5 minutes after loading (the T7 doesn't crash). There isn't a fatal error message and nothing appears in the view problem section. P3D (V3) just closes. Thanks Joe

I was trying to put in a support ticket. I didn't think I've ever registered for an account with PMDG's ticket system, so I tried to create one. The system says the e-mail address is in use. So I hit the Login button and ask to reset my password because of course I don't remember creating an account. Then, the system tells me the e-mail doesn't exist. Just for kicks, I search my inbox for something from the PMDG support system. Turns out I tried to register in 2011. I click the link in the verification e-mail I received to see if that still works. Good afternoon, Do you know why when programing a route in FMC and trying to select runways for SID or STARS, the runway is not the same than P3D? I have Navigraph current cycle and FMS is the same than charts but when arriving to runway or selecting position in P3D, the number is not the same. Do I have to change anything in settings for PMDG aircrafts? Thanks very much.

I wonder if anyone else is experiencing a similar issue... On all of the 3 latest PMDG A/C - NGX, 777 and 747 I've got an issue where the autopilot / autoland will routinely fly into 3 reds / 1 white on the PAPIs. It's fine with 2 whites 2 reds until the last 300 to 400 feet then you see the transition to 3 reds. In my real life experience the autoland should not do this. It flies the glideslope and maintains 2 whites 2 reds until after crossing the threshold. PMDG hasn't always had this error - I've updated my fsx nav data from the https://www.aero.sors.fr/navaids3.html website to match current data. Okay, this isn't 1000% related to PMDG but I do almost all of my flying in P3D with PMDG aircraft. Okay, here is my problem: I am currently running P3D & XP10 via BootCamp (loading into windows instead of OS-X/MacOS on a Mac) on an iMac from 2013. Let me say that the experience is less than great. 15fps on very low settings overall is pretty pathetic for a "high-end computer" (even though I am an Apple ######, I'll admit that their computers are in many ways, underpowered and very pricey) in my opinion, which is making me look for a new computer that can allow me to run FS at higher settings and more importantly, get better performance, much better perfo…

I'm thinking of doing a bunch of repaint series, like fleet repaints and such, where a fair amount of stuff can be repeated. Is it possible to export a texture folder which is not defined in aircraft.cfg in a PTP file? Like the texture.common400 folder is out of the box.

I have heard PMDG and a number or forum users mention the "pogo stick" that can be found in the cargo holds of some of PMDG's aircraft. What on Earth is it meant to mean? Is it some sort of inside joke or something? I'd Love to know what it means.

Guys i love flying the pmdg hanger. i know you said that the 747 would be free to upgrade to the new p3d v4 when it released, but will the t7 and the 737 be upgraded to the new architecture or will they reach the end of their life cycle? And, though I don't expect an answer to this part... will there be a fee to upgrade or will it also be free to the current owners?

Hi, I've noticed in the 737 NGX, 777 and 747 QOS that, sometimes, when entering the gate number at which the plane is parked in the FMC it says NOT IN DATABASE. Is there a way to fix this or am I doing something wrong? Thanks. Lucas Gozzard.

Hello, although I purchased the 737 for p3D a while ago, I've retrieved and started using it more recently on p3d, mainly because having all PMDG products for FSXSE according to the manual, I set up FSUIPC to monitor VAS usage, and that trick is working perfectly on FSXSE, allowing to save the flight when I am around 200Mb from the memory ceiling in p3Dv34, instead, I suffer a percentage of OOM crashes (on approaches, of course, when the sim starts loading landing area), even with 950Mb to go (crashes ranged from 500to 950), so I am asking whether I am missing anything in p3d tweaking when flying airliners (it happens also with AS Airbus) - fresh Nvidia d…

Evening all I am having troubles logging into the PMDG website. I am inserting the correct Email and Password to try and log in to my account to enable me to redownload my 737 package as i had to do a complete FSX reinstall, I have tried everything but it is saying my account is not recognised on there database despite me clicking the forgot email link and popping the correct email in it is sending me the correct password as a reminder i have tried to copy and paste that in to the password box retyped it in and it says it still cant find me on there database but it must do because how would it be able to send me a password. Here is a short video (shot from i-phone5) of my new Jetline Sim computer. Jetline did the build and installed P3D, all the PMDG Boeings, all FlyTampa airports in US GSX, a slew of FSDT airports, FSUIPC, V-pilot Active Sky 2016, ORBX, They did all the configurations and OC'd it to 5 GHz. These guys are experts in Flight Simulaton and surely know how to build computers that are optimized for FSX and P3D. Specs: Intel 7700K, Titan X Pascal card, 32 GB ram, MSI 270 board. Hi, hope someone can help I used my PMDG login to buy the new 747 today, (the same account I've used in the past) and purchase went through OK. Website gave me download link, however after clicking on it the download wouldn't start. Hi All, I just added ChasePlane to P3D V3.4 and I would like to use the key presses Shf+2, Shf+3, Shf+4, etc., for use by ChasePlane with the new PMDG 747-400 V3. Currently these commands are used to view the 2D components such as CDU, Radio Panel, MCP, ND display and so forth. How can I disable these 2D view commands and reassign these specific key presses to views I want to setup in Chase Plane? I would like to be able to access these views by either assigning key presses (not button presses) to either my HOTAS or Voice Attack? Bill
