So is there any plans for a 737 update after this? LCD lighting, New engine ignition switches, Split Scimitar winglets, etc? IF SO GREAT!!! I CANT WAIT!!! If not what about going into a regional jet like the EMB175/190 or the ERJ145, or the CRJ200/700/900? I know the 747-8i is in production for the expansion pack obviously, but the 737 can use an update.

Hi to all, The 747-checklist contains a battery check item. In the legacy versions this was accomplished by moving the standby power selector from auto to bat to charge the battery which triggered a "battery discharging" message on the EICAS. However, in the new version this message does not appear. What am I doing wrong? Any help appreciated. Best regards Maik Berchtold

Hello Fellow Simmers, I now have a throttle that splits the thrust between engines on the NGX 737, but even with the pin removed (It's a ThrustMaster Warthog) to allow separate application of throttle for each engine I can't seem to make it work...both engines spool up.....is this even possible given the limitations of the Preard3D base as inherited from Flight Simulator? Advancing one thrust level causes both engines to spool up. It's certainly not a deal breaker and the conditions upon which one needs asymmetrical thrust are rare; but if it is simple a setup issue I'd love to sort it out. I've noticed that at slow airspeeds both the 747 and the 777 do not stay coordinated rolling into/out of turns. Is this an accurate simulation (I've heard that there is never a need to touch the rudders except take off and landing in large airliners) or is it a bug, either on my end or yours? This problem doesn't exist on the 737.

Hi, Just a quick question. Moved to P3D from FSX:SE. The NGX sort of "feels" different to handfly. Hard to explain exactly how, but one thing I seemed to notice is that it the effects of crosswinds on approach were more noticable (even with autoland). Is there a difference or am I just imagening things? I thought maybe the flightmodel in P3D is more advanced or the NGX for P3D is more advanced. Andre

Hi, I've had the PMDG 777 for some time now, but have always been surprised at the level of sound on loading, after the systems countdown has completed. The noise is similar to an air conditioning airflow noise, but is much louder than that - almost like a wind noise at full speed. So much so that there is little change during take-off until the gear is lifted, then things quieten a little. Deciding if I could do anything to improve matters, I went into the aircraft sound folder and listened to all the individual files, trying to identify those I thought were closest, and removed these tempoarily to a thumb drive. Good morning, Please setup a short tutorial flight (FULL) with the PMDG 747-400 QOTS ii using the standard operation procedures, but using the default ATC platform to support the entire flight. Show how you startup from departure until arrival at destination airport, also including complete shutdown of the aircraft upon arrival, all done flying with default ATC alone. The plane shows up in FSX-SE. I put the activation key in. It's says, key is out of date , no longer any good. Order code, ([removed]). Would some tell me if this purchase is any good. I'm starting with a fresh ssd drive. W10 disk version, or full version. Eset trued off, use internet explore, as the browser. I can't run it as admin till it's installed. So I purchased a brand new tower rig today and I wanted to know what I should do with regard to my PMDG products so that I don't go over any download or activation limits. Do I need to deactivate any products on my old PC first, for example, and if so, how? Any advice would be much appreciated.

I purchased the 747 v3 for a brand new installation of P3Dv3.4 and have been tooling around the world in it ever since. My problem is, I do it the PMDG House aircraft (not that there's anything wrong with that) but I wanna pretend to be a QANTAS Pilot. I love QANTAS Livery and I can't have it yet. As soon as I install a livery, the sim works maybe, once, then, it crashes to 'somewhere' that not even task manager or anything else can find. After a reboot and repair and dismissal of all add-ons ie liveries, the sim goes gang busters. Has anyone else had similar issues with the above combination?

Installed new SSD drive. The only drive in desk top pc.. Installed w10. Selected custom not update when I installed it. No antivirus installed, turned off windows fire wall. I get a error message, something interrupted this proses. The down load gets almost done and just stops. It's the same w10 disk down load I did on previse SSD, which I ran out of space installing pay ware planes and scenery. I have two evo 840 250 gig SSD drives, un plugged. I'm now, by it's self, using Samsun 850 pro 512gig SSD. Thanks Stanford.

Hello everyone I am just finishing up my latest build based around an i7700K with water cooling, GTX 1070OC etc. I am tossing up whether to install FSX again or wait for the new version of P3D which i believe is to be 64bit. I will certainly not be investing any more money into FSX at this point in time but how hard is it to clear out FSX if P3D V4 comes out soon? Should i simply wait for the new version even if it proves to be a while before we see it rather than the grief of having to remove FSX and any remnants left behind? Hey Guys, I am just done reinstalling all my P3D Stuff and wanted to start the first testflight with one of the PMDG Birds. I have tried to use the 777, 737 and the 747 and none of them work. When I load the Aircraft, the Activation Window thats normally popping up, isnt there. I checked the PMDG Help Center (or whatever its called) but the Solution (Running the SimConnect installer) isnt working for me. Its not solving the problem. Other people on the forum said, that the window is may be appeering behind the active P3D Window, but thats also not the case. The tested standardaircrafts are working, also my Aerosoft Airbus.
