Hi allThis is my first ever posting on this forum, but I just thought i'd let you all know about something that I have just discovered on my test flight.I know it may sound stupid, but from what I can see, the APU seems to start itself during midflight.Im just about to descend into Glasgow after a short UK domestic flight from Gatwick and I too noticed the fuel imbalance between the left and right wing tanks. I checked up on the overhead and although the APU master switch was in the off position, the APU GEN light was illuminated and I had an EGT reading on the APU EGT gauge. HI!From the download page linked from my mail acount, when I click to download, a new window is open in order to donwload the product! I wait abou 5 min and the download doesnt start so I right click the download link and select "save target as" it starts the download but allways fail at exactly 60%! why !?what am I doeing wrong?Thanks Jos

Hi guys,the installing etc etc etc went like a dream, reading about everyones problems makes me a happy camper...I took her out for a first flight and i must say she flies like a charm. hi all,as i type this i'm about 40nm from my T/D, flying the wonderful PMDG 737-600 .. i ordered this afternoon at about 12:15z and after a few tries (switching between explorer and netscape) i finally got my order through .. i received the confirmation email within 5 minutes .. opened the link in explorer .. didn't work, tried the same link in netscape, download started almost immediately ..i installed the package, fired up FS2002, loaded the plane and went to the registration menu to get my code, copied it to an email with my order number and sent it to PMDG .. did some flying, went to the hairdresser, got back home, watched some tv, and finaly checked my email again an…

Took this great bird out for a test flight after downloading it and I can't get the speed hold mode to work. I basically just took off without initializing the FMC or anything and when I'm flying I turn on the autopilot and get heading hold mode working. Then I when I attempt to arm the autothrottle the switch goes up then back down automatically. The little green box on the PFD shows up with nothing in it. Please sort out your download server. I have had 2 downloads dropped so far and now the server is not responding at all.Surely you should have expected this sort of a response on release day, what with all the hype you have generated for this product?You should have had sufficient server capacity and bandwidth in place to cope.I have been trying to download this for over 2 hours now, no-one has answered the emails I have sent, and I still cannot use the product.Jonathan

I'm still deciding whether to buy the 737NG or not. The pictures I've seen, especially the external model, look stunning. If airliners were my main interest in FS, I probably wouldn't hesitate, but I'm more of a GA nut with an extra interest in the bigger stuff.So there are a few more things I'd like to know:A) phase 2 and phase 3 pricing. I do think the first installment is rather pricy, but if it is as good as it seems, it may well be worth it; however, if I do like phase 1 I will almost certainly want to buy the later phases as well-so I'd like an estimate as to what these would be likely to cost (ballpark).:( I would like to see some night-time pictures of both the 2D…

I have one problem. When i activate VNAV, N1 hold mode activate automatically, too. I think that is not correct because the AP hold N1 but not VNAV, speed overshoot is the consequence. Any idea?regardsMarcus

Guys,I have been waiting excitedly (along with many others) for this product - it looks so good! I have a problem though that is making it barely flyable at the moment. Even using the 2D panel version only, I have got framerates that are jumping from 25 to single digits even when stationary on the ground. All my other addon aircraft hold high FR numbers and can taxi/takeoff smoothly with identical settings. Any ideas ? It really cannot be flown as it is at the moment.My specs:Athlon 2400XP512MB DDR400 Ram80G HDSoundBlaster Live!GForce4 Ti2400Any help would be most appreciated. I mentioned this in the announcement thread, along with another user, but fear it is being swallowed up in that thread.I am not able to run the registration program. When I select Extend Registration FS2000 loads the default 737-400 and in flight over switzerland. The aircraft is in overspeed and the simualtion is paused.RegardsRussell Jourdain (NZL007/ZK-RHJ)

Hi!First of all let me congratulate you with a outstanding product.I have one question though. I am flying with VNAV and LNAV engaged, but the plane will not climb more than 200-300 fpm after passing 20000 feet. Am i doing something really wrong?RegardsBj

I paid for the 737 at 08:19:44 this morning by Mastercard.I got an authorization code number and an invoice number but nothing else. No download link, nothing...I have written three times to PMDG since this morning and no answer. Is my only hope a refund now ? Very disappointed...

I just talked to a friend who bought the plane too now 2min ago. He recieved the link for the last file and key right after purchase. I still havnt recieved nada after 4 hours of waiting. and noone from PMDG have answered either my email I wrote them 3 hours ago or given an answer to my other post in this forum. This is not a BS or scam post. I am a legitimate purchaser of the 737TNG last night. I have my Authorization Code and Invoice Number. I paid for then received a confirmation popup and went to print out the confirmation. I use FinePrint and the 2nd Page looked blank so I disregarded it. However I have authorization and invoice as I've said. I can give you this and you can check with Authorize.net which is what is printed on the bottom of my transaction.
