Dear Team,There are lots of complains out in the community about the download mechanism and the registration process afterwards ! Let me share my personal opinion ...Yes - i did also pay yesterday and i still have no software after more than 24 hours and to be very honest - i'm disappointed !I fully understand and agree that you want to protect your work. That is the main reason for having nodelocked licenses. Not necessarily very convenient but understandable and secure (we do succesfully protect our software in our company the same way). After purchasing your 737NG I have received a comfirmation e-mail with my personal dates, a bill including the right price and a download link.I have tried to download via this link for several times (my e-mail is at Hotmail, my server is compuserve Germany, so it should be reasonably reliable) but the link simply does not open. I have no download accelerators installed on my machine.I would like to ask you what I should do to get your aircraft downloaded.Thanks for a fast reply from an eagerly awaiting costumer :)

This is the first time I post anything in a forum, but I felt that I had to. First of all, the 737 is quite a remarkable product, worth every cent spent on it. Ok, a few glitches, but who's perfect?!? But the real reason I post this message is the support PMDG offers. Or, better yet, SUPPORT! I had a few difficulties downloading and installing the 737, but these guys really supported me, quickly, and giving me answers and directions. I believe that this is what a site being paid for its products should offer to ALL customers. Congratulations again guys, and keep up the good work. (...Waiting, of course, for more liveries (Boeing house colors would be nice) and updates.):9

I purchased the 737NG this morning and after the usual download kerfuffles installed it to my FS2000 system on d:fs2000. I had one test session with the plane - and wow! Note that I did not use the registration process, just the 10-day trial. I figured I'd wait while the registration process got itself sorted.Later this afternoon I found my d: disk was almost full, so I moved the complete FS2000 folder to h:fs2000 using an intelligent application moving program. All works on the new disk, except when I try to select the 737NG I get: Invalid machine code. Your PMDG license is invalid or has expired.I'm stuck. Ok--so I click on the link, which I am assured will now work, I download the file and I receive the file. PMDG (or anyone with the answer!)I have two questions I hope you can help me with. 1.)Anxious to get this baby installed but I'm not sure of the minimum hdw specs. Can you point me to the right place?2.)Is it possible to install the NG on two machines? Hello-I just installed the product and consistently get the following error on any of the aircraft, causing FS2002 to crash. I've never had this message with any other 3rd party aircraft. WOW. Does that say enough?? I love this flight model. I haven't even figured out how to start the thing yet but love the way it handles. It really feels like I would expect something of it's size and weight to handle.. I use the PFC JetLiner controls and console and was bummed to see that none of the controls (radios etc.)work with the NG. (Yes, I know the autopilot and panel are scratch built) HOWEVER Peter Dowson has been clever enough to allow button programming to be used with FSUIPC.ini so IF all the panel functions can be operated with keyboard commands I am in business (with a lot of work lol). Also, I use multi monitors and when I try to undock the overhead…

yesterday my mail link worked, but I was allways reset by the server, today not even the link works,I've Instaled the D.A and it confirms a dead link. Please Help. I want to use what I've paid for... Guys, Possible Lighting problem with the aircraft?I have inclosed 3 shots of my problem... Can any one please tell me...A. Where is the TO/GA ButtonB. When would there be manual's availbleC. When would there be a SID STAR DB convertorand... 1. There are examples for LSGG and LSZH SID/STARS in the PMDG folder, but on the DEP/ARR Pages for these two airports neither SIDs nor STARs show up. I have installed the 767PIC stuff from navdata.at as directed. What am I doing wrong ?2. Just a minor issue : Can I get rid of the MZALFOTRI stuff in the panel ? I operate the subpanels from keystrokes-> stick buttons and although some might need mouse stuff, it doesn't look very authentic. You guys once said if it's there, it will be there. But if it's not there, well, you get the idea :).Can you make this optional ?Mike

The FMC (like the PSS models) should be able to import FS routes. I don't know if you guys have used the PSS FMC's and although it may not be a real feature on the real units, for FS purposes it would be good to have this option. It saves allot of work planeing a route.

Sorry to ask this questions to the team....When will the liveries download reopen again???Cant wait until I got some textures on the aircraft.... PMDG-Hi Guys! After running the install wizard in the main setup file, it prompts me to insert disk #2 into the floppy drive to continue. I obviously can't do that. What do you do now? The readme file says to wait for input, but that's all it says.Can you help?Thanks,Brian

I don't know what security settings to disable. I have the regular version of IE6 with medium security settings. I get an error message when proceeding to checkout as follows: "Your shopping cart is empty or you have proceeded to checkout please close your browser and return to Precision Manuals to make addtional purchases."I also get a purchase order page to fill out but have not done so due to the message above and reports that I have read on this forum.Come on PMDG. Finally managed to download it...at the 60th something attempt, but anyway... :)Guys, make the manual a priority, cause even though I've flown on DF, PIC and PSS birds, I can't quite crack this baby. VNAV works fine in climb and cruise, but doesn't descend, had to do it manually, when testing autoland, as soon as I enabled APPR mode, the plane nosedived and crashed, I'm sure there are this panel-specific issues that I'm not aware of, so a manual would really come in handy :) Also, where to put SIDS/STARs and how to import flightplans (if that's even possible, for the love of God please say it is :)) info would be useful.Other than that, the performance is pretty good, alt…

Anyone else having trouble trying to download the main program?Have managed to download the other 3 files needed but when i click on the link in my email to download the base program it stops downloading after about 22% and that's assuming you can get the download box up to start with. Funny, my credit card details got uploaded in milliseconds (LOL).Help would be appreciated as i've had no email response.K Farrow
