Hello all,Just wanted to congratulate you guys on what looks to be an outstanding release. I've been a fan of your work since your first Fly! release.I'm just curious if you have any alternative methods of purchase for your product? For example, I don't have a credit card (thank god I got rid of it it was a nightmare :)), and a member of PSS allowed me to send a money order for the purchase price of the A320 and Dash8 and I was able to download and install.I'm wondering if that's at all possible? I'd hate to miss out on your great product - I've been waiting for a nice NG panel to use.If not I completely understand - didn't hurt to ask ;)Good luck and thanks again for you…

Hi all,I am very interested in ordering the 737NG but am a little confused on how to order. I see on your page there are 3 files you have to download but then I see people who are waiting for a link in their e-mail to download something. My question is, are they waiting for an .exe or something to install the other 3 files you have on your website or don't you even have to download the 3.Thanks,Daniel

Has any workaround been given for those with download troubles? I placed my order last night around 1am, I immediately received the "Page Not Found Error" finally decided to give up and wait till after work today. Now it's after work, and still I'm getting the same error. I received an email this afternoon saying someone was working on my problem, but that's the last I've heard.Dave Chrisrian

I just purchased 737NG from the site and got the email sending me to a specific link which doesn't work.This is what I get:http://www.precisionmanuals.com/shop/shopp...art/Invalid.htmand an error page?How am I supposed to get the product I just payed $40 for?

I purchased the product a few hours ago, got the email with the link, but now it says the server is invalid. Is the server down? I've emailed support, but no response yet, and checked to see if the link is active, but no results...still invalid. I read the new post about the problems, but will this be up later so I can download the last file( the one you get with the email after purchase) I hope all gets resolved. It sure is frustrating waiting to see whats happening. Can anyone shed some light? By the way, I use DSL service, is this a problem when downloading?Matt

Ok maybe not 200mb (but close)I keep seing my conection to the server being reset at various % of the download, an I have to start all over again because the server hasn't a resume download function.... :8 ohh well this is getting problematic... can't you arrange a resume function????

Hi, OK, I am finally using the aircraft now. Some things: 1-I dindt know when and why but when I was descending the aircraft bounced completely in rotation of itself more than 100 times and very quick, and saying thousand times: bank angle, as well as when I turned on the ADF, probably by coincidence 2-The speed in the approach was more the indicated one but the aircraft was coming to stall and going completely down to the ground3-i cannot find transavia livery for 737-7004-i dont know how to pull the stairs out from the easyjet 737-7005-i suppose that with every livery, if we write in the aircraft.cfg something in the line of panel, we will be able to have that livery wi…

I am in need of assistance...I am not able to generate a code when I run the reg program in the sim.Did I install incorrectly? I am confused... Sir; In another post you mentioned a possible workaround for the FR decay as the following:mind telling me if you're running in Full Screen or in 2D mode, when that happens? Also - if I may venture a guess - you are probably going into the VC and back out, and THEN it happens, right?I have a possible workaround for you, as this seems FS-related:Try clicking on a different window altogether in 2D mode, and then coming back into your FS. Is it possible to get a time frame on when some or all of the liveries will be added? I vaguelly remember seeing a post from Robert last night saying he was gonna work on getting them added today. If that's not possible to have them all on the server right now perhaps you can add just a few liveries of your choosing so we can get a taste. Thanks!!!Justin P.

I really feel sorry for the people at PDMG. It seems there being hit from all directions. I know that type of stress from my job.Remeber PDMG just breathe and do one thing at a time.I'm also patiently awaiting an email to finish my produt so I can install. I guess they didn't anticipate the type of response they recieved releasing it or didn't test there purchasing system to make sure it could handle such an influx of orders.We just need to be patient and give them some time to figure it out. I sure wish they would have gone with the Flight1 wrapper it would have been so much easier.Good luck PDMG,Sean

Hi,First I have to tell that I am not affiliated with PMDG in any sense except being customer.I am bedazzled at how many persons jump up and complain about autopilot, FMC, startup/shutdown procedures, etc. I find it rather incredible! Are you type-rated 737NG pilots? I guess most are NOT! Do you know the AOM by heart from before? Guess not...I have tried out new 737NG and I did not have one of the problems some people complain about (e.g. suicidal VNAV dive, SPD HLD not engaging, etc.). I find three reasons for all of this hassle that some persons make:1. No manual released (it is said it will be out on 7.7.2003.),2. Persons think they know to fly/manage all aircraft type…

I do have two computers that i use for games/work at home.I can only be at one place at the time and no one can use my computer but me.Why can't I use the plane along with FS on both of my computers?Almost all software can be installed at multiple macines but u can only use one copy at the time.excuse my bad english.By the way: Nice work, exelent plane.....H

If you are currently experiencing download problems, then please consider that this might be a server issue. It is currently trying to cope with a huge demand that results from the very large files people are downloading for release. This is also the reason why we are currently only offering one livery (The others will be up again after the initial rush)The server is most likely experiencing a "running at maximum capacity" issue and as such does not allow any more downloads which results in the "page not found" error.Please give it some time AND please give our senior developer time until he wakes up (located on U.S. East Coast) and has the chance to tweak the server perf…

So let me get this straight,I pay $40 for a product that I probably won't be able to download.I have to unregister if my hard drive ever fails.I can't install it on 2 computers that i own.There's no manual yet.There's no liveries yet.God forbid I ever lose my order code, or I'll never be able to get my product that I attempted to download again...$40?
