Hey, fellas. I know this is really nit picky, but could you see your way to edit the panel bitmap and remove the errant pixels above glareshield? This is very frustrating. I re-installed the 737 to FS9 and unchecked the FS2002 stuff. I have FSUIPC3 installed and registered. I have the gdidll (win2k) installed. The startup splash screen gives me the Mag var warning then goes nuts if I ignore it. The same thing happens with FS2002 now. I actually had to shutdown win2k which is very rare! grrrrrrr.What is the proper method to un-install and start fresh? I'm aware I can remove the optionsdll and run the sims. Where are the registry entries? as I can't see them listed under PMDG?Thanks in advanceBobP

Perhaps this was already covered, but I have not managed to find it here. On the PMDG version, the TOGA button is "hidden" underneath a screw on the MCP. This is a rather mysterious way to do it. I assume that in real life the button must be somewhere else? Just curious.Andrew

Try to beat this for stupidity! In a situation that I had saved I thought the engines were running, so once it was loaded I just slammed the throttles. Ouch! Parking brake set and flaps zero... And not only that, the engines weren't even running! The only thing that happened was that an intermittent horn started to complain of my piloting skills :-)Now, in a previous post I mentioned that in cases where I would expect the take off configuration warning to come on, I could sometimes hear one short tone, nothing more. In this case, with the engines NOT running, I did hear what I think is the take off configuration warning.Out of curiosity I just tried it with one engine run…

Do I need to do a license transfer to Upgrade to FS2004?? Or can I use the registration that was already sent for FS2002? I just picked up FS2004 and am preparing to install it. I could not find any threads about this after a brief search in here...Everytime I start up with a dead plane, for some reason the ATC doesn`t work right. The frequencies changes on the radios, but there is no sound. Resetting the flight does not solve it. On several occasions, I have fixed this by deleting saved situations and started new with a "hot" plane.

Hi,I have found that when setting teh autobrakes to say 2 in preparation for landing they are set OK, but after touchdown if I want to increase the autobraking to say 3 or 4, when I click on the autobrake switch to increase it disconnects and returns to the off positionSurely this is not correct??????Jonathan

I got my copy of FS2004 the other day and made a fresh install of the 737 and got problems immediately. The PMDG dll file seems to be the problem according to the error message from FS2004.I hope the compatibility problems will be taken care of in the upcoming patch.

Hi,I re-installed my PMDG737 into Flight Simulator 9 (COF) folder and I get errors on the start splash screen concerning PMDG Optionsmodule and a mag var error. I deselected the FS2002 stuff and checked the FS2004 box for the load editor. Any ideas how I might have goofed up? BobP :)

I have been waiting for the patch to use the PMDG, but was preparing to re-format today. I successfully installed and registered the product when it first came out and flew successfully with my code from you guys, I went into FS2002 today to produce the Transfer Code as you have warned us to do. :) Well the problem is I can't get to that screen because of the Invalid Machien Code.. not really sure what to do. I am CERTAIN that it was properly registered before and can not think of anything that I have changed since it was installed. Hi All,I had this problem the other day, just doing a test flight from Luton down to Gatwick and used the 'fix' for EGLL (heathrow) as I was approaching Heathrow about 15 miles to run I entered the fix this suddenly produced a green circle fix for EGLL but this was closer to BKY VOR than what Heathrow should be, I aslo could see the correct EGLL still infront of me now around 10 miles ?I have also noticed that I am getting CY airports (Canadian)appearing within UK and more precise within LONDON airspace ???- alsoLast night wanted to fly from Amsterdam to Heathrow, everything set taxied out and I had Norwich (EGSH) only 20 miles away on the ND ? aswell as a few other EG ai…

Was that the PMdg developers I heard rushing for cover? :-)No, this was a real situation I(we) came across last night.Captain's report (paraphrased):When using Center Tank (with about 1.5 tonnes to go), the Right Main Tank was noticed to be showing 350kg's less than the Left Tank. Later on in flight, after the C Tank had been emptied, there was an imbalance large enough between the L & R tanks to cause the QRH to be produced.Stick checks were carried out on the ground and the gauges matched the sticks. Fuel used from tanks matched fuel flow to the engines (over time)... so all the fuel was getting to the engines.Any ideas why the fuel was being used from the right tan…

Hi all,Can anybody send me the main PMDG file to install,I am unable to contact support group since 3 days, they are not responding, i think they all are working for the new update i dont blame them.i got this product 2 days ago. I was trying to enter a flightplan to Denver and everytime I entered KDEN in the arrival airport area I got an error (see screenshot) and no runways at all show up to select for arrival. Any idea what this means?William
