  1. Hello all, i have a Problem, i must reinstall my sim and the addon´s say to many Licence activations. Now the support write me i can deactivate the licences bevore i deinstall. The support wrote that i can delete the Licences in the FMC menu. But where? What he mean with FMC? this is the Panel in the Cockpit or not? How to do this? I cant find help, cant find anything here about this. Sorry for my bad english i´m german. Can anyone tell me how to do this? -> i read this "FMC in PMDG SETUP" <- but i can´t find FMC in PDMG Setup.     Just downloaded and installed 737 NGX. Went to the operations center to look at some manuals. Although they are all listed, the only ones that come up are the Intro and tutorials 1 & 2. None of the training or ops manuals. When I look in the Flight Manuals folder in the sim, those three are the only ones there. What to do?? Wright Truesdell

    Hi, I'm new to p3d. I got a few question, so currently I purchased p3d with pmdg 772 I was trying to choose position for final approach once the game start, however it always show terrain... pull up warning, how to avoid it. Is there anyway to start the cockpit in cold without everything is running? The initial process for 20s can it be shorter ? Last, is there any tutorial for new joiner?     For some reason after I enter my flight plan into my fmc and execute it. I review the plan and step through it. No discontinuity or anything. I activate my route, I turn on Vnav and Lnav, and no matter which runway I takeoff from, there's a magenta line that appears on runway heading. And my flight stays on the runway heading, no matter if I use SID or not. I can disable Lnav and get back to my route then once I re enable Lnav it takes me right back where I started, runway heading. I have my FD activated and everything, I can't figure it out. And it's on all three of my PMDG 737, 747, and 777. Any help would be appreciated, thanx a bunch.

    This is true story I saw the news about DAL128 flight from Beijing to Seattle that was diverted to the Island of Shemya (PASY) this Christmas eve due to engine problems. I liked the route and planned to emulate it in the PMDG 747-8i.. I spent considerable amount of time making the flight plan and executed it around the same TO and ARR times of the actual flight. Eight hours into the flight, the Autothrottles disconnects, Autopilot disconnects and engine 1 and 4 failed, pumps failed the Aircraft lost speed <170 knots and altitude rapidly (from 370 to 230) I could not save the flight.   10. I am sight impaired and use the magnifier in windows 10 on a regular basis. I had enlarged the font size and boldness of the print to make it more discernible and I think this may be the cause of my aircraft to load but not initialise the 20 sec countdown. I have searched the ease of access centre in windows and switched off everything I think was causing conflict, to no avail. I have not uninstalled and re-installed the aircraft as yet but have repaired them with complete re-downloads of each aircraft with their expansions. Still the problem exists. Can anyone advise me as to how to fix this problem? My installed 747 v3 has not been affected and initialises. …

    I just reinstalled the 772 and 773. The Ops Ctr ran, and I did a few updates. There were 2 updates to go when the window just closed without action by me. When I tried to run it again (yes, as admin) a few windows show then closes again. This continues to happen. Dan Windows 7 Pro with standard settings

  14. So I don't know if this is normal for the 747-8 or if it's a bug.. What happens is when the APU is turned off I get the PACK RST sys fault and I have to reset it every time I do the electrical power-up. I tried a lot of things to narrow down what the problem is but every time it's the same. 1. when I follow the FCOM I get the fault 2. tried turning APU gen 1 or gen 2 off first, i get the fault 3. leaving packs on or off, I get the fault 4. trim air on or off and then apu off, i get the fault. 5. packs off, and just turn the apu off via the dial, I get the fault. (same if i repeat this with packs of and turn the APU gens off one by one) …

    I recently purchased a new, higher powered computer and have loaded both FSX and P3Dv4 to it. As my finances allow, I plan to purchase some of the PMDG aircraft for P3Dv4, and I see that there have been a number of postings on the need to deactivate the existing licenses on the PMDG products that I now have in FSX on the old computer before installing them on the new computer's FSX. Is this really necessary in that the old computer now doesn't have a monitor, keyboard, or internet access? I replaced it with the new computer. If it is, I imagine that I could put it back in place, deactivate everything and then put the new computer back in place. If it is necessa…

    I’ve been simming for years, gradually learning more as the complexity of the modelled aircraft increases. I’ve only recently started flying on Vatsim and it is still a little ‘stressful’ in the good sense. I was flying the NGX out of EGCC - no online ATC. I happened to push at the same time as the aircraft next to me (due to the location it was like I’d perhaps tried to beat him to it) Suddenly ATC came on line.     Hello, I have the Taxi2Gate scenery for Doha OTHH installed into 4.4 with no problems except for one. When selecting which approach on the 777 FMC, it gives me only options for using the ILS on 34R/16L and not for 34L. In real life there is an ILS for 34L and there is a video on youtube (link below, time 8:44) of someone able to use the ILS 34L approach. Would anyone be able to shed some light on why I may not be able to see this approach in the FMC? Many thanks in advance, Aaron Kia

    Long story short: After having tried all kinds of flight tracking clients available, I'm left with noone that suits my needs as I'm looking for something that is tailored for cargo flights. I've looked at tweaking and subterfuging the existing clients into what I want, but at best it seems like a bad emergency fix.     Hi Am I correct in thinking that there used to be an option with the B737NGX to remove the realistic fingerprint and dust markings from the EFIS panel so that the panel would look brand new and not used?     About news of Limitations: Because of legal constraints, PMDG’s EFB won’t show charts due to licensing terms with Navigraph. Once this issue has been resolved, PMDG will remove this limitation on their side. Manfred Maier

  24. Hello people, when loading and unloading you need the PMDG 747-8F External Energy to open the large side door on the left and the nose. If I remove the external energy, the flap for the plug is not closed (see picture). Also, if I pressed in the CDU "CLOSE ALL", nothing changes. Do you have the same problem or am I doing something wrong? Greeting Oskar
