Is anybody using a Saitek Pro Flight Yoke with the CH Pro Rudder Pedals? I can use the Saitek Rudder Pedals with the Saitek yoke in FS9 and FSX without any problems, but when I try to use the CH pedals with the Saitek yoke nothing works.I do have the CH Control Manager (for Vista) installed so I can use my CH Combatstick, CH Pro Throttle, and CH Pro Pedals together as one device in Falcon 4.0 AF. I tried to use CM to mix/match the Saitek yoke and CH pedals, but it doesn't allow you to add any non-CH joysticks.

Hi,Ok, I tried running WideFS and it connects to my other computer via a crossover cable and sees Flight Simulator 9. Now my problem is, how can I setup both of these computers to see each others files?.Thank for the help

My system is Windows XP with an ATI Radeon 1650 Pro PCI Express 512MB video card.I am using Omega drivers and Tray Tools with my ATI Radeon PCI card.In Tray Tools, there is a setup section for OpenGL and Direct3D settings.It is my understanding that FS9 uses only DirectX.Do I only have to set up the Direct3D options .. AntiAlias etc for FS9?Or, do I also have to set up the OpenGL settings?Is it the application, like FS9 and FSX, that calls up either OpenGL or Direct3D?When I look at DXDIAG there is nothing listed for OpenGL, so I assume my pc does not have this software .. is this correct?

Hi, does anyone know where i can find a XFX 8800 Ultra XXX version? Its faster than a normal ultra and has much better image quality and apparently you do gain a few FPS in FSX. Thanks, Jourdog.

Hello everyone,I noticed that just today, my computer would not boot. It goes to the POST screen then crashes. Why could this be?EDIT: I opened the case and found that the Thermaltake V1 heatsink had come loose. 2/4 screws had come loose and the heatsink was not sitting properly onto the processor. Could this be it? If it is, I really hope I have not seriously damaged the processor :(. And it's running at 2.4 GHz again. Is it safe to take it back to 3.2 after fixing the heatsink??? :(

I have just changed my video card from the super Nvidia 7950 using the excellent NVidia drivers 56.72 best ever for Flight sim 2004 With little in the way of blurries!Well I couldnt wait to load up my PMDG B744 and fly en route from EGLL to KLAS (Simflyers), but I couldnt believe just how bad the blurries were ! At KLAS using the 56.72 drivers I never had any blurries, but when I load up with my NVia 8800 Ultra Geforce V/C using the 169.21 drivers the blurries are back with avengeance and no matter what I do or which driver I use the blurries are there !!(I have tried the 169.16, 169.21, 169.32 and the 171 drivers from Guru 3D)I would love to re-install my 56.72 drivers w…

The HAT switch on my MS FFB2 joystick seems to have problems panning to the right. I'm guessing there's some gunk in it.anyone ever had problems like this before? Any way to clean it?Thanks

HelloI just built my first computer using new and old parts. One of the old parts was the Hard Drive. I installed a new mother board and chip and now it won't boot up unless (Tech Support suggests) that I reformat the HD with a clean install. I don't want to do that as I have some really important data on the Hard Drive. I have just moved over from a super Mitsubishi 21" CRT which has served me well, but at considerable expense to my eyesight !! So on Medical advise I had to change over to a Flat Screen, and my eyesight has improved but the quality of my FS experience has diminished unfortunately. I have invested in a Samsung 22" Monitor which has a DVI connection, I currently use the RGB connection from the monitor to my PC. My PC has a DVI connection which is fine but it seems impossible to conect the lead to the DVI connection on the Samsung Monitor? I know this is a heated debate, but I've got my order in for my new FSX build. I have pre-ordered the Q9450 and I tink I'll be able to overclock it to 3.6-3.8 using H2O, but if I get the E8500 dual core I can probably get it to 4.5 or higher because of the multiplier. I'm trying to future proof my rig and spending a lot of money on it but I don't want to spend $1000.00 on the CPU since I did that for my FX-55 and the price dropped to more than half in 6 months. So should I stay with the Quad or go for the Dual core. Thanks for all your help.Joe

Hi,I have two computers that I want to setup as a network. I want to run FS9 on one computer and run Radar Contact 4 as well as Flightsim Commander & Activesky on the other. Both systems have Windows XP Pro installed. Hello Folks,I have bought a AMD 64 X2 3600 recently. I have installed all AMD and MS Fixes and Patches for Windows XP. I run a nforce3 chipset and a GForce 7600 Graphiccard.Now, I see FS9.1 running with both CPU Cores, but not more than about 55 to 57 % of what it could have. Just curious. I'm thinking of getting a 28" LCD with a native resolution of 1920x1200. I still have my older CH Virtual Pilot Pro yoke and I wsa hoping to use it on my newer computer that does not have a 15 pin game port on the back. OS is Win XP. I purchased a Belkin USB Joystick Adapter/cable to 15 pin gameport and when I plugged in the yoke, cable/adapter into a front USB port, XP said "USB Device not recognized". I will be using a never used FS 2000 package and was hoping to use my old yoke instead of buying a new one. ANy ideas/help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
