I use the virtual cockpit most of the time in nearly all aircraft.I have programmed a button on my yoke to activate "eyepoint reset". I have found that some height adjustment has been necessary in some aircraft but on pressing eyepoint reset it reverts to the default setting. Can this setting be edited and if so how?Richard

Hey everyone, to my dismay, tonight I have tried to get on to Suprunov Design's webisite with "not found" and forbidden port 80??? results. Can somebody try them and see if it's just me? www.suprunovdesign.ru I cannot believe they would be off the map other than some site trouble. I hope all is well? Meatwater and myself did different crew soundsets for the YAK-40 and I was looking forward to version 2.02 soon. Nick, If you see this, can you post if you heard anything? Thanks guys. I am fairly new to the Microsoft FS word. Been using another FS for years. I have been enjoying the default Mooney. Last night I decided to try taking her up at night. However I found no way of lighting up the panel in the Virtual Cockpit. Is this possible or is it something I was doing wrong? The non-VC panel lite up with no problems. Thanks for any help.

I have free flow florida and Ultimate Terrain. Somewhere along the line, I installed a freeware tampa, FL scenery pack...unfortunately, I lost water textures in and around tampa bay. http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/160273.jpgI have since uninstalled the tampa scenery pack and reinstalled ff florida...no success. I hope someone can guide me to default or other bgls that will give me back my water....thanks...sherm

Hey everyone, I am downloading Rick Piper's HS-748. Do I have to download all the texture packs, or can I just use the base pack by itself? I ask this because I just reinstalled my BAC 111-200 by itself to save some HD space without any problems. I wanted to do the same for the 748 without installing all the liveries if possible. Can this be done? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

This particular card only has DVI output. If my monitor is only VGA and I get an adapter to make it work, how much performance do you think I will lose?This would be used for FS9 and possibly FSX as well.Thanks very much!

I have the Caranado U206 and enjoy it, but one thing drives me insane. When flying without the autopilot, the plane leans to the left slightly. I have calibrated my joystick, in fact have a new one. If I attempt to adjust the rudder trim it just gets more wacky. Any ideas how to fix this. I can fly ok using cntrl V, but that turns on the AP, which is ok, but how often does one fly a cessna on auto pilot. Any ideas will be much appreciated.

Hey guys,I was working on an airport in afcad the other day, and for some reason that airport doenst appear in mine fs 2004 anymore. I can still load it in afcad and work on it but again it wont show up. Whats the problem here and how can i solve it ? thanx

Hi all, planing on purchasing this package since I just purchased Activesky 6.5 and dont know why I didnt buy that package sooner. Question, is there a huge frame hit on have all those autogen in the scenery? I have my autogen in second to highest for the default textures....I just hope i can keep them that high with GE Pro.Thanks,Bill

After having installed the latest Omega driver for my ATi card I get a big red number in the upper right hand corner displaying the current frame rate, something I have never seen before.I want to get rid of that but haven't got a clue how it can be disabled. Any ideas?Roland

Hi all.Been flying FS2004 for a couple of years now, but never really bothered with AI traffic. But recently after looking at screenshots in the AVSIM screenshot section, I see peoples shots with traffic which looks great!The aircraft are proper airlines, and cool shapes etc.This makes me jealous!I bought traffic 2004 when it came out, but the aircraft are poor really so never really bothered. How do I go about getting aircraft to look good?Any help appreciated.Dale.

I was hoping to see some of the payware addon guys offering their now obsolete software at some reduced pricing since it appears fairly difficult to make most of the complex ones FSX compliant. It now appears that FSX in all its glory won't be seen for quite some time to come. . . hardware, OS, and those must have addons are all in the future. So, I guess the present FS9 stuff still has quite a bit of life left. I know it has for me.At some point all the ingredients will be available to make the eye-popping switch-over and when that time comes. . . Yeeeha But for now FS9 is just fine.Terry
