HI everybody i want ask a question. The MD-11 of PMDG it will be doing for fs2004? or only for FSX tanks

I was just sitting looking at the forums and got interested in some goo freeware "bush type airports".Im interested in the British Columbia area as I have mesh installed there. Im just wondering if anyone can recommend me some good freeware add-on scenery for "bush type aerodromes", something suitable for my carenado 206?Any suggestions?Also I'll take any good suggestions available for all of Canada if there are no takers for the BC area.Thanks a bunch

I donwloaded a scenery file to install the ferris wheeel at Navy Pier in Chicago. The scenery consists of a single .bgl file which i placed in my AddOn Scenery/Scenry file along with my Afcad bgls. The ferris wheel displays correctly but i think it is causing my sim to CTD, (i will remove the bgl and try the flight again tonight), but assuming this bgl is the culprit, what is the correct location for a scenery file of this kind? Unfortunately the zip file didn't have intstuctions - or i just missed them. thanks for the help!!

If anyone knows any resources please let me know. I think this project is wonderful and thank the PFJ folks for their hard work, it really shows!!!!

Would someone be kind enough to upload the above voice mod for editvoicepack to avsim? It's bugging me that it's one of the few I'm missing and my attempt at creating my own is pretty poor.Thanks

I can't take these sounds they put in to this package. Can anyone tell me the names of the sound files and there locations. I want to change the boeing callouts to Airbus ones. I also want to play around with the awful APU sound.I just need to know were they are located.Thanks a bunch! --- Bill

I can't believe this happened and that I am writing this. I have never had any major problems with either my current computer or FS9. Just those little nagging problems that involve tweaking this or that, or slight annoyances. Most of my flights are 1 to 2 hours long, but tonight I decided to fly a nice cross country from my home airport in Pennsylvania to Las Vegas in the Eaglesoft CX. I had ActiveSky 6 running with archived weather data downloaded so I could fly the flight as if it was this morning, and FS Realtime activated, and as usual, started FSAutostart working so to shut down all programs automatically to max out as much memory as possible. Hi,First of all let me say how great it is to see an F28 for FS. And a great version by the Dutch Fokker Masters PF.I seem to have a frame rate drop with the PF F28. As soon I select the 2d panel view I get a rate drop every couple of cycles - ie from 20fps down to 13fps every second or so.If I start in the external view - no probs - as soon as I select the 2d panel the fps rate drops and continues for any other view or aircraft for that matter.It is unique to the F28.Any help to let me fully enjoy this aircraft would be greatly appreciated.Scott

Every time i fly this route KMIA HEDLY1 HEDLY J53 CRG CANUK3 KATL, fs crashes around the CRG VORTAC, I have done diagnostics in flt sim manager, and rearranged my scenery.cfg. This happens when ever I fly this route, i dont know if it has anything to do with the time but both flights were done at night. I also tested it out running autosave.dll, when i reload from the last save it crashes within a few minutes. (this was tested at night also.) Any ideas?

Got the great new F28 from Project Fokker last night. Great stuff!However, am trying to include my RXP GNS530 in place of the normal FS9 GPS500 default GPS. Normally this is easy peasy. Just paste in the GNS530 info into the appropriate window and add the GNS530.ini and dats it. Not in this bird.The icon wont pop up the GNS530, even though the GPS_PANEL name remains for the window and the ini file is properly configured with 225 for the panel name. (RXP users will know what that means.)However, I think the issue has to do with window views configuration in the panel.cfg itself. I have MFS2004 loaded and every 15 minutes is quits andgoes to the taskbar. I have to double click it and thenit will fly for another 15 minutes. I dont think it is the MFS software but something in my computer software.I am running windows xp home addition. I have removed allvirus software with no change. It seems to time out whetherI am in flying mode or just in the 1st screen that comes up.ThanksCurtis

I know, there are lots of posts about this already, but they are starting to get quite heated, so wanted to put a pragmatic take on things.From someone who works in a customer service environment, it strikes me that both Wilco and FeelThere need to take some lessons! A few weeks ago, someone(commercial) was advertising like a double set of add-ons to the FS Traffic 2005 set. Anyone rember or know what company this was? Thanks, jerry

First of all, thanks for the help with ntdll issues i had the other day. Now i have a more serious problem.After running a flight to see if the fix for the ntdll problem worked(and it did)i completed the flight,shut down my pc for the day. Later that night i started everything up for another flight and fs9 would not start. The fs9 splash screen came up normally but then suddenly closed and the fs9 setup page never loaded.I had this same problem about a year ago and can't remember how i fixed it.Thanks for any help you guys can give!Alex

HiCan somebody please help me with understanding the fmc progress sceen 2-where the 3 different readings for the winds are shown.The setting is like this h/wind wind x/wind 13K 270/20 R 15ktI understand the middle reading-it's the current wind direction/force.I am confused about the left and right hand readings.Are these values for the landing runway-if so than how can you have headon wind and a x wind present at the same time?Looking forward to your help.Qas

MIAMI ARTCC (VATSIM) recently provided an update specifically for FS9 GPS navigation that adds the new fixes/waypoints for the new RNAV STARs at KMIA. NAVDATA.AT provides AIRAC updates for FS9 add-ons. Does anyone provide AIRAC updates specifically for FS9 itself? This is apparently a simple thing to do by copying a .bgl file into the addon sceneryscenery folder, but I haven't found a source.Thx,Dudley

I flew a DA40 for my first flight instruction and would like a payware or freeware one for FS other than the Abacus one and the one in the library here because I didn't like those.Any help appreciated. Kenneth
