Hi friends. I am building a retro NATO scenario set in the 1970's and need to find the PAI JS31 model. I have the aircraft.cfg file and textures for various RAF training units using the Jetstream but can't find the model or AIR file. PAI went offline long ago and their successor shut down in September. If anyone can help, I'd be grateful. I know that DJC have a much more modern JS41 model but it doesn't work for what I want to use it for Cheers Ian

I downloaded some scenery, the readme came with the info below. How do I get AI traffic to go to this airport? How do I change an AI flight plan? For add AI Traffic Aircraft you need to change the AI flight plant from the old icao code WRKK to new icao code WATT.

Hey! Good day! Almost at the same moment ( I'n not 100% sure wxxhat starated first, this error or the other one ) that my AI traffic stoppen ( see http://forum.avsim.net/topic/472402-ai-traffic-stopped/ ) I had another strange error... I got an error massage telling that my system ( Win7 FS9.1 ) "can't copy eSellerateengin.dll to Windows folder", and I then had to answer some questions about activating some sceneries... What can I do in order to avoid that error, because now I have to answer the same series of questions each time when I start my FS9.1 Flightsim program.... Jive1 - Belgium

I Downloaded an American Airlines A330-200 from avsim. Aircraft works great with one small exception. The strobe lights work but they flash where they aren't supposed to. They flash above the wing instead of where they normally are located. I downloaded and installed Bontang WALC from the link below. It's installed correctly but there is no listing for WALC in FS9 showing? Is there a way to easily get the airport to show up? Why is it not showing? I'm no scenery expert. http://www.bdoaviation.com/scenery/scenery.php?ID=7

Hello everyone I've been away from Flight Simulator for quite some time now as I previously lost my flight simulator 2004 and Flight Simulator X Installs. It's been 5 months maybe 6 since I haven't flown but 2 weeks ago I started rebuilding My flight simulator`s. Anyhow I am now running an Intel Core 2 quad 8 gigs of ram and I have now A GTX 970 with 4 gigs Of Ram. My problem is no longer stutters Or poor frame rates .......my problem is small hitches while I'm in VC and taxing with AI traffic on. I'm running 40 frames per second locked at 41 I have also locked it at 31 and get a steady 30 no drops whatsoever Again...the problem I am encountering only happens ever…

Would any member car to comment about the practical differences between these aircraft? Owning the PMDG already I struggle with the prospect of outlaying funds for another unless it's clearly superior. And this coming from a die-hard iFly supporter. Maybe I'll just wait for the Freighter version. :rolleyes: ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... Have you ever noticed that there is only two (2) different categories for aircraft in the FS2004 file library? AI AIRCRAFT and AIRCRAFT REPAINTS, TEXTURES and MODIFICATIONS. AI aircraft is self-explanatory, but why are "new" and "complete" aircraft thrown into the A P, T & M category? Sure, they are "repaints", but you have to soldier through all of the aircrafts to see if they are truly just a "repaint" or they are complete. ......Just Say'n

Hi there, I've had these textures missing from the 9Dragons Kai Tak scenery. Generally what people have said to do is "follow the instructions 100% down and you shouldn't have problems", but that hasn't been any use for me; that's just telling me to "do everything right", but what am I not getting right? I followed the instructions 100% down, but I still get this problem. I did have VHHH inactive and uninstalled, as well as the Hong Kong photoscenery unchecked in the scenery library, and have the 3 folders in that library in the correct priority order. If I had to guess what the source of this problem was, it would be that the textures may be there where …

I purchased AFS W&M back in May from Simmarket. Noticed there is an updated ver 2.0 now listed. Howeve, there is an updgrade cost of ~$10 for owners that have the older version. Does anyone have the newer version and is it worth the upgrade price? Thanks,

I've been off here for a long time. Just wanted to check and see if the older Dreamfleet aircraft (PA181, BE58, BE36, and Meridian) Reality XP GNSs still do not work with 64 bit Windows 8.1. To Whom It May Concern: Just wondering if it's possible to acquire the US Customs textures for the Dreamwings Dash 8 Q100/200, for FS2004. I have the model, from Dreamwings. I recently looked at the Spider360 website (Euroastra350), which had picture of the model in these textures;however there wasn't a download, for this particular texture, from the website. The author had a great picture and indicated it would be uploaded at a later date. It's been over 2 years. Is there anyone who's acquired the textures for this model? I think this has been covered before, however I cannot find any reference in the forums so please forgive. I know with a payware aircraft, using a FMC/MCDU I can fly into Russia with ease. I can input/ load the route and get to my destination with ease. However, leaving Russia to other points, FS9 prefers a GPS route or a direct to airport route. Can anyone provide insight how to incorporate a FMC/MCDU route out of Russia? Thanks in advance GK

16 I wonder if anyone can help, I recently intalled some UK2000 scenery, I decided I didn't like it and took it off, later I modified an AFCAD saved it as normal (I've done others before by the way) but when the sim restarted I noticed it didn't update, I went in to the modified airfield only to notice nothing had changed. I tried this a few times but no joy, also I noticed the AFCAD program couldn't find the modified airport or any others in the add-on scenery folder, so something has somehow hid it from the sim or disabled it, I searched the sim for clues and searched online but most threads are about how to add scenery and activate it, where as these are just AFCADS in…

Can anyone recommend good scenery for the Cayman Islands? I know Latin VFR made scenery, but for some reason they stopped selling the FS9 version. (the FSX version is still available though)

Hi all I've just recently downloaded from the AVSIM library, the United Express CRJ-200 for FS2004, with the current livery that the airline is using as of today. Here is the filename: oscrj700uaexpress.zip What I am encountering as soon as lifting off from the runway is the aircraft starts to I can only venture to guess that this might be a simple change with the aircraft.cfg file, but if that is the case, what is it that I might change to fix this problem? Hi all, I'm currently having a major headache with FS9. After a few months of no simming I returned to FS9. I am now having freezes. Through task manager it appears to be a ntdll.dll error. It seems like this error has happened to other users but I cannot find a solution that has worked. If anyone has any ideas that I haven't tried to prevent me having to reinstall that would be great. The only hardware change I have made since FS9 ran fine is a graphics card update to EVGA 970. Anyone else have a problem with this add-on where the AP button and other VC features no longer work in the latest update. The MD11 (the primary aircraft) had no issues and works great. Thx in advance. Just wondering if my install is faulty or there are indeed oversite issues not fully tested before this update was released.

Hi everyone. Let me explain that I am not very computer savvy.!!! I have just purchased a brand new gaming computer with windows 8.1 64bit, loaded my favorite sim Fs2004 only to find that on the final screen the relibable Cessna does not appear, as infact do none of the aircraft. Well ive just tried fsx steam only because it was in a sale. Im back within 2 days to good old FS9. I downloaded all my compatable sceneries and aircraft (QualityWings 757). Did the FSX CFG tweeks and everything worked quite well. But I couldnt get on with the aircraft and views that FSX gives. It was dreadful. The start was, well, not the same. Plus my good old PSS 757 and 777 and Airbuses didnt work. I couldnt see much difference between Fs9 with all my addons and tweeks, and steam, just ai cars ships etc moving about. I did fancy buying the aerosoft A300 (which isnt for FS9). Glad I never bought it now. Well Im back for good. Steve
