Hi I am having trouble installing some of my airports in FS9. When I get to the point of importing Hamilton airport I click on the folder and insted of staying as a folder it splits into scenery and textures and I cannot go any further after that. Anyone else had this problem? Thanks in advance............John

So I came across my old, OLD copy of Ultimate Traffic that I bought in about 2004. I installed it into FS9 for nostalgic purposes, and it's really cool to 'travel back in time' with it so to speak. However, I'm wondering if there's still a way to download liveries that did not come with the original package? For example, there are flightplans in the UT database for Syrian Air and Midwest Connect, but they do not appear in sim unless I check the 'show default aircraft' box when compiling. Just firing my FS9 back up and had to do a complete reinstall and lost my previuos widescreen panel files. Where would I find new files, I can not find them in the Avsim or Justflight website. Thanks Randy

The computer plays sound for other items but not for my sim. It just suddenly stopped. I have even removed the sim and reloaded it to no avail. I have used this for 4 years and never had this happen before.

Greetings, I'm ready to give up. I have searched everywhere and tried everthing I know. Can some FS wizard out there diagnose this problem? This is only happening with three planes. Wilco 737, Wilco Regional Jets(ERJ-135 ECT), and Wilco Ejets (E-170 ect). I have contacted Wilco support and they claim all issues are resolved. When flying online (Vatsim), in LNAV mode the plane suddenly enters a full banking turn off course. Sometimes I go a whole flight without this happening, but it's rare. Hi Guys, I´ve been struggling when merging the LVLD 767 panel with SkySpirit, there´s tons of tutorials which I´ve followed step by step, and everything is ok, except for the lights, seems that the LVLD 767 lights are, somehow, attached to its panel so whenever I place the panel on the SkySpirit folder it uses the LVLD 767 lights, instead of using the SkySpirit default lights, now, is there anyway that I can keep the SkySpirit lights using the LVLD767 Panel? Hi gents As the title says really... I just had to re-install FS9 on a fresh windows 7 (64bit) install, but when I go to load the icon the sim won't load. After doing a search for the fs9.cfg file it appears that there is no C:\Users/MYNAME/AppData/Roaming/Microsoft/FS9 folder (and i have definitely checked the correct path and YES i have folder options in control panel set to show hidden files and folders..) I am at a complete loss as to what has happened here. The install went smoothly without hiccup but i cannot load the sim and fear that it is related to there not being a .cfg file in existence! Has anyone got any ideas as to what could have gone wrong? Or eve…

My FS9 crashes everytime I tried to add sceneries from Scenery addon....Can anyone assist?

I got an issue with Armando's nice program. As known its interface has a column, where it is shown the distance to destination of an AI aircraft. As it is now, it shows inconsistent values, e.g. 6037 NM instead of few miles from AI destination. The adjacent column "Distance to you" shows the right values. In the past I had gotten it working properly just adding the traffictoolbox.dll in FS9 modules. Don't why, but it worked. In the next computer systems I had, it has never worked as it meant to, despite I still use traffictoolbox.dll in FS9 modules. Any ideas how to solve it ? Thanks for your time.

Having merged those two addons and in particular A330-A340, I noticed that during taxiing and brake test the aircraft turns reversely regarding pedal use. E.g. with right pedal pressed the aircraft turns left instead of right and so on. At the same time default 737 and PSS original models work properly as for brakes function. Another issue is the lack of taxi lights when using the POSKY-PSS merge, while the PSS models lights work also properly. Everything else in the merge work as meant to. Any ideas ? Hi, I recently updated my current FS9 machine with GTX960 display adapter to get rid of old GTX560 Ti. Before that my good old setup has been almost untouched since 2011. But now I also decided to begin tune FS9 it with some trials of FSGRW to possible replacement of Active Sky Evolution for weather. Then got idea to try AFS World & Mosaic v2 for possible texture replacement. Currently Ground Environment Pro and Flight Environment is in use. My question is that, is it necessary to remove GEP completely to avoid any conflicts between AFS texture sets? I actually installed World & Mosaic without doing anything for GEP. The first part consists of a "free texture update" (over 50 re-edited textures with better quality and updated 2015 status for ground service vehicles, airport buildings, apron and other small improvements). Hi everyone, I recently purchased the Tropical Sim Montego Bay Sangster Intl MKJS for FS9, as I fly for Thomas Cook and they fly in real life to MKJS from Manchester. However, whenever I try to load the scenery, by the time it gets to about 60% loaded, it crashes! Please help if you can! Whoops, sorry! I meant LatinVFR! Always get confused!

Hi, I just found a new TDS model, the Boeing 727-200 passenger and freighter packages - over there in the "other" library. Just downloading... If soneone has tested it already, I'd been interested in some opinions. However, it's so nice to see another new airliner model for FS2004. I hope that there will be also a 727-100 version soon. Earlier today I had uploaded a replacement gravel runway texture to the Avsim library. Since, i have had a few questions regarding compatibility with FS9. I have been told that it works just fine as is with FS9 and I have asked the library staff to update the library listing accordingly. At any rate, it was orginally designed for FSX so it is higher resolution than the default FS9 textures but will work just fine. I have given permission for a lower res modifaction some one has created if you would like a 256 sized file. Just wanted to clarify things for everyone! Hope you all enjoy!

Hi guys, posted a few days ago about a jet2 737-300 with winglets and eastern airways UK jetstream for fs9. I did get the AI versions, however I now need a flyable version. Now before you say to make one with the AI version, I tried and it didn't work. Hope you guys can help!

Hi Good People, Just a heads up - still tinkering with the little Microsoft Default Piper Cub J3 - knocked up 5 more liveries last week Includes a couple of alternatives for the basic yellow livery which are a little more vibrant visually, then a couple of "as close as possible" genuine texture sets and lastly a wild tinker in fantasy with a full "chrome" style just for some fun. I have some aircraft (e.g. PA a3xxs) which, when you set the autopilot heading, overshoot the turn selected by 10 degrees or more, and then have to turn back again in the opposite direction to correct it. I have been looking at the AircraftContainer SDK doc but do not really understand the parameters, other than 'max_bank'. Do any of the other parameters tweak things in a way that would cure this problem?
