...surely one of the best freeware addon for FS9!But I have a problem: The framerate drops sometimes when I do a simple "replay"... its also strange that after the replay has finished and I want to fly around again, the framerate stays low and doesnt come up again. I have to reset the flight for getting back normal fps.Any help?

Hi guys.I've grown incredibly fond of the PMDG 737-600/700 in the past two weeks or so, and absolutly love it.But, since yesterday, I've had some unfortunate problems with it, it seems.I can load up the aircraft in the menu, no problem. I was planning a flight from YMLT to YSSY in the Virgin Blue livery, and when I started up the sim, it crashed. I have an Nvidia card. I followed the steps of windowing my FS9. I can load all my saved flights. But when it comes to that window with the 3d image of the aircraft rotating around, it hangs FS9.I don't even have antisoptric filtering on within FS9.Any ideas or tips?How can I get this select aircraft not to hang the system?True, I installed scenery and addon aircraft in the last few days. Hi guys...After a HD crash that took away 5 years of work, planes, paintkits...etc... I've now reinstalled FS9 with a new video card and it runs very nice.I installed my favorite plane...the 737-300 (with my merge of the 50North plane and the Wilco panel). Before the crash everything was OK..I could load flightplans directly into the FMC. (I know the procedure of course).With the new install, there's just no way I can do it. Hey folks,I've got a little issue with opening the cargo doors.When I press SHIFT E, the normal entry door opens, but when trying to press SHIFT E +1, +2, +3 etc., it closes instead of the other doors opening.What setting am I missing? Regards,

How do you change the textures in the default AI planes? I can find the default regular planes but not the default AI ones. Are they one-in-the-same?

After having attempted to merge the POSKY 747-200Fv4 (v9.7, Rev. D) with the RFPv2 panel I was wondering if anyone else had ran into the problem of the contact points of the gear. I know this is been a pretty large problem with POSKY and their 747s.I have done everything I can think of to fix it, including trying all sorts of Avsim merge instructions, POSKY contact points to add to the CFG, including the new version revision just released by POSKY and none of them seem to work. Is there any way to download past revisions/versions of the POSKY 747s? It seems like people could get v3 to work with the RFP panel?I got the RFP panel to work the way that I want it I just can…

SGA 737-500 repaint in the Canadian Forces theme by Tom Ball. After doing a fresh install in a different folder, FS9 takes mere seconds to load up! Awesome.What is not so good is, after copying my PSS 757 Just Flight files over to the new directory (I am using add on scenery from my old install), there seems to be a problem with the gauge file (PSS757) which is in the gauges directory.Are there any components I missed to install?

Does anyone here have experience with installing your copy of FS9 on your external hard disk?I have failed to back up copy protected payware files to my hard disk, so I was thinking of another alternative, keeping a full copy of FS9 on my external for backup purposes.If my normal hard disk fails, I could use the external for a quick fix to my flying addiction.......until I restore the files on my system disk. I keep getting FS9 hangs when I go to 'select aircraft'. What can anyone suggest doing?Buy a second external disk, install FS9 on it, do a Norton Ghost of it, then I have a hard copy if I need to do a total reinstall?

HiI'm trying to get realistic fog in FS2004. I've got Activesky 6.5 as well, but I can't get it to look foggy. I've tried the default theme in FS2004 called "Fogged in" and in Active Sky, but both look like it's just overcast. What settings do I need to do achieve this as it as I would love to land not being able to see anything and seeing the runway at the last minute.Is setting up realistic fog a manual thing every time, or can I rely on activesky to do for me?

How can I make my Project AI fly here instead of VHHH without editing the ttools txt's?I tried copying the VVHX afcad and changing the ICAO code to VHHH but when the two identical AFCADS are togethre I get this floating:but when I just use the edited VHHH one I get a random mix up that doesn't look good (a combination of the default and 9Dragons scenery)If I just use the original VHHH one supplied and the VVHX I get no traffic.P.S. my aircraft is also floating just not as visableI also get this:

Hi: Since there is no FS2000 Forum, I will post this question here...On a whim I decided to install FS2000 just to see how my system would run it...Hummm; I cannot get the program to recognize my joystick...Vista recognizes it, and I can calibrate it fine, but no action in FS2000...Can anyone offer suggestions? Is the huge radome supposed to rotate/spin on this model? It doesn't on mine. The Cap Sim tech support says it cannot be stopped from spinning but mine is entirely static. Any clues? Thanks!JS

If I load the Captain Sim 707 for takeoff and then take all the gas out of the Center fuel tank to lighten the aircraft substantially for takeoff, all the engines flame out in moments. Clearly this is a serious fuel management issue! How do I resolve this? I don't have this problem with any other aircraft in my huge FS9 fleet.Appreciate any advice/guidance, thanks!JS

Lately when I am landing at an airport I notice that all of the runwaytaxiway textures disappear. The buildings are there. Ground texture near the airport are also a very blurry with no detail.Also if I go to spot view, the aircraft textures are gone.
