I've been a long time lurker here and really hate for my first post to be a question but I feel this is the best place for me to receive an answer or at least some insight. I seem to be having a few small issues with the Airbus Vol 1 by Wilco/Feelthere. To begin with, I have the latest versions installed and everything is up to date. I am also using Turbine Sound Studios engine sound packs (CFM and IAE) instead of the default engine sounds as I find these to be more realistic and enjoyable as well as the latest Project Airbus models and paints with only pertinent aircraft.cfg sections being replaced (lights, contact points, exits, tail hook, and wing fold). Hi AllI hope I can explain this ok.When you're in spot view looking directly at either side of the aircraft, many of them are not central within the screen area. A good example of what I mean is the maam sim DC3, (but it could be any aircraft). In this case looking from the port side the tail is nicely over to the right side of the screen and the nose is about just left of centre screen. This means you are restricted bringing the aircraft, (all of it not part), in any closer for a more detailed view while flying. The same applies of course viewing from the starboard side only then the tail would be tucked over to the left side of the screen. So the question is this. Is th…

Hey does anyone know of a free utility or mod that will create head latency (camera wobble effect) for fs9 just like what happens in fsxI know of Active camera but that's payware and there are issues with vista anywaythere are a few add on aircraft with the feature, but i want the feature with all my aircraft in fs9.I think those effects really add some realism to the sim. Feeling the jolt when landing, pushing you back in your seat when taking off or doing maneuvers. Recently saw the close out Specials for FS2004 MegaCity and MegaScenery addons which looked very reasonable and promising.Bought Honolulu & Island of Oahu, Atlanta, and Washington DC, Baltimore + Area of the Mid Atlantic Region.I do have Ultimate Terrain, USA Roads, and Genesis Addons. I use the USA Roads provisions for my roads and highways.With the Mega city/scenery areas installed, the only change I notice in the scenery is that my roads are either pretty well wiped out, or have a fuzzy appearance at best. I do have the Mega Scenery on top in my library. Granted, this may be me, and with a bit of tinkering it might be found that the short between the ears could be …

As of late my runways texture/details have turned sour. It appears the runways have wind blown snow on the sides and they are not as black as they usedto be. Also noticed that the parking areas are very white, rather than grey/black.Not sure what caused the problem. Have added some airpoort sceneries, but they look normal.Question being, is there a freeware that has what i might be looking for?I know that Aero Files has a package called "Airport Ground Details" and it payware, ($22.00) looks good, but if I can grab a freeware, all the better.Any suggestions would be appreciated.Cheers,irish3

hi all....my friend has always been having Anti aliasing problems with fs9...he has a sony bravia 26inch lcd for his pc and currently a 8800gts 640mb card...he wants to buy a new card....im very familiar with the pc world and video cards and so on....but i would like to see if any of you have heard of a new generation video card that handles fs9 really well in terms of anti aliasing and stuff.....any input is appreciated...thanks

Hi,Recently I bought the Feelthere Legacy which is equiped with FADEC.I have a question about FADEC (in general), specifically during descend below FL100.I descended from FL90 to 4000 with a V/S of 1500ft/min.The FADEC controlled the engine idle thrust, setting it at about 50% N1.This caused the aircraft gradually to speed up again, from 220kts to 250+ kts.Is this normal? I mean normally idle thrust is between 20-25%, but appargantly not for FADEC controlled aircraft.How is speed controlled with such a high idle thrust? Speed brakes, flaps?Most likely I did something wrong (FMC setting, other?) or is this the way it works?Egbert

I've never had this problem, its strange. If I run in window mode, I can run at 14x9. When I go to full screen, the sim defaults back to 8x6. If change it back to 14x9 in fullscreen, it defaults back to 8x6 unless I'm in wondow mode? Has anyone ever had this issue? Any idea on how to correct it?
