trying to install new panel into erj 145 have panel but can't for the life of me get the gauges installed .The read me mention installing the gauge sound.dll in the WINDOWS'SYSTEM 32 FOLDER not familier with that any assistance would be appreciated thanks

Hello all, not sure if this is the right forum or not but thought I would give it a try.I have FS9 installed as well as FS Live Traffic 1 for FS9.I got it all downloaded.When I manually start FS9, I have no traffic.What does the traffic tool bar do at the top of the screen?? When I click on it the screen goes blank.I have looked around quite a bit on this topic but found no helpful info.Thanks for any advice!!

Does anyone know if any 3rd party developer is planning KSTL. I know Online Simulation Solutions or whatever it was called was doing it, but their website has not had any updates. Or is FSX gonna kill the FS9 add-on future?Thanks!

I have just bought shockwave 3d lights for fs 2004 and the strobe light has caused a big frame rate issue as shown in the pic especially when at heathrow. is there any way i can dim the lights circled in the picture or any other advice willl be helpful.thanks in advance for any advice

Hy everyone,last week I started with de PSS 777 Cockpit and the Opensky 777 model with the Merge downloaded from this libary. (Great combination :( ).for so far everything works fine even on the 300 model, but when I; select flaps ( 10 or 15), have my CG within limits and have full power, my aircraft doesn't rotate at Vr. Does anybody know how to change is. I've checked met .Air file and my aircraft.cfg, but i can't find the problemkind regards.Happy new year in advance :(

I downloaded the really nice CLS B747-200/743-300 models and wow, they're something. I see reference to the 'EZ FDE' but the manual doesn't really go into what it is or where it is. I've read through it but I'm not sure what they're talking about. Some of it makes reference to the trim settings where you don't have to trim if you're using the EZ FDE. Can somebody tell me how to make use of it and where to find it?Thanks

Hello all, I've searched around for a while looking for UK runway markings for FS2004 and it seems that it's only available with certain pay ware packages.I was wondering if anyone had or knows how to make a runway Touchdown zone markings texture that I could manually add to the UK airports I frequently fly from? Any help would be greatly appreciated! I got FS2crew for the Level D 767. Im doing the tutorial.When I request taxi clearence from the ATC,it assigns me a runway that isnt the runway that the tutorial told me to enter in the FMC. How do I get the ATC to assign me the same runway ?

During cruise with cruise altitude entered in MCP and VNAV (FMS)/autopilot coupled, I'm getting slight "jumps" of plus/minus 40-80 feet. I know about the FS9 altitude "leaps" over certain parts of the water (eg N. Atlantic) but this is happening everywhere in all my complex aircraft (PMDG/Level D etc). I seem to recall either an entry or a deletion in AS6.5/FSUIPC which prevented this. I did not have this issue until I recently reinstalled AS6.5 with registered FSUIPC and I don't recall the tweak. Hey everyone. Im curious if there is a particular lighting fix for the Level D 767 and the other AI aircraft on FS9. The lighting seems weak to me. The strobes are not strobe like. Im looking for something more realistic. The nav lights seem far too bright also. The aircraft I currently have were downloaded via Avsim. Thanks for the replies.

Hi everyone,does anyone knows how do force Flight Simulator to doesn't automatically assign axis and buttons from my controllers for FlightSim functions?I have near everytime after loading FS to delete newly mapped buttons and axis from controls option. I'm using FSUIPC for complete controllers mapping, so FS internal mapping doing a real mess.It's not comfortable to find, just before take-off, throttles for engine 1 mapped simultaneously on 3 different axis.Any ideas, like cfg command etc.?Thanks. Hi,I hope someone is able to help or knows what's going on with this issue... I just bought a brand new Jetline Xjett 750, for use with FS of course! So I was transferring everything over and I went to install my PSS 757 on the new computer. The installation went fine and everything showed up in FS9. But when I open the plane, the gauges do not load correctly. There are no numbers in any of the gauges, like in the speed tape or the engine indications or the nav screen or the CDU or even the PSS setup screen. Hey guys :( I just got a new gaming rig and I just installed the Flight1 PC12 (FS2004 version) onto it. It worked perfectly in XP but now when I want to do a flight and select the plane I get this error popup:Flight Simulator was unable to load some aircraft or software. You can continue using Flight Simulator but this aircraft or software will be disabled. Hi Guys today, I was trying to do a flight from LPPT and I found that all the scenery was under the actual RNWY. Only a bit was showing, what I mean, I can only see the top of the room as something on the floor, no taxiways only the RNWY. This is the default scenery.Any idea how can I fix this. when I did CTL+S to see the scenery from above, I can see the scenery well designed, but all around is black.Any help, as I was thinking to get Aerosoft Lisbon 2008.Thanks for your help

OK folks, as stated in the title I get this anytime I am descending from high altitudes. The aircraft flown doesn't matter. As long as I fly low altitude routes (under FL180) I have no problems at all. Fly above that and as soon as the clearance is issued and I respond...CTD in terrain.dllI have uninstalled and reinstalled FS UTerrain and gone through all the monkey hoops I can think of. Upon reinstall, I can fly about 9 flights then this crappage starts up again...I cannot run FSX on this machine, so please no "switch to FSX" posts please. Any ideas???

FS9 continues to amaze me...here's a pic of northern lights as I was over the N. Atlantic (inbound to EGPF) at 0200Z. Been flying FS since FS95 and I don't recall seeing such a beautiful display. Aircraft is PMDG 747F.R. Michael Perry

Does anyone know of an AFCAD available for FSDreamteams KORD that utilizes the crosswind(star) technique regardless if the airport is IFR? The AFCAD I'm using lists all the "fake" runways, but under IFR conditions, still only utilizes 2 parallel runways at a time making for very long take off lines. I can't seem to find any tutorials on how to do this. Apparently there was one on the PAI forums, but is now gone. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks, Jim

Way back when, United was flying around the world via their flight #1 and I'm trying to find the itinerary for the east and westbound flights but can't seem to locate. I did find Pan Am's round the world flight but would like to see United's so I can duplicate it in my AI traffic and also my user aircraft. Anyone know where I might find it? Thanks

I downloaded some of the Birds Eye View USA files for FS9 earlier this month and intended to purchse them, but BEV seems to have vanished from the Fiight One site. Is it gone for good? How does (or did) it compare with Ultimate Terrain USA for FS9?Thanks

Does anyone know to make AI traffic peform wing folding at parking. I have Flight deck 5 and the AI traffic folds thier wings when parked on the carrier. I have tried FD5 AI aircraft at other locations and the wings did not fold at park. I been working on AI traffic at Oshkosh like a mini EAA fly in and I would like my Navy warbird section to have the wings folded at park.Any tips would be great
