I use the Overland A32x series all the time, and I have many airports with Aerosoft's AES installed. The problem is, that since I like all of the "eye candy" involved, it can take a while from engine shut-down until I'm ready for pushback. If I wait too long (we're talking maybe 5 minutes), then my aircraft systems shutdown. Similar to hitting Shift-M. However, I can't hit shift-M to turn everything back on. I either have to hit ctrl-E or select another aircraft. Is there anything like a ground power unit to keep my systems running for a little while at the gate? thx.

Have anyone had an sucessful merge of the LDS767 panel with the CS757 model?? If so could you post a how to?Thanks in advanceBill M

I keep getting this stupid message:Obviously this is nonsense because I am online now, and there is plenty of bandwidth for it so it should be fine...right? It works sort of OK for the first few hours, and then I start getting this, first every half hour, then right down to every 5 seconds. Please can someone help make it go away?! :( I also get big white crosses when using the ISD LIRF scenery. This never happened at first but after a re-installation it came to haunt me. I had the same thing at Mumbai, but after installing the IFSD Irish stuff it went away, so I'm assuming its the same here.This is what it looks like:Help would be most appreciated.Thanks

Hello everybody, First, excuse me for the poor english, i'll give it my best try. I have a Saitek proflight with three throttle quadrants. Since i have a problem with the calibration i don't want to use the MSFS controller options no more. The alternative is FSUIPC, wich is truly a beautiful piece of software to configure my Saitke for different planes. But...(there is always a but isn't it), The only thing that buggers me is the panview. The panview in FS9 is so much better than FSUIPC that i want to combine FSUIPC for all other buttons and axes with the PANVIEW (hatswitch) control in FS9. Hi,I have used Ian Gallacher's freeware Edinburgh (EGPH) scenery for FS9 for a while with no problem. It now has random jetways dotted all over the airport (see attachment). I haven't changed anything with the scenery, have tried 2 different AFCADs and re-installing the scenery but the problem is still there. It only seems to be at this airport. Any ideas as it is a very annoying problem!!! Thanks!

I Know this most likely was solved already but because i cant find the forum i would like to know if anyone knew how to fix the problem with the A380 not following the flightplan in the FMC correctly. Like the thing is while it is flying it will reach a waypoint the it would turn but it would turn the wrong way first then turn on course but later after a while.Any Help.Thnx-Paul

evening everyone,my question seems a stupid one.I know the difference between XP and Vista and I know that using a 64bit OS reduces (or elliminates) the OOM's.So, for now I have made the transition between XP pro 32b to Vista 64bit. Fs-9 works fine except for the aircraft of Wilco.Both the airbus series and the E-jets make that, when I close a flight, FS-9 crashes.Now, I was wondering if this is caused by the fact that I use a 64bit OS (be it XP or Vista) or that it in fact is caused by the differencebetween the 'old' technology of Windows XP and the 'newer' technology of Windows Vista. On my older comp I never had this problem but on my new laptop (with better specs) when I get some clouds or near a dense airport addon like JFK I get slideshow frames and with the laptop I have I don't think I should be getting it. I have Vista Home Premium and an Intel Core 2 Duo T5750 2ghz with 3 gb ram with a Geforce 8600M video card. On my old system I had 2 GB ram some 512 MB vid card and an AMD 4000+ processor. For those specs should I be getting decent performance out of FS9, or am I in need of an upgrade? Also, could anyone point me to some articles to optimize FS? I've seen a few and tried to no avail.

Hello Folks I have used Winzip for years,but it is becoming an irritant with its constant nag's and day's installed countup each time you start it.I also have the 7-zip freeware offering which seems as good as Winzip to me but one thing i would like to know does it has an equivalent to the USE FOLDER NAMES option as per WZP ?cheers Andy If posted in the wrong forum feel free to shove it along.

Does anybody know how to fix the ILS weaving on the cs 757?? It seems to only happen when I am doing an autoland. It weaves through the air like a ###### snake, and then SLAM you just hit the runway at -1500fpm, the left engine was ripped from the pylon, and the gear collapses. Well not really, but...It is really annoying

HiI have occasionally (rare) problems with stuttering. And usually at same place, approach to LDZA rwy23 at ZAG VOR?Strange thing is that not occurs always.I tested again and this time I put a/c in hold at same VOR for about 1h and nothing happens, it was OK. But when occurs I have pause every 2-3 sec in regular intervals. After touchdown it returns to normal.I check Task manager and it looks like fs9.exe cpu usage was greater then in normal situation , around 40-50%. Question is why in that place. I will expect to have this behavior in some dense areas, but in that part scenery is simple and I would not expect to have stuttering. Mem usage is normal, so I don't think t…

Hello guys, could someone please tell me what this error message means: Gauges/pmdg.737ng.main.gau. I uninstalled the lds 767 earlier and wanted a flight with the pmdg 737-800 but kept getting this message when i selected it. I just purchased a 22 inch wide screen monitor. I am running the optimal resolution 1920 X 1080. The objects on the desk top are round, but the sim gauges are squashed. Is there any way of making them normal?? My first experience with wide screen. hope it wasn't a bad choice. Thanks for any suggestions.Ernest

The developers from Romanian Scenery Design Team have announced that they are working on a new version of Henri Coandă International Airport (former Otopeni). The airport will be for FS9 only.
