when you record and save flight videos on FS9 using its own tool, where does it save the file? which folder? what file extension is it? I couldnt find the video i recorded :(thanks-j

Since Napulevola has mentioned their version of LIRN, I was wondering if the group had an opinion as to which is the best version of LIRF available. I've been using Lago's version of LIRF for just about forever and have never tried anything else. Freeware of payware is fine so please advise and thanks!Mark

At present I run FS9 in XP Pro. My HDD has an un-allocated 150GB partition and I plan to install Vista64 on this. I will then have a dual boot setup. Will I be able to run FS9 in vista64 straight away or will I have to re-install FS9 on the new Vista64 partition?Intel Quad core Q9650, 4GB DDR2 RAM, GeForce GTX260 Core 216 Superclocked 896MB.John

After a trip from EFHK to RJGG, I learned the hard way that this airport does not exist. Luckily I diverted to RJAA, and my light load of 85 pax were transported to there destinantion saftely...The airport opened in February 17, 2005.

I bought this one product a year ago and put a similar message on the forum then.Every time I start with or change my aircraft to Singapore textures I get a CTD.With the other textures on the box everything seems fine.Yesterday I tried again after a long period as I was fed up with the CTD's.As soon or shortly after I changed from another plane to the SIA A380 I got a CTD, also my desktop had changed into a lower resolution (all the quick links etc on the desktop were larger). I have read and re-read, and re-read again the instructions for assigning axes and buttons in Peter Dowson's documentation for FSUIPC and tried every sequence of checkboxes and selections I could think of, and I still can't get the controls to do what I want. Without writing a big paragraph about exactly what I do and the results, let me just say that nothing works as I would expect it to after following Peter's directions as closely as I can. I can open Afcad 2.21 but when I go to open new airport it freezes. I reinstalled it plenty of time but nothing worked. Then I reninstalled the whole FS9 and it worked but only for a couple of min now it wont procede any farther. Can somebody please help?

Here's a strange one that I have never seen before is FS9 and didn't find after a search...My ground textures have decided to stop loading. It's like they are frozen in place...the airplane continues but no additional textures are loaded. I fly from the usual detail, to less detail, to the base textures usually only seen at the horizon, and ultimately to no textures...just plain white. Clouds, sky and aircraft are normal...only ground textures have the problem.This has only happened twice, but that's two more times than I have seen in 5 years of FS9...Anyone else run into this before?Thank you!

HiDoes anyone know where I can get hold of the aircraft, i see alot of the real ones at coventry, however this excellent aircraft has disappeared, all I can find on neuroflight's website was a 1/2 finished website selling some paris scenery. on Fs2004 I installed AI2006 which installed too many AI for my system. I made a screen print before and after the installation and it had its own UN-install program. After I UN-installed it I checked and all of the recently added ai aircraft were successfully UN-installed. I know that somewhere there is also a file that holds all of the flight and wx info for ai aircraft. I can't find it. Where is this file located for FS2004 ? When you install ai aircraft into Fs2004 are there only two places where the new ai files are installed? In the aircraft file and the file that holds their flights and weather? thanks jerrycwo4

Where does one go for official support for the FS2004/FSX version of 737PIC (as opposed to the FS2004 only version)? I couldn't find it on Just Flight's website or Wilco's website. Justfeelthere's 737PIC forum hasn't had a posting in over a year!Perhaps someone here can help me out in the meantime. My problem is with installing (or rather uninstalling) liveries in the FS2004/FSX version. According to installation instructions that came with it, there was suppose to be an "install liveries" button on the installation screen. There was no such button. hi all, while going through FS2crew's (level-d 767) control checks, i don't want the plane turning.. as in under the influence of the left and right arrow keys.. as we all know, both the rudder keys and the left an right turn (arrow) keys control the planes nose gear steering in fs9.. how do i disable the arrow keys from controlling the nose gear steering and leave the job for just the rudder controls to handle??

Like many fellow simmers, I find the whole flight sim experience so totally immersive that some of the inevitable flaws, I find easy to forgive or forget. One aspect, however, that started as a niggle has developed into complete frustration. This is the inability for many airports to take account the prevailing wind direction and direct traffic preparing to take off or land on to the appropriate runway/s. I use ASV 6.5 as my weather engine and normally (but not always) start this application first, download the latest weather before starting FS9. Yesterday, for example EGGL showed wind at 270 at 10. So last night I had the bright idea of installing all of the airports that I could find for Vancouver island. I waited for a couple of months to do this because many of us in the world were stalled by the Avsim library availability...sorry about that Tom!I began to install CYAZ - Tofino by Mr. Sidney Schwartz and found that there were no less then 33 libraries and textures folders to install if I wanted the airport to work as he envisioned it. I went through the list and installed everything as suggested and then did a search for duplicate files.
