Hi all,Since I put my antialisasing settings from 4 to 8 (through the NVIDIA 7900 GTX settings) I don't have the visual turning aircraft anymore in the Select Aircraft menu. So this is not about not being able to select aircraft from the menu, it's just that the picture doesn't show.Does anyone have a clue what is happening / how to solve ?Thanks.Eric

I was just wondering if anyone has had issues with AI Floating at CYJQ by Frank Betts. I do have the Bella Coola Valley landclass and mesh by HS installed and it had me remove a number of BGLs from the Namw folder. So I haven't put the original FS9 BGLs back yet and was hoping someone has a fix for this issue or knows if CYJQ is compatible with Holger's scenery.Mark

Does anybody know where to find Cabin announcements for Westjet airlines? Or how could you create your own announcements?

From time to time, I run into freeware scenery that has a scenery.dat file included with it. Typically, I don't use it and let FS9 rebuild the scenery indexes on it's own. It takes longer to load up the first time a scenery is used but that's all right, it never takes that long. Sometimes I forget to remove the scenery.dat file before installing the software and FS9 rebuilds the index anyway. I'm guessing that's because I have a non-standard FS9 installation, (on it's own separate drive), and that the scenery.dat file was compiled in a standard install by the developer. Hey all,I have problems with Aerosoft LOWI scenery(included in German Airports 1). I try to load it but it isn't work. At 95-100% it stops and says that an error has occured and FS9 has quited.What shuold I do to make it work? I've tried it with different aircrafts but nothing. Only LOWI do this, all other aerosoft stuff is working.Thanks for help.Gajka

If I want to list and print ILS frequencies, based on my AFCAD files, of the airports that I commonly fly to, is there a utility that can do that for me? I know you can look up frequencies using FMC, but if I want to have a printed list, is that possible using a utility?thankss

Hi!Can anyone help me identify a utility for FS2004.It edited the information that Cycles around an AI aircraft so that it also showed the origin and destination of that flight.the information would appear as ICAO codes. So a plane in the distance might show the UI Manufacturer, the UI Model but then also would show something like "KJFK-->EGCC"I thought it was by abacus, but I can find nothing on their website - I really cannot recall if it was Payware or Freeware.Does anyone know what utility I'm talking about or is it all a figment of my imagination.Anyhelp would be great.Thanks in advance!!

Hi a newbie here.I cant seem to find any wing views on any of the planes i have dowloaded or default ones although a lot of them say they have wing views. I've tried num pad combos but seem to get ceiling shots and door panels but no wings. I dabbled with a few panel cfg files but is still is a mystery to me.. In a nutshell, is there a generic wing view download for fs2004 planes, either default or add ons. if so i tink i can manage the editing of the panel cfg :( I tried search in the forum but nothing about wing views came up that i could see (bit like my wing views) :( CheersJon

Hi,Suddenly, the Alt+Tab command to quit back to desktop is no longer working in my FS9.1. When using the combination, the Menu bar appears but there is no change to desktop. Any suggestions on how to regain this function?Am using FS v9.1 and Window XP (SP3).TIA.

Not sure how to fix this one...I've got a Logitech Extreme joystick and CH Pro Throttle with the latest version of the registered FSUIPC for FS9. I recalibrated the z axis on the throttles yesterday and for some reason, when I trim nose down on the joystick, I get spoiler extension despite the fact that nose down trim is assigned against a joystick button. I use a separate castle switch on the throttle quadrant to extend/retract spoilers. I went into FSUIPC and there's no button on my joystick assigned to spoiler extension. Anyone know of any program that might tell you which runway FS2004 ATC has determined to be active, when you are approx 200nm from your destination?I am actually a real-world pilot, so please understand that I know active runways are based on wind. It's just difficult to determine when the winds are light and variable which runway is active. Often the STAR I set up for is the opposite runway in such circumstances, and I can't tune ATIS far enough away from the airport to be useful.So I'm looking for some utility, I guess. Whenever I takeoff and my engines get louder then the sound stutters or when an AI plane flies by and the sounds fade it also stutters. Is there a way it can be adjusted? I am using 32 bit sounds.

Hi all :( I'd really like to download the Douglas A-26 Invader from SOH (a26_soh.zip - A-26 Invader for FS2004/FS9 - Manual Installation) but I always get this error message: B) I read their Downloading FAQ and did everything described there but nothing helped. I also tried using different web browsers without more success. Hi all!Some years ago I bought Captain Sim's Legendary MiG-21. Now I reinstalled it but the afterburner effect is all but legendary... it's just horrible by today's standards. Have a look by yourself:Click here! (AVSIM review)This review is about the FS2002 version but the afterburner effect is exactly the same in FS9.I checked the Aircraft.cfg file: Unfortunately there is no *.fx file for the afterburner in the [Lights] or any other section... looks like it's part of the model.Does anyone have a clue? Hi,I have the last version of this awesome package, and have flown exclusively the E-170 version. Now I'm going to try the E-190, but it seems the Landing Speeds chart for the E-190 is missing. There is one (in fact two, for icing/no icing condx) but I'm afraid it's intended only for the E-170, since the maximum value for the landing Gross Weight is 37000 Kg/81500 Lb. I've found a previous post about this topic in the Feelthere forums dated back to September 2008, but no solution is given.Anyone please? Whenever I start up a flight all appears gray and I have to wait for about 2 minutes for the textures to show up. Is there anyway to fix this? And it happens at all airports.

I dont know why but suddentlly I see squares where snoke should be.I havent touched or deleted a thing.what could it be ?
