Did someone noticed that, even if you lower the gears, nose gear door stay closed all the time?Is there any fix for that ?

After an hour in the air FS9 shuts down or rather the hard drive just stops. Completely. I have set all the power programmes on the laptop to High performance and all hibernation, sleep or turn off functions to never and it still happens. I also have Webshots but all screens savers are disabled and so on. I don't know what to do next and I can't get on to WIKI to check the FAQ sections and a search brings up nothing so sorry if it had come up before. I am running FS9 with patch under VISTA. Can anyone help?Gerry

I just tried to email [email protected] but got an email failure notice. Anyone know what's going on there?My question I was going to pose to them, but now I'll send out to the community, is that checking the 2 manuals provided, I didn't see any speed or trim charts. The tutorial flight uses speed and trim settings based on aircraft weight, but I don't have the source of these speeds. Was something missing from my download that was provided with either the FSX version or previous version of the installer? I purchased it yesterday afternoon and installed it without any errors. I have been following the progress of this aircraft in hopes of buying and now it's time to make my decision. Could one of you fellow simmers who have bought this aircraft give me an opinion on it's quality? I'm tired of wasting my money on what I would consider junk. I use a 2D cockpit so I'd like to know if the cockpit views are photos like in the LDS 767 or are they drawings like in the VC mode? How is the overall quality of the textures? Hey gang, i'm new to this forum but have been an avid MS Flight Sim junky since 2000. Anyway, I haven't touched my FS9 in over 2 years due to work and kids and now I have the chance to get back into the saddle of FS9. I will be doing a complete erase and re-install of FS9 to get rid of old saved files and add ons I haven't touched forever and I want to get your opinions on what programs I would want to download for scenery,textures,mesh,AI,airport scenery, etc. I have been doing a ton of research but I would rather get the advice of you all. Doesn't matter if its payware or freeware, all your opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello.I'm hoping someone might be able to help me with an issue I have discovered.It seems I am missing some default bldg textures around KJFK. I discovered the problem after installing the v6 scenery from FRF. However, the issue is there even if that scenery is removed as well. I'm not sure what the files are for these bldgs but I'm hoping someone might know so that I have a place to start looking. I have attached an example picture.I don't believe this has anything to do with the FRF scenery. I don't fly into JFK much so I'm sure the problem was an existing one and I just never noticed it before.Hopefully someone can give me a clue as to what specific files these b…

When using autothrottle (by pressing SHIFT+R), autopilot does not hold target altude, it drifts off from it (either above or below selected altitude). This only happen when cheat autothrottle is ON, when it's OFF, autopilot perfectly holds target altitude.PS FD bars command to climb/descent when autopilot drifts off from target altitude, but autopilot seem to ignore FD...PS2 At least two people posted the same problem on Feelthere forum, but no answer from developers.

Hi ya all,As I just started up flying in Amsterdam Schiphol (EHAM) I noticed all the buildings (just terminals) are gone.Schiphol East and South are still there but not the rest of the aiport just gone of the earth???? :( Can anyone please help me with this. A small black window has appreared on my PSS 777 panel, No doubt I caused it, fiddling with the script. This window refuses to be deleted, if I try to move it to a remote corner the thing simply replicates it self :)Someone suggested a 'Panel Editor' - I've never heard of one?Ken

Hello!I have two questions.I have PMDG 737-600/700/800/900 NG and I recently installed FS Passengers on my FS2004.1) When about to land, the callouts "500... 100... 50...40...30...20" are all repetated twice, like an echo. Does FS Passengers use callouts also? because if it's so, I would like to deactivate them (or the PMDG ones). I think both programs are calling out.2) I've seen on some youtube videos that there are more callouts in FS Passengers that the standard ones. For example, when I make a flight, these two callouts are missing: "Cabin Crew, prepare for take off" and "Cabin Crew, prepare for landing". Dear Simmers,My time has come to format my PC, but I'm really confused which OS siutes me best.My Specs are Intel Core2Quad , BFG 8800 GTX OC (768 MB) , WD 150 GB HD, 4GB ram.Currently I'm still using Fs9 ( I don't intend to use fsx for the time being) running under XP 32 bit,but this time I definately really want to make out the best out of my PC :) .I read some posts that XP 64 is stable..but what about Windows 7 ? Flight Ontario has just released two new freeware sceneries:Muskoka and an updated version of their Thunder Bay scenery.Both look fantastic. Hi all FS9 scenery experts,I've noticed lately that in my most enjoyable Kai Tak (VHHX) 9-Dragons airport scenery there are suddenly some tree textures missing and I hope someone can help me further. See the picture.The missing tree textures are most probably standard textures which should reside in the main FS9 texture folder and I suspect that these have somehow been modified at some time in the past, probably by an installer program. This suspicion comes up strongly because I have firstly re-placed all the airport dedicated texture files from my backup system and secondly by those from the original download, but no joy. Hello, I recently just got Simflyers KPHX and ive noticed that around the airport in certain spots there is a flattten issue....also taking off runway 8 the plane constantly bounces and while taxiing there is a dirt trail behind the aircraft wheels....please help....thanks
