So I just finished a leg from PANC to KPDX and now i'm on my KPDX to KORD leg and i'm at 37000ft somewhere over Montana and my L/R utility Bus is inop as well as both Recirc fans and my right engine gen doesn't want to work. How do I troubleshoot this, i've tried everything in my knowledge span and i can't seem to get by this. Thanks

Hello everybody!I ve tried to merge the wonderfull Posky 777 with the PSS panel. It doesn't work correctly... I've downloaded the file on the Avsim's site but the merged aircraft doesn't maintain the correct altitude after take off, during cruise altitude and in a low speed configuration (flaps 30 and gear down). I don't dare to speek about landigs with ILS; the behaviour of the localiser and the slope make me crasy... Of course, I ve tried to find a solution by myself and I'am sure that I've made a mistake during the merge procedure... It's a nigntmare....Thank you for your help...

Well, VOZ 1.8 really is nice. I went through the install with a fine toothed comb and didn't come across too many things that I would have understood if I'd read through the documentation instead of just saying go!!!The only real issues, (and they're not really issues), is with the AI Traffic files that are included in the normal distribution. I found that there are 6 aircraft which are not included and yet referenced in the traffic bgls. I've listed them below in case anyone is interested. When I'm playing FS, it will randomly task switch itself to desktop, or whatever other application is running. If I kill EVERY process except FS and every windows essential process, it will still do this.I've used a registry hack to prevent focus stealing, as well as a few other programs to 'prevent window stealing, focus stealing, etc', and it's still doing it.It will happen randomly, usually every hours apart. FS will still be running, I just have to task switch back to it, but it's starting to really ###### me off.Has this happened to anyone else? Any ideas what's going on with this or how to fix it? Visual Flight London queriesOkay first the Canary Wharf Tower, Can i edit the beacon at the top to be bigger and brighter at dusk/night?and then, for those of you who own this WITHOUT VFR Photographic scenerys added, did you find that a large area AROUND london had NO autogen? Hello,My FS2004 has gone off the rails a bit recently.It seems that whenever I start a flight and then press 'Alt+Enter' simultaneously to minimize FS2004 and start up AISeparation and ActiveSky, it crashes and I get the extremely annoying 'Microsoft Flight Simulator has Stopped Working' message before I can do anything else.I am running FS2004 9.1 with Windows Vista Service pack 2. It may help to note that I have recently installed the 'CaptainSim 757-200 2.2 Update.'Any help would be greatly appreciated.Regards.

I have had all the freeware FSGenesis mesh installed (I had them installed for a while now) and when ever I fly in and around New York City I always see the George Washington bridge under water. It never really bothered me before, but now I want to fix it. Is there a fix for this? I don't really want to delete the mesh for that area. I thought I remeber seeing a thread about this but I couldn't find one.

I've never done this before - post on this forum about another forum issue. I purchased the above add-on scenery and had a problem and wanted to join their forum to ask my question. I registered but there was an error in my registration and it did not go through. Tried with another e-mail and same problem. Says failed to send e-mail. Says to please contact their administrator. But without login abilities, I cannot contact anyone on that forum to find out what the problem is. So I thought I'd post here to see if anyone would have any suggestions to try? Thanks, Al

I don't know about you guys, but I think Russian aircraft are flippin nice and a great challenge to fly!We have a few classics so far, the AN-24RV, Tupolev 114 and IL-62M have all earned some medals here and there. Now there is a decent IL-86 as well (without an english manual unfortunately).But all these years I haven't seen one decent Antonov 124, the ugliest, biggest, heaviest transport machine out there doing commercial flights all over the place with a crew of 6!! Hello, I downloaded the free trial FSnavigator and thought it was good,but I'm simply not going to pay $40 or whatever it is for it,from what I understand its no longer suported anyway.I was wondering if there is a halfway decent freeware program similar to fsnav,dosent have to be as good just as long as it's better than the pitiful default planner.I have been going to skyvector.com and planning there but it would be nice to do it within the FS lol.

Hello,I was wondering if there was a way to change the amount of time fs9 allows for "emergency boost" which is,from what I understand,limited to 5 minutes.All this stems from a glitch I've gotten with the Carenado mooney in which the autopilot and several gauges will only adjust by increments of 10 instead of 1[1000 instead of 100 for the A/P].The ram air feature also quits working,which is considered "emgency boost" in the cfg. file.The glitch occurs when the emergency boost times out and dosen't happen if I don't use the ram air.I really don't have to use the ram air,but maybe there is something I can do to fix it.

Ive run into a problem, I havnt used fs in some time and have redone my pc a while ago having had to reinstall evrything i had for fs. I decided today to start getting all my key assignment how i had them before to maybe get a flight in tonight but i ran into a snag that i cant figure out.I calibrated my yoke and everything looks fine within the calibration screen but when i start fs all the buttons work for gear flaps etc. on the yoke except for the throttle mixture prop and elevator aileron controls. Ive tried playing around with the sensitivities and still nothing. I know it is not the controls on the yoke that are broken as it shows they are working on the calibration…

Hello AllKDEN Denver has vanished from FS9.If I try to select Denver from the GO TO AIRPORT option i get the message "do not use"I discovered this when I created a flightplan to KDEN tonight.Whilst on route I entered kden into the gps to get ILS frequency for the runway, FS9 locked and had to be shutdown.I reloaded the flt courtesy of AUTOSAVE and tried again to enter kden into the GPS but this time I noticed the same message in the GPS "do not use".Finally as I flew over KDEN I noticed no bulidings,terminals,hangers etc just the runways outlined and that was it.Any ideas as to what is going on?It seems somehow the scenery for this airport has been removed.I don't know…

After last nights flight I ran into a never before seen problem w/ FS9 views, PLZ see the attached. As you can see I now have the ceiling of the aircraft instead of rwy in front of me. I deleted FS9 CFG w/ no luck and checked FSUIPC w/ no luck. It is as though my view is locked up somehow and will not return to normal. The reason I see the cockpit here is because I have gone to FS menu and selected instrument panel. When I first start up FS9 my instrument panel is missing and all I see is the upper portion of the acrft cockpit ceiling...(this w/ all acrft).If I hold down my FSUIPC assigned, View reset key cmd, all looks normal......release the key and it goes back to the …

This is probably a shot in the dark but if there is anyone out there that flys the Wilco A320 please let me know if you have an answer to this. After performing a normal climb and level off with auto thrust activated the airspeed ever so slowly begins to increase until eventually it's in the barber poll. The N1 indicators show the blue arc where the thrust 'should' be but there is no reduction in RPM in fact it remains at the climb thrust RPM. I've checked Wilco's forum for solutions but the only tweak I could find was increasing the null on the throttles it helps in stabilizing the airspeed control in the climb but does nothing to elevate the problem in cruise. Hi,I have been experiencing a texture rendering problem lately in FS9.1 (but no problems w/FSX). I thought it was due to running FSACARS, but it's happening now on all flights. Textures, both aircraft and scenery, are failing to render properly, and everything is "greyed out" briefly while flying and changing views (2d-->3d cockpit/external/panning around/tower)...eventually they load, but it can take up to 20-25 seconds.By the time I reach my destination airport, FS9 is failing to render properly at all - everything is just "green nothingness" - no runways, taxiways, or buildings. I bought the PMDG 737 800/900 upgrade to use with my PMDG 737 700. First, I ran into many issues trying to install it since I am using VISTA. Then, when I finally get it to install the GEN1 and GEN2 buttons do not work. Also, the airac no longer includes all SIDS that I had when I was flying the PMDG 737. No GEELA3 out of KPHX and I cannot use A/T since the above buttons do not operate. Also, the FMC buttons do not line up. When I click the 0 button, I get an 8. I downloaded all the files from the support page but they did not work. I have over 700 hrs with the older version 737 600/700 that works perfectly and I was hoping to get this upgrade to improve a more realistic…
