OkMy sim keeps Crashing to Desktop in certain areas.It used to CTD over Dover (UK) within 10nm of the DVR VOR my sim would just dieRecently i did a clean FS re install and it was fineNow....i get CTD over north Italy near the French / Austrian Boarder on the alps, all the time, ive attempted 4 flights (2 X LIRF->EGLL / 2 X LIRF->EGKK) and they all end in the exact same spotSometimes i get the "FS has stopped responding" box and sometimes it just goes straight to desktopAnyone have any idea on whats going on and any solution?Ice uninstalled scenery in that area (Aerosoft LOWI) but it still CTD, ill try again tomorrow without the Simwings LFMN scenery.Also i have Real…

Hi guys, Does anyone know what might be causing this?This happens in 2d cockpit or Virtual Cockpit when I run the mouse over clickable buttons or instrament gauges or bring up the GPS, Airspeed Indicator or other instrament gauges or panels. It seems to bring up a graphic of another part of the cockpit or one time it brought up a cockpit of one of my helicopters.Its very hard to fly when this happens and it doesn't happen on all of my aircraft.CheersUly

Does anybody have a list of operating speeds by aircraft type avaliable? I once had a list of every aircraft used by my old VA but now have misplaced it and it is totally MIA! Thanks if you can help! :)

Well I must be honest I was surprised to see Mexsim doing a British airport and am some what wary even though the screenshots look right. I can only go on what i remember a few years back before emigrating to Australia. So has anyone bought this and tried it. I tend to stick to Gary Summons for the UK and am somewhat untrusting of any company outside Gary (UK2000) and Aerosoft replicating an airport in the UK. Maybe if it became AES compliant I would be tempted and although UK 2000 will be doing this airport it will be along way off.So has anyone tried it out and what do you think?????CheersMiles :(

In the Win7 forum no solution and Aerosoft advice to follow the tweaks of NickN to get rid of OOM and CTD in win7/64 together with FS2004 and Aerosoft AESNot the support I expected from a well respected software developer, Since I have installed Aerosoft's AES, I'm using the latest one version 2.07, I have a lot of CTD's with the G3D.dll error and sometimes also a OOM message as a showstopper.After exploring the Aerosoft forums I saw that it was a hugh problem in the past (2008) with the 3Gb switch and patched fs9.exe file to adress more than 2 Gb under XP but only a few about Vista and Win7 64 but it it's the same error. Hi :)I have just bought, innstalled and updated AirSimmer's A320 basic - both v1.1 and v1.2 innstalled. Nice model and animations.But I have some got som bad issues. When I open the MCDU 2D panel, and press the flightplan button, the FS window turns black and crash. If I use the MCDU in the virtual cockpit, it works fine. So I tried a testflight from VC and everything was looking good - until I become airborne and pressed the 'gear up' button on my joystick - CTDAnother issue, is that the numbers on the MCP doesn't change when I twist the buttons. Only in VC.Anyone got the same probems and know how to fix them? :S

Hello guys,After searching for a long time, I have finally found that Simplates X offers charts of SMJP (Paramribo, Surinam). I got in contacted with them and they said that the charts in the p[ack probably are the same as I have, with one or two additions. Looking over the pack, it seems like it'd be well worth the menu, even if the SMJP charts are old. The wealth of airports in that pack is simply astoundingly big for only 40 dollars. Looking at screenshots, these charts also seem to be good quality. However, they are also from 2007. Is it worth buying them, now that they all are at least 3 years old? Hello everyone, I was wondering for those people who have this merge found here http://forum.ivao.aero/index.php?PHPSESSID...;topic=132449.0, do you also suffer from the aircraft's (772/3) constantly bobbing up and down making it impossible to fly at greater than normal time acceleration. I would fly at normal time, but due to work and other constraints I cannot. I hope someone has a solution to this problem.Thanks!

I'm having a curious issue with FS9 lately... Whenever I exit the sim, even though the application quits, the FS9.exe process still keeps running. If I switch to the Task Manager after exiting FS9, I can see the FS9.exe file still running. If I re-start the sim, it keeps the first process running and starts a new FS9.exe process as well. Unless I terminate the processes in Task Manager, it'll keep as many instances of the process running as I have initiated. there's also a "temp" file process labeled as a "cleanup file" associated with FS9 that keeps running as well.Anyone ever run into this problem and, if so, do you know of a solution to automatically terminate the runn…

Hello AllI have recently discovered the POSKY A340s and have been enjoying making a lot of flights with this aircraft(mercifully free of masses of updates,service packs FDE updates etc ).I am using Ken Mitchells A340 panel(a variant of his good old 320,330 one)so the layout is not unfamiliar to me,there is one difference though on the 340 panel that I would like explained,on the throttle panel there is a button(clickable)called RAM AIR..what is this,and what does it do,and at what points in a flight should I use it?.So far I have not experienced any discernible problems by leaving it alone,but as its a clickable button I thought I would ask.cheers to allAndy

Hi All , I have downlaoded the Mitsubishi Mu2 from the Library . I unzipped and inside there are two folder . The first is the "aircraft" folder : I opened and I found the " mu2/3219 " folder . If I have well understood the procedureI must copy the mu2/3219 folder and I must past in FS2004 aircraft folder ( I must copy the mu2/3219 folder and not the whole " aircraft" folder ) . "Sound" folder : I don't know if I must copy the whole downloaded folder and past in FS2004 folder or if I must copy all the files in the downloaded folder ( "groudhandling" is the name ) and past in FS2004 sound folder .
