I am getting a error with Ttools Companion "Error in modEvalFP:FP type mismatch" What can I do to fix this? I am using Windows 7 and FS9. It was working fine then the error popped up when I tried to evaluate a flightplan I was fixing up.I tried to evaluate other flightplans but I get the same error. I even tried to re install TTools Companion but no luck.

Is anyone using FsBuild able to get anything but the eastbound NAT's? By using www.fsbuild.com/nat.html as the NATRAKURL in the fsbuil2.cfg, I am able to get six accurate, up to date eastbound NAT's. But I'm not seeing anything heading west.Any ideas?thanks

Hi GuysCan someone clarify this issue for me?1.Randomly, when I load fs, the USBs ports don´t work, there is to say that the hardwares I use like Go Flight Yoke, pedals, throtle, pitch wheel and gear up/down stay dead, no reaction. In order to make them to work, I have unplug and replug them back. When this happen, my video ''Catalist'' card gets disconfigured in most of the parametres. I have to set the parametres back again. Sometimes, after doing all those moves, the simulator works fine but sometimes gets too slow that I have to close it down and load it back.2.It's been a while since I changed my SO to windows 7 I didn't get a black screen crash which happens when ap…

I know that Pete Dowson solved the problem of limited battery time in FS9 long ago and the earlier freeware versions of FSUIPC included an option to choose unlimited battery time. But that option in the freeware version disappeared when Pete made the full version into payware. Other than buying the full version of FSUIPC does anyone know of a fix for this annoying issue? The Wilco 737 PIC has an option to choose unlimited battery time so I know it can be done. It's no big deal but it's frustrating to save a flight in "cold and dark" condition and then not be able to start engines when you select that saved flight because the battery is "dead." Hi I have just registered,my apologies if this has already been covered or i am on the wrong thread!.Basically my fs 2004 has stopped working,the message coming up is as follows version of fs2004 not compatible with this version of fsuipc.it is build 9.01.40901,you need correct version of fs2004,check the help-about:the build should be 9.00.30612,fsuipc will terminate when you select ok.i have tried the usual second guessing this,un installing and re installing etc,any help would be really appreciated,very frustrated scottish flight sim lover,cheers!

I saw this on feelthere's website. I have been looking for a good version of Ft. Lauderdales KFLL airport and saw this package had one in it plus 15 other airports. I tried the KFLL scenery here in the library by JC McCormick, but there is something in his terminals that causes a huge frame hit for me, so I had to disable it. It's funny that I can run a lot of other payware airports with not much problem, but JC's KFLL brings my system to it's knees. Just wanted some feed back from anyone who purchased this title. Does anyone know how to get Yannick Lavigne's Falcon 50 working in FS9 and Win7? I had this plane working with FS9 and WinXP, but now that I have Win7 it is not working.

Hi.I have noticed since digging out my sceneries from Aerosoft some time ago that I now have an additional menu in FS9.1 when I press the alt button.For example I press the alt button to alter the time of day etc, and I now se an additional menu item called add-on manager.I only have this since installing EDDK,EDDP,EDDH from Aerosoft.I did delete the two additional files it placed in the modules folder called VIA...cor or whatever.Does anyone know how to get rid of this please, or where I might be able to find out.I would post in the AS forum, but to be honest it can take ages to get a responceMany thanks for any help.

Hey guys, here is the problem.I import my FS Flight Plan to the FMS, no problem with that, when I take off y turn on the AP and try to change the HDG to the NAV, wich it doesn't.Why I can't change it to NAV? Everytime I push the button I stays in HDG.PLEASE HELP!

I've had fs2004 (fs9) for a number of years. Had it on an old Dell Lattitue C600 with embedded NVIDEA chips and worked fine. I've just recently tried to install it on a newer Dell D620 with NVIDEA Quadro NVS chips, and with the basic out of the box installation, the terrain is all out of whack. There is water out of place, and other weird terrain anomolies (strange figures in the middle of taxiways, etc). I've uninstalled and reinstalled- same thing. Tried different video resolution settings, same thing. Any ideas?

I've been working at getting FS9 to run smoothly for ages now and given my current hardware, I do not understand why I can still only manage to pull ~19 FPS on the ground at a somewhat busy KLGA and ~30 FPS in clear skies. Hi,I am not sure if this is the right forum to ask, but I'll ask anyway....Which drive imaging/backup software would you guys recommend? I'm searching for something that will make an image of my whole FS9 computer to an external 1Tb drive (USB), and then restore the whole thing to another computer with identical hardware. Hello there, looks like I'll finally be getting this, but there are a few things I want to know first. The developer is gone, the site is gone, Flight1 still sells it with a notice. One thing I would need is the Ultimate Terrain patch, is it still available somewhere? Or can one of you possibly send it to me when the time comes?What I also want to know is how well it works with FlyTampa's KBOS (v3). Hello,I have tried several airplanes in FS9 but none of them have realistic behavior.For example to enter a spin, full elevator and full rudder, same for a flick roll. None of the planes I have tried so far entered a correct spin.I would love to find a plane that does all this as realistic as possible.Or maybe some extra software that needs to be installed ?Any help would be apreciated.Thanks !BubblesBulldog pilot

On the Addon Manager screen is an option called Flying Tips -Exactly what is that supposed to do? I have tried it both checked and unchecked and have not observed any difference.I do have the Display Flying Tips option unchecked in my FS2004 Settings/Realism dialogue.But I am curious what the option in the Addon Manager does.

Hey everyone,i was just at wilco's website looking around to possibly purchase the E-jets 170/190 package. I looked at the screen shots page and then went to compare it to the ERJ135 shots. When I went back to the E-jets screen shots I got a huge Google MALWARE warning from the website saying it is infected. I had a choice of going back or continuing. The page was grey with a red warning in the middle. I am running a mac and don't have antivirus software to give me such warnings, so what gives on the site?? I don't want to get infected, or is this some kind of hoax that was placed there to turn people away? The funny thing was before this happened, I was browsing for a go…

I followed the lessons and now I am trying to pass the instrument rating checkride. Everything is fine except for the landing at the end. I always get the message: "You did not stay within the assigned speed". O.K. I know from the forums that airspeed checking is off for a long time: I thought after passing PARKK. I just noticed that the wheels of a particular AI aircraft are not touching the surface when on the ground. All the other AI aircraft at the same airport are fine so I'm assuming it's a config issue with this particular aircraft? Anyone interesting in some modifications I made to improve the night lighting in the CLS 767 VC? As many of my 767 flights ended up being at night I found the CLS VC lighting seriously lacking. Knowing CLS is done with FS9 and has a terrible track record fixing things like this I adjusted a few things which turned out quite nice. I'll post what I did in this thread if anyone is interested...
