I have a problem with the AI Separation Program, using the settings of 6,8,5,20,8,35 I also have the same problem, when I use AI Smooth and AI Separation together, using Dave Sheffield's recommended settings. AI Traffic Conflicts that are moved, simply disappear completely, and don't start the approach again, to the given airport, in this case Amsterdam Schipol. Like is supposed to happen in AI Separation. Can anybody help me find a solution ? Any help would be appreciated. Regards Eddie

I have searched FS2004 topics and not found an answer to my problem. I have two identicle Viewsonic monitors that I would like to use as one display. I have been trying to do this ever since I downloaded the Unigine benchmarks Valley and Heaven. They have a setting called "Wall 2x1" which produces the desired result, and the effect is amazing, giving a huge panoramic view. Is there a similar setting in FS2004 which has the same effect?, perhaps in a configuration file? I had intended to use it in 2d panel view without the cockpit and use a panel made up of Simplugins panel builder on a smaller monitor. I am hoping that someone has tried this…

After taking months to install a fresh copy of FS9 and loads of scenery I have just found that my default tower view seems to have changed to about +190 feet above the ground, meaning at nearly every airport the camera view is now behind a building and you cannot see the aircraft. I can go to ALT menu and go into maps and reset to a higher elevation manually, but I have to do this every time I load the game as it resets back. I have no idea why it has done this and I do not edit airports so it can only be via a global setting, active camera or autower etc... I have done the general checks like saving a new default flight and rebuilding FS9.CFG but all to no avai…

Can anyone help me move a carrier to new additional locations? The file is here at flightsim.com named bige_ai.zip. I want to move the English Channel carrier to 4 locations in Greek waters and can provide the coordinates--one location will be off Cyprus, the other 3 in Greek territory waters. Any help will be appreciated. Nick

I recently got FS9 up and running because I like the FPS I get with big jets and big cities. So, after reading reviews, I decided to get the Sky Simulations DC-9. The screen shots and video at the store show different liveries, so, I thought, "Great, I can use it with the USAir livery (which has some sentimental value to me). I got the aircraft and it works fine, but, no liveries came with it. So, on the Sky Simulations website, I found where they had buries the extra liveries. Problem is they don't work. I tried them on my Windows 7 64 bit, and I tried them on my old Windows XP computer. They won't work at all. It's just an installer that gives an error message (this app…

I never ran across this before. I have completed installing all of my CalClassic scenery and am now trying to position aircraft into spots at some of the airports. To do this I move the airplane to the airport and the slew it into the position I want in front of a hangar or building and then save it. The problem is after I have done that I can't turn the slew off. It stays on. What I am doing now is exiting the sim and going to .FLT file of the plane I just saved and scrolling down to the slew line and changing the TRUE to FALSE. Then everything is as it should be. Have any of you run into this before and is there a fix for the problem? Noel

I'm just in the (long) process of reinstalling my FS9 setup. I'm looking for some liveries for the Fifty North 737 which I'm absolutely 100% certain I had at the end of 2016 but didn't backup (I know, my bad). I spent pretty much the entire evening yesterday trying to locate these liveries on multiple sites with file libraries but had no luck. The ones I'm looking for are: Fifty North 737-300 Easyjet Fifty North 737-300 Delta Colors In Motion/Deltaflot livery Fifty North 737-300 & -500 United white/blue pre-Continental merger livery If anybody has these liveries or can point me to where I can find them I'd be very grateful. BT…

Hi all, I have not used my FS9 in some years and slowly getting back in. In all these years, has there been a faster way of installing AI flight plans and aircraft. I have lots of WoAI packages installed and loved their work since it was an easy install wihch included the aircrafts. Now that my packages are getting dated...for example I still have USAir flying around with cactus callsigns which I know American took them over years ago. What would be the best way to update my american Airlines package to include US Airways as American. I dont even know if the folks at WoAI are working on AI stuff anymore either, however when searching for AI items in the library seems…

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone knows my my 757 AI traffic at night has what looks like a big ball of light in the middle of the fuselage. They turn off when what looks to be the landing lights. I have tried some other halo textures and does not change the large ball of light. When you get close to the aircraft it goes away however. Its really annoying in the sky and from a distance. Looks like the aircraft is from WoA_AIA_B752W_RR

Hallo! is anyone still using Portugal Terrain for FS 2004 by PTSIm? I used to use it on my old computer. It once was payware, but it was released into freeware some years ago. You had to do free online registration in order to decrypt the files and beeing able to install it. Unfortunatelly this doesn't work any more when I tried to install it on my new computer. I found out that other users also have this problem, but we are unable to reach the author of this scenery. So if you have this scenery currently installed and could help me out by sending me the files please send me a private message. Thank you

I've searched but most links are no longer valid to download/make FS2004 compatible Yannick Lavigne's excellent Falcon 50 . Unless there is another file/location I'm not aware of that has the complete(for FS2004)aircraft, the 3 files I've read required are... Fal50c2.zip(FS2002) Fa50pch2.zip(patch) Falcon50_2k4.zip(FS2004 compatible) + paints/tweaks Found links for the first 2, but not the 3rd(Falcon50_2k4.zip) Thanks

I am 'flying' the freeware Avro York c1 and I have a problem with the Ignition Switch (marked 'IGN'). Simply put, when it is in the ON position, it is OFF, and vice versa. Is there a relatively simple way to reverse the function to correct operation? I am not a programmer, but am able to change entries in < .cfg > files and so on. As always, any help much appreciated.

Hi all, I just bought the De Havilland Comet Jetliner on the Just Flight site. It's now 50% off and a real bargain at €12.95. However, I couldn't find any repaints on my usual sites even though a review mentions several are available. Does anyone know where to find a repaint for this lovely plane? Cheers, Sascha

Hi: My grandson and I are attempting to learn the basics of ILS approaches...Does anyone know of any pre-programmed flights that we could load into 2004 that would set us up on an instrument approach? We would prefer the slower planes to practice with! Thanks, Steve and Kevin

Milton Shupe's site is now back online. After many years of Milton providing the site and support he elected to focus more on his aircraft development projects and also remove the burden of running costs for the web site. I thought that his site was a genuine historical environment that needed to be maintains for prosperity and volunteered to migrate and preserve this important site for ease of access for the simming community, of course with Milton's consent. After a very long pause, sorry :( ,the web site for Milton and his incredible team of developers is now back online. This collection of outstanding, multiple award winning, aircraft…
