Well, somebody did in another forum section here. How wrong could he be? Gregory Putz's brilliant PHJH scenery has been download nearly 700 times in only a month, both from here and flightsim.com. Fantastic freeware and still some fantasic support for Fs9!

Hello! Is there any way to assign a keyboard key to control a taxi or logo light switch? I have a panel that have switches (toggle) to taxi and logo lights. I'd like to assign keyboard keys to control them. Is there any way to do this? Regards. Cláudio

Hello All, I really hope someone can help me with a fairly serious problem i have now developed on FS9. Following issues with Wilco Citation x, Wilco asked me to send them a copy of the DLL XML file which i have now discovered doesn't exist for FS9. Anyway before i found this out i began searching for that file which involved me right clicking on files in FS9 then ticking hidden files before looking and not finding, after which i unticked the hidden box before pressing OK. The Read only boxes are not ticked but are just coloured blue. Now the problem when i select FS9 from the desk top it starts to make the noises from the disk before it comes up with …

morning all, I've performed RKSI PHNL, crossing change of date meridian, I've registered only 2 hours flown. Takeoff @ 9:30 PM and landing @ night, actually I would have to land around 10:30 AM. Any idea about this issue ?? Many thx in advance

Hi, I have just purchased Wilco Citation X for Fs9 I'm using windows 7 64bit for some reason there appears to be no 2D cockpit. When it loads up the 2d is just a black area? Any ideas please. The 3D is there though. Thanks Jonathan

Hi there, I recently purchased, FS Global Special Edition. I also have Justflight's 4 Volumes of Photographic Scenery for England and Wales for FS2004. I am currently, waiting on a new Nvidia Graphics Card being installed, in my Quad Core Intel I5 Computer. But when it is, which Terrain Mesh would be more realistic, for England And Wales, for installation in FS2004 ? the ones, which come with the, Justflight Photographic Scenery Volumes 1-4 or the Terrain Mesh, from the FS Global Special Edition ? I've found this great stock free AFCAD for KSEA called Seattle-Tacoma International Airport UPGRADE (KSEA) by Carlos Si (which can be found here: https://library.avsim.net/search.php?SearchTerm=seattle+upgrade&CatID=fs2004afcd&Go=Search). Everything looks fine (Photo 1) but I'm having problems with custom objects (FSX style gates). I like to update some parking configs before I use a scenery, so I edited the AFCAD file using ADE9 (not AFCAD). When I recompile, I get an error (Photo 2). Hi Guys, Not posted for a long time,still using FS2004 as i still think out of all the flight sims it's still the most stable & the one i get most enjoyment from, i recently had to re- install FS2004 owing to my computer dying on me, when i tried to re-install Active Camera i did not get a registration code which is supposed to be 32 characters long, instead i got on that was 4 symbols long,i emailed anticyclone to recieve my registration code but have recieved no reply. my question is does anyone know if Anticyclone have stopped support for this product ? So I recently discovered that Flight1 Updated their wrappers and they work with Windows 10 now. I still have my copy of FS2004 floating around and am considering installing it on the same computer FSX:SE resides on. Can this become a problem? I made somewhat of an attempt two weeks ago, but had to reinstall all my FS Stuff because in FS2004 my Shift key started being ignored in all my aircraft. If anybody has any thoughts on the cause, solution, or tips etc, I'd appreciate them. Thanks lads.

Do any of you recall the package of maybe 50 skins for Milton Shupe's D-18? I'm sure I have it somewhere but can't recognize the file name in my list. So many skins have fallen off of the major sites that there are some gems being lost. All I should need is the file name.

What could be causing an ai float plane to taxi across the water 1 foot above the water? When used as a normal plane it floats happily in the water with the floats 75% immersed. As the cfg file etc cannot be changed just by becoming an ai plane, the ai process must somehow be overriding it, like when an ai amphib plane lands on water and uses its wheels and "lands" as if the water is in fact land. Any ideas?

Right, I have searched numerous posts/websites/links trying to find a solution to this problem and unfortunately I cannot find anything. Basically the terminal buildings all seem to float a few metres off the ground. Only ground textures/mesh I have installed are UT USA and FSGenesis. Any ideas on how to fix it? Cheers

Is it possible to convert fsx textures to FS9? I found a iFly 747 Iron Maiden paint for fsx bbut not fs9. Cheers

Hey! I have been using AirEdit since long time for modifying the air-files of aircraft that I intended to use as AI-aircraft. Since a short time the program refuses to modify these files. That is a problem to me.... Could the reason why it refuses be that I use now Windows 10? PLease somebody let me know a solution for modifying my air-files.

Hi, I installed a new Airbus model into FS9 - as I have done so many times now - and all works fine. Except - that when I turn on the APU and then start the engines, I get this ...... And this .... The model is fine and the only change I have made is to "alias" the Eurowings Pro panel to the model and also a different Sound set. Note that I have done this many times and I have a number of Project Airbus models in different liveries, all safely installed and working and using the Eurowings Pro panel and various sound sets. Looking around at the different Concorde models out there for FS2004 and FSX, I've come across the Altitude Concorde which is something I have never heard of before! I don't know the company that created it either, maybe one of you guys may know?

I'm having trouble figuring out how to configure my throttle quadrant with fsuipc to make the flaps lever in the sim match the movement of my quadrant flap lever. In fsuipc, I dont know what to change/select to make that happen. Like when I move the lever on the quadrant down to make flaps go down, the lever in the sim goes up. I hope i'm explaining this to where its understood by you guys. Thanks.

This is a long shot as it appears Active Camera support is no longer in existence. The external wind sound in AC is no longer working. I've tried to reinstall a few times to no avail. I made sure the correct sound files are in the AC sound folder. I also have AC sound checked on. Not sure what happened... Thanks in advance for any help you guys can give. I'm using the latest version of the software (2.1 for FS9).

Moderators, Ladies and Gentlemen of the forum, I am trying (very LOL) to update my signature and my profile photo. Seem to remember that before the changes this was a simple process but now I can not even find the signature let alone editing it. I have just had a Boeing 737 repainted and would like to feature a photo of that (show it off is probably a better expression) and also a photo of my cockpit. I selected the Aircraft and saved it and was then asked to resize it. Given that I read that we could have any sort of photo up to 1 mb (mine is 52kb) I though that was ok. However, It will not let me resize it to cover the full photo but puts a portion of it…

I've recently resurrected my copy of Flight Simulator 2004 along with my copy of SSTSIM: Concorde (You have no idea how much dust was in the cockpit!). Anyway, I know on the old site there were some good flights out there. I'm looking for a flight that took Concorde around the world. I'm pretty positive it was on the SSTSIM Forums. I had a look at the new forums and...no luck. Could something like that still exist? I'll be looking in the AVSIM libraries and more later. (Can somebody lock this? I found what I needed)

Hello Folks! I have VC model for all Posky Embraer, except for the Legacy. Some days ago, I saw that there are VC textures for the Legacy, but there is no any VC model at Posky Archives site. https://web.archive.org/web/20160312021520/http://poskyarchive.com:80/category/embraer/legacy-600/ Talking with the model builder (Nick Wilkinson), he told me that, maybe, on Flightsim and Avsim, could have one (he doesn't have anymore). I've searched there but there is no any VC for the Legacy. My question: Does it exist? Does someone have the VC model for Posky Embraer Legacy? In positive case, can someone share it with me?
