The title says it all.Because a landclass file located in a scenery folder that is associated with a texture folder is likely to cause problems.ThanksGhiom

Is there a way to set up or edit an AFCAD file so that more than 1 parallel runway is active for landing at the same time? Lets use KDFW as an example, 17R is used for takeoffs and 17C and 17L are used for landing. However in FS 17C remains unused by AI. If I am closest to that runway it still directs me to it for takeoffs and landings. Why is 17C not being used by AI and is there a way to make AI use it?

Although I have been flying Sims for years, I have never really "dabbled" with aircraft or scenery design. After spending the better part of the Spring and Summer building my private grass strip, I would like the opportunity to fly it in FS9.I have done a lot of reading but unfortunately will never be able to grasp much of the design concept and not sure where to turn.In a nutshell, is there anyone or any group who could simply assist me in making a 1200ft N-S and 800ft E-W grass strip at my location (39.981527 / -91.215212) in FS9? It is located approx 5nm Northwest of KUIN.Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello all,After reading the forums and searching the library here, I've seemed to come up empty-handed. Does anyone know where if a merge exists for the Dreamwings Dash 8 Q200 with Fanda panel (and FS9 upgrade). My merging attempts have only been semi-successful (for instance light switches don't control lights, etc.).If someone might be able to point me in the right direction, I'd greatly appreciate it.Thanks!

I have a glitch so it seems within my FS9 scenery library...I installed a scenery and it automatically added itself to the config i then closed FS9 and reloaded up again sometime later to see it was listed twice!?......I have removed one of the 2 duplicate scenerys from the library and closed and opened again to see it has once again added itself making two duplicate entries....whats going on!

Hi all.As the title says, I am trying to install the above into FS9 but I am a little confused as to where I should be placing the folders, I am not a novice by no means, I have installed many add-ons and done various tweaking but for some strange reason I am having problems with this!I have had an older project airbus package installed before, but that was a complete package which included the livery I wanted therefore it was easy to do!What I want to do now is install the new version of the Project Airbus A320 and the liveries, I have read many times the instructions and tried placing the folders where it says but it does not make a lot of sense to me, perhaps it's me b…

I have CH yoke, quadrant and pedals. Is there a quality payware or freeware helicopter than is both reasonably realistic in flight behaviour and possible to fly well and enjoyably with my hardware?Or are my two wishes mutually incompatible?

Hi,When I approach my landing at an airport I always get a wierd haze layer. This has always happened to me whenever I land and then when I land it disappears. Is there any way to get rid of this thing whever I land. By the way I don't use any weather softwares only default FS2004 weather engine.Thank You

Hi guys.I installed great free-ware scenery of Valencia from http://www.ake-airlines.es/akesoft/LEVC-X/After applying Update 1.01 I lost holding point lines. Instead of yellow line I have grey area without texture.I'm sure that this happened after installing update.As I read in manual, after installing 1.01 update, You just copy all texture and scenery files to old directory overwriting old files.Can somebody check please.Thanks

Evening all,I removed Flytampa Athens from the FS Library, first unticking both entries and then deleting them from the list. Closed FS9 and then deleted the FT Athens folder in addon scenery...i powered up FS9 again and Athens was listed again somehow?!!?!? I removed it from the library again, restarted FS9 and again...it had added itself even tho it no longer exists in addon scenerys....help please! I believe this is now causing FS9 to now crash on startup to desktop and i can now longer access FS due to the crashing on startup

Iv`e just downloaded the above ERJ 135 from the Posky Stable but the aircraft`s Reverse Thrusters don`t activate so i have to land on full Auto Brake.Has any one found the Patch or correct Model?If so please let me know as the Posky Site appears out of action.Thanks John Allen FAPE (RSA)

Hey guys,I have been flying online for a few years now and have never seen contrails behind any of the other pilots aircraft. Its something I feel would add a lot of realism to the online experience. Here is my question, I have found two products for contrails. One is Contrails Pro by FlightSim Tools and the other is a recent release called 3D contrails by Supression Flight. Does anyone here use either of those? I am curios as to whether the 3D contrails by Supression flight works with online flight. I know the Contrails Pro do but have also read of frame rate hits and not realistic looking contrails. I hope someone here has used one or the other and could help out on a p…

Hi everybodyAs some of you might know, Simmarket is having a big sale, 50% off a lot of stuff. Picked up a few sceneries that I was on the fence about getting, so that's nice.Also, I bought the FSPS Multicore Environment Advanced for $5. I know what it is, I know what it does and that there's nothing you can't do manually if you can be bothered. Still, for $5 and have this little step automated (I've now configured it to bring up TOPCAT, RC4 and FS9 in stages as I need them; it does seem to have a problem with FSBuild, and ASE is running on another PC) I figure it's worth it.Cheers, SLuggy
