Here's my problem, I can't spool up the aircraft.1, GPU procedure completed2, Engine Shutoff valve switched to OFF (as per patch, External Fuel ON, Pylons selected - SP2 procedure).3, FUEL Booster Pump 2 switched to OFF (more than one position?).4, Starter Switch 1 clicked on and released (more than one position?).Engine only spools up to about 35% but never exceeds that and then shuts down and the pit goes dark.Thinking the problem has to do with step #3-#4 and multiple switch positions.

Hi all,Over the years I've built up a little collection of addon planes for my FS9 install:Wilco Airbus Evo Series 1 & 2PMDG 747-400/MD-11iFly 737NGLDS 767Now, I enjoy using all of these immensely, but sometimes I feel like I'd rather do shorter flights. I typically fly the A320 fam/737NG to locations (usually in and out of EGGP), but some of these flights will last up to 4 hours or so. I'm actually going to set my sights on some shorter routes (up to an hour/hour and a half etc), perhaps using regional jets.I wanted peoples opinion on the best paid add-ons for these smaller jets (Embraers, Citation, Fokkers etc) for FS9. I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a copy of the base model for the DJC/EvolveAI A320 sharklets model to go with the repaint evo_a320_airbus_industrie_sharklets_2011.zip in the AVSIM library. I used to have this model but must of gotten rid of it :sad:thanksj

Is there a list somewhere with the best aircraft for a crew to use over fs2004 multiplayer? If not are there some good aircraft to check out, I have been using the pmdg 1900c and it works very well and I am looking into the Maddog MD80.Thanks

With PMDG's MD 11, I get 30-35 fps (locked 35) at OMDB flytampa with 100% traffic (WOAI). But when playback, the stutter is intimidating. I have visited its site and done all the suggestions given, such as unchecked radio com in user aircraft, set to 1/4, and also unchecked almost all boxes for traffic ( except engine on/off, gear and flaps), I only got 18-20 fps when playback without stutter; which I thought it was normal, but some people who have similar systems to mine said it shouldn't have affected that much on the fps. I own a low-medium end system, could it be the problem? Tell me whether this is normal thus I'll stop complaining before I'm humiliating myself. Than…

G'day everyone.I just purchased rex at the discounted price, but i had just a few quetions regarding the program.1) I unchechecked the weather box within rex as i use active sky, but upon being in the sim i had a message bar at the top of the screen saykng rex is injecting weather or something of that nature. I didnt have active sky running but i had the box in rex unchecked for weather.2) also, my first time running the program i went to flight plannong, planned a short flight, selected the wx texture button at the bottom to add the textures. it took a good 10 minutes for rex to install the textures in the sim, will i have to wait 10 minutes before every flight??? or am …

Hi guys, Was just wondering if i could make the retractable landing lights switch on the Ifly 737 be a switch of its own. When i click the switch all the landing lights switch on. I just want to have two seperate switches for the landing lights, as i was reading a Boeing operations manual and the retractable landing lights must not exceed 250kts.As you can see here is what i mean, were i have highlited the switch what i want to use seperatley.Cheers, Tom

I just got home from a trip across the US and was thinking as I was looking out the window that the real world actually does a pretty good job of imitating FS9... It's not perfect of course, as you can't pause it, but other than that it was almost as good as REX/UT/GEpro et al.Seriously though, there were several times in the flight when I found myself thinking that what I was seeing out the window wasn't all that radically different to what I see on the screen of my PC. Not low and slow of course, but passing through scattered clouds above 5000' what FS gives us these days is incredibly close to the real thing...

Greetings fellow Simmers.I've been having this problem that I recently discovered. I've been flying Dreemfleet's 727. I'm currently flying a trek around Africa with it and am doing so via routes that I managed to find online. This is the thing. Majority of the time the radials that are associated with the routes on real-life charts are not the same on FS9. That means when I intercept a route and follow the radial, before long the FS9 ATC will be giving me vectors back on "course".I'd like to know if there's a way I can find out what radial FS9 has associated with each route. I am setting up FS9 on a new computer for my friend. Its a Gateway with Intel i3 processor. It has on board graphics, Intel HD graphics. I'm getting jagged edges around all the airplanes. Now if it was a Nvidia card, I would know what to about this problem, but have new clue with this Intel HD graphic. Thanks

HiI am having a bit of a time getting to grips with the Wilco Airbus take-off phase.I have the autothrottle armed and FD on and move throttles to flex or toga. After passing through the thr red altitude, I pull the throttles back to CL, but the plane just keeps on accelerating, right up to 400 knts if I let it. I seem to have to go through a process of turning off the autothrottle, and/or FD and turning both back on again. Eventually it seems to take note and calm down.Perhaps I am missing a setup step somewhere, but tried following their tutorial word for word and get the same problem.Any ideas fellow simmers?

According to the MS Container SDK, this point controls the amount of angle (degrees) that a wheel can pivot. I have been trying to reduce the total degrees, both positive and negative, to limit the nose wheel pivot of a 747. When reducing the value, it slows the nose of the AC from moving off center as the joystick is twisted to either side to effectuate turning. What it doesn't do is stop the wheel strut itself from turning, so that the wheel assembly is now "plowing" (AC is not moving in the direction of the tires). This is what I'd like to find out how to do. What parameters need to be changed to get the AC and tire angle of movement, to be the same.ThxChris

Squawkbox wont allow me to see other aircraft . When I sign in and connect cant see anyone at the gate or in the air . The only way I can connect multiplayer is by doing it in fs nav. get the green dot of other aircraft but still cant see anyone HELP!!!!!

Has this ever been implemented in the real world?
