Hi everyone, I'm not sure whether the sense of the topic is clear to you, but I didn't know how to formulate it... I'll try to explain it What I want to find is the tool that would allow me to assign directions in which planes taxi on a different taxiways. For example when you look at some aerodrome movement charts on some taxiways aicrafts are allowed to taxi in both directions while on others, only in one direction. For example if there are two parallel taxiways one is used by planes taxiing, say, to the west while the other one by planes taxiing to the east. I would like to simulate such ground movement principles in FS. I hope you understand what I mean …

Hi I have been flying microsoft simulator programs for a number of years. I have purchased a new computer and am now flying FSX. I am having a problem with setting elevator trim. I have the left hand button on my Saitek yoke assigned for a up and down. I have tried in FSX settings controls to adjust the slider in all three positions but it seems to adjust irratically. If I watch the trim wheel during adjustment, the wheel turns slowly and then begins turning quickly. Can anyone give me some info on what to do here? trying to hook-up the gps waypoint with the auto pilot; lesson says autopilot will go to next gps waypoint if nav/gps switch on panel is set to gps: where is this nav/gps switch on the 'panel'; it's not on what they're calling the 'panel', ie, the little boxes on the bottom of the instrument panel , where you show/hide radio's, gps, etc. ; thanks

plane went to first nav1 frequency, then, i changed it to a new frequency, the plane did not seem to go to the new airport , 10 miles north of first airport ? thanks maybe the autopilot will only get me to the first nav1 frequency; thanks

i have autopilot with nav on, 110 was in nav1 radio : how do i find out frequency of an airport (vor); 119 is the comm freq for seatac; thanks i assume the vor for seatac is 110; thanks the map shows the comm frequency;

any way to delete saved flights ? also, the vfp came up without my having to enter a frequency into the nav window in the vfp menu, vfp lesson says you have to tune a nav radio to the navigation facility: did it tune it in automatically ? does vfp go all the way to destination ? thanks i didn't set-up a flight plan for this flight: how do i find out what the destination is ? thanks

Hello guys, currently I' am playing fs9 on p4 3.2, radeon 6600. I can not afford nothing better now, my thinkpad r61 died. I have found program once , that kills all processes, and give FS a priority. I can not find the program again, so please help me. I was searching internet for 1 hour, and no luck. I know this one is super old, but I just recently got wind of it and damn it is very detailed and interesting. Normally I'm a VC/Track-IR/iFly flyer, but It's actually fun working with these 2D panels and INS (it's got a VC but it's not great). Does anyone else still fly this thing? I haven't even gotten off the ground with it yet; just starting to work through a tutorial. If anybody's got some tips or enhancements for this bird I've love to hear about it. I have the ISG gauges pack and I'm thinking of adding an FMC once I've gotten worn out on the INS.

I'm having a problem with this useful utility when running via WideFS. This is what the display shows:- But installing in on my FS9 PC it shows all the information correctly... I will write to the author but I wondered if anyone else had experienced the same problem.

Wake up this day turn on sim and things are all screwed up. Biggest problem, cannot stay w/ 2D cockpit view....loads w/ back rear view and using menu to load cockpit does not work. I am confused....

Aerosoft have several of their download titles on sale right now. I got LTAI Antalya for $15.37 USD and it is FANTASTIC! An absolutely first-rate scenery with super smooth ground traffic and detailed surrounding area. And with the many Turkish airlines available via WoAI you will find yourself with some very exotic AI as well. First off, this is a great scenery, but the AFCAD that comes with it is AWFUL, there are gates missing, and for some reason the update that Imaginesim released on their website does not fix any of the problems. Could someone please send me their AFCAD with all of the gates in the AFCAD. By gates missing, for some reason maybe they sent out a "parked aircraft" AFCAD? There empty gates in the scenery where a parking spot for AI or user aircraft should be, also in concourse D, there are planes parked through jetways, incorrectly. Last spring when Shez released his new KONT scenery, I and a couple of other members with ATI 5850 cards reported a lighting problem with large solid white textures appearing instead of the "glow" lighting effect for the tarmac areas. Finally discovered that disabling both visual themes and desktop composition in fs9.exe properties under compatibility settings corrected this.

Hi to all,i have a big problem since 4 days ago. The problem is dme associated to ILS reads 1.7NM at threshold of any world runway with ILS/DME,this means that GS captures according to charts are completely wrong flying in raw data. Checking the position with complex addon fmc programmed approach,when i´m over the FAF it´s not the correct distance and position from the nav radio tuned on the ILS,it seems like dme is reading from the end of the runway (1,7NM) distance at threshold. Sometime back, I once had downloaded freeware software that captured multiple screenshots. I have looked around on FS websites still cannot find. I would greatly appreciate it is someone could please tell me the name of it. Many thanks.

Okay, I hope someone can help. All my 2D panels in all my addon and default aircraft has either developed a cloaking device or disappeared all together. VC works ok. When I right click my mouse or hit the alt key, they appear. Otherwise, it is a black section on the screen where the panels should be. I installed the flight sim manager 2.8.5 and played around with it and now I think I mistakenly did something I should not have. Would any of you fine folks have any suggestions on how to get my panels and gauges back?
