Hello all, I'm trying out this excellent addon by MAAM in fs9, and now I've got some problems. I can't seem to set correct mixture setting. Manual states that there are four settings only - full, Auto High, Auto Lean, and Cut-off. However, it feels like default mixture lever on any other aircraft: it is sensitive, and I need to manually lean mixture with no reference except for engine sound (which isn't very reliable). Therefore, I guess, "Auto" mixture setting on this aircraft doesn't work (don't confuse it with realism settings in s9, it has set Auto Mixture to off). ANY good looking Beech Baron 58 out there for FS2OO4 I know carenado is making one and i already have the dreemfleet version..... on my 7-64bit machine.......... Anyone using this that could shed some light on an issue I have.. I cannot get REX to save flightplans or open the sim.. it says start the sim, the program minimisus to the taskbar then just sits.. nothing.. I have read the manual over and over.. It look like I am doing everything right but when it says START ..nothing.. I tried to load the flightplan from the REX directory using the LOAD function in the sim but an error comes up saying that the flight plan can only be loaded from the dfault flight directory within FS9 I registered with REX and logged in but cannot post to support nor use their chat??? i sent a few private messages to the moderators and an email to ad…

This may be deemed "off topic" in the FS9 forum but the people on this forum are "my community" and so I thought I would start here and then look at some other forums if necessary. I was first introduced to PC flight simulation by various combat flight sims and it wasn't until FS98 that a civil flight sim had any appeal to me. Hello all, Is there a manual for setting up active camera. I am really only interested in the turbulence(ground and air), runway and taxi roughness and head latency at this stage. I have downloaded the demo, set those figures from 0.60 up to 1.50 with no discernible difference to FS9 at all. The good thing is that when I leave Seattle area I am advised that Active camera is now INactive camera and I don't see any difference LOL. I am probably doing something wrong but I have no idea what and so far the only help I can see is a review on the product. Any help??? TonyC

Hi, I recently had a problem with runway textures not loading at Taxi2Gate SGAS and MHTG. I contacted their support and César responded immediately. Obviously, this problem occurs on certain PC systems and so T2G has loaded up fixes in their download section - in case anybody has this problem, too. Thanks to this excellent support, I can now enjoy SGAS and MHTG as they are intended to. Muchas gracias! Harald

I started FS9 after FINALLY finishing the backdating process (thanks to Tom Gibson at CalClassic BTW!) and I started a flight. 2 days ago, I could get well into 40 - 60 FPS full overcast with backdated scenery and REX textures and 100% AI. Now, I try a flight on a nice day in KIDL (KJFK) and my FPS is down to 8 in the 2D Cockpit, not to mention the externals as well. I honestly don't know the issue, my system is MORE than capable of FS9 at full settings. Any ideas?

Hey everyone I just downloaded the Stearman Model by Robert Sanderson, Im actualy using it for a tour in one of the Virtual Airlines im in, my problem is i cant get it to refuel at the pumps, and i can't get it to refuel with any other refueling utilities i have. Only on this model all other planes refuel fine. Any Ideas? Maybe something missing in the aircraft.cfg?

Hi folks, Anyone here using the Visual Flight London VFR package? I'm sure I have seen screenshots of this scenery where the trees change texture with the seasons... However, in my new install they are really rather too green and leafy for the time of year. Is there a fix out there or have I just seen some picture of a funky new FSX version or something and got confused? Happy enough if there is no fix but would like to know if there is... PS. Hello fellow flyers! I just ran into some problems after installing 3d street lights http://www.avsimrus.com/f/fs2004-effects-and-addons-46/animated-evening-and-night-highway-34218.html?action=download&hl I was not satisfied with them so I uninstalled the files which came along with this addon. Sometimes, on maybe about about 2% or 3% of my cross-country VFR flights in FS9, for various reasons, FS9's ATC will kind of "hang". I don't mean hang in the traditional sense. The flight and FS9 in-general stay up an running, and the flight can proceed all the way to landing, but, during the flight, something will occur that makes the ATC stop calling or communicating with my aircraft. They don't try to call my aircraft, and I can't raise them in the ATC window, cause its hung up on, usually, "There are no messages...." and that's it. I currently have Ultimate Terrain and Ground Environment Pro and was woundering if getting Zinertek Night Environment will add anything new and better compared to only having the two addons mentioned?

Hi all! I have a question regarding the altitudes at which planes fly over Atlantic, the area south of Spain and west of Morocco. According to the rules of RVSM separation, flight heading westwards must be flying at even altitudes, while flights heading eastwards at odd altitudes. But observing flightradar24 I noticed that the planes flying in the direction of Canary Islands from continental Europe (westwards) are flying at odd altitudes. And the question is - why? :huh:

I took advantage of the LatinVFR sale and bought Costa Rica (MROC) and I need some help. The exe file created folder named San Jose Costa Rica, then in that folder there are 3 folders a scenery folder a texture folder and a folder named SimMarket. In the SimMarket folder the are 2 folders named Latin VFR San Jose Costa Rica and Latin VFR San Jose TERRAIN. Hi, I recently reinstalled FS9, after becoming fed up with FSX... But, the performance is disappointing! Here is an example @Dubai Airport, Fly Tampa, Legacy not even rebooted or updated, with the Ifly 737, and Real Environment [Conditions are great, barely a cloud], I get 16-20fps on exterior, 12 fps on 2d panel, and around 5 on virtual cockpit, This is basically like FSX!
