Hey Guys just installed Miami 2012 when loading Miami INT I get CTD Any ideas Stops at 77% Loading weater

Just picked this up. After spending some time checking out this scenery, I have to say that this is a must have! Very very well done and no impact on the frames (at least on my rig). Go get this one, and thanks to Latin VFR for making this available for FS9.

I've decided I'd like to nail this down once and for all, the mystery why some aircraft can run without issue at 16x acceleration in FS9 and others can't. Three main aircraft I'd love to resolve are the 'Level-D 767', 'PSS 777', and 'CaptainSim 757'. If anyone has some suggestions please let me know. I can't figure out why these three birds have such an issue with in sim acceleration.

Hello, I am trying to source some older re-paints done by Dag Roger Stangeland of Aerosofts A-10 Warthog in Davis Monthan AFB Livery and Pope AFB Livery he had them on his website but the links appear to be broken I was wondering if anyone has them or would be able to help me source them. Hi, Am still in the process of a fresh reinstall of what will end up as a very large FS9. I thought I understood the concept of the scenery library order and have been setting it up in basically the same order as on my old FS9 installation, but perhaps mistakenly, I decided to do a search of this topic in the various FS9 forums and ended up with a significant amount of what appeared at times to be conflicting advice. I have an error occurring only with Posky aircraft (737/777) - ATC stops working and interior/exterior lights fail 30-35 minutes after starting the sim. This is the case whether the plane is in the air or on the ground parked at the gate with engines on or off. The error doesn't occur with any other aircraft from PMDG/CLS etc so I tried replacing relevant posky files in the Effects directory but to no avail. I even tried reinstalling FS9's sound file and editvoicepack but the problem persists. Anyone know how I can fix this problem? Thanks!

Hey Everyone i just developed this new problem with my fs9 Bridges some bridge textures are missing.......... For Example near Philadelphia i have one bridge with missing DAY,DAWN and DUSK textures yet the night textures are still there and in Rhode iland i have Missing textures on 2 bridges only DAY,DAWN ad DUSK as well but night textures for that bridge is fine. Where are the Bridge textures located in FS9 and can i just replace them or RE- Import corrupt textures if any?

Hi All Autogen buildings have started appearing as untextured white blocks in random locations before vanishing and re-appearing somewhere else.The patterns are not the same each time. This happens on any scenery,day or night. The only way to stop this irritating flashing on and off of Autogen is to turn all of it off ! I have been installing scenery lately but have tried disabling this in turn and all together ,to no effect. The Autogen seems to have "a mind of its own" Anyone come across this before ? FS9/Windows 7 32bit/Dell Studio Quad Core/Nvidia Gforce 9800GT with latest drivers. David (UK)

Hi! I just changed my video card to a Gigabyte Geforce GTX 650Ti, which seems a very good card to run my FS2004. However, I get a sort of shimmering effect of the scenery/ground/buildings, etc. which I can't seem to get rid of. I tried a variety of video card settings, but the shimmering, water-floating effect remains. I don't recall any such visual effect with my previous cards, and my sim settings are the same as I used before I changed cards. What-ho chaps! Newbie on board so please go easy on me. I have just formed a very strong attachment to Suprunov Design's incredible Yak-40. It's making my head spin a little as it's a pretty complicated bit of kit but well worth the effort. I've read in a few places about an English sound pack (by Jeffrey Moss) for this aircraft but can't seem to find it anywhere. Would one of you chaps have any idea where to find the elusive English sounds?

Hi again! I recently installed a new video card with my FS2004 sim and had lots of good advice from your forum about card settings, etc. So far so good. But, I get some jerky motion when panning using the joystick and even jerks as AI planes taxi at airports, etc. So, something isn't right. Can I change something in the FS9.cfg to make it run smoother? Performance with my new card is really good and some issues corrected, so I don't think it has to do with the video card. Hi. I'm sure this has been discussed any number of times but search keys like 'blurred', 'texture', 'mipmaps' and so on return so many threads that I lose heart... Can someone tell me why some aircraft models have portions that adversely affect the loading of mipped textures, causing FS9 to select the wrong LOD? See the port wing and roundel below. Zooming in then back out resolves the detail but it only remains crisp until I do something like pressing the Alt key. The pic below is a user aircraft so in this particular case mip-mapping isn't really necessary but I do find that having some sparkly AI irritates me and would like if not a solution then at least a…

I'm getting back to good old 727. How do You calculate Vspeeds and Vref? The first time I had this bird, I was only using 2.0 EPR for take off. Also, after installing INS CIVA I couldnt turn any switches/knobs.

Some of you might know I've had terrible experiences with FPS,frames issues. Mainly was caused by my hardware. So I got a better graphic card and yup it sure cure a lot of problems that I was struggling. But..just a little I notice lately. If I load my fs right into an airport, I can get very high FPS(say..40 at KMDW),even if park it there. But if I fly from somewhere else into it, when approaching I can see some framerates drop and when landing into it, it really drops lower than I expected (I only get ~15-25FPS). Can anyone help me finding the cause? I'm thinking if it drops from 40 to only 15-25. If at KJFK I can only get ~20-25FPS, what will it be when it drops? .. co…

Guys, I just tried Hassan Ezzeddine's enb.ini file available at flightsim.com zip file called enb_series.zip. I can say its really really nice. I have tweaked mine many times and just tossed mine after trying this one out. Hands down the best, at least for me. I know its a persal thing, but give it shot. Getting back in the saddle again after several months--Problem: I have the terrific KPDX scenery from Flightzone but it's causing consistent CTDs generally at 10nm out and around 3000 feet. I have all the UT patches and KSEA patch. I run KPDX (#2) right below AES (#1) and above KSEA/then SEA photo. I've messed with the order etc, and no luck. CTD applies to all aircraft. Memory is good. I run scan AFCAD and have no duplicate KPDX AF2.bgls. No problems if I start in KPDX and depart out. Only happens on approach. I have a question, I'm currently running FS9 On my External 75 GB Hard Drive, Everything was Pretty much Installed into this Hard Drive. My problem is i have so many Addons in FS2004 That my hard drive is pretty Much full I have about 800MB Out of 75GB left. Id like to Transfer the FS9 Directory From the External into my Internal Drive 1TB My main question is I have all my Payware Aircrafts and Scenery. Are the Registry entries for tthe payware add-ons Set to the external drive path,will moving the FS9 Directory from the External drive into the internal mess with these registry entries?

Hi Folks. When I'm flying my iFly 737-700 I get an alert on the annunciator saying 'Cabin Altitude', in red. Can someone please tell me what I have to do to put this right? what I have to check, or un-check, or set. Thanks John
